I can’t thank David, Youhan and all the team at Art’s Heating & Cooling for their outstanding service. Our 22+ year old HVAC system broke during the extreme August heat and they installed a new system within 24 hours of our call. We had two other contractors quote the job - all were more expensive, less responsive and a long sales presentation! Youhan was clear, concise and not pushy - providing us with a number of options both for pricing and performance. Having no knowledge of HVAC systems, I felt educated and in good hands with Art’s Heating & Cooling. Trustworthy, professional and very knowledgeable. Our new system is wonderful and the after care has been timely and easy. From permit application to Title 24 inspection, Art’s Heating & Cooling co-ordinated everything. Small local business that are genuine and hard working. Never have I had a more pleasant experience with contractors. Highly recommend, we were referred to Art’s by happy neighbors who also had a wonderful experience.

Art’s Heating and Cooling was referred to me when I was getting quotes to replace our HVAC. As I read through the Yelp reviews, I give them a call because they are a local independent business with a number of positive reviews.He listened to our concerns regarding the existing system and thoroughly assessed our system. He explained the benefits we’d see of a new system and indicated the design flaws with the existing system. He noted what he could do to solve the some of the issues but the overall design was a limitation. Since we recently purchased our house, a remodel and system redesign, was not in our budget.David didn’t try to upsell the higher end models and wanted to address our concerns with a reasonable solution. In the end, I am very pleased with the new system and I genuinely felt like David cared about making sure my family was comfortable and within our budget.David is a great guy! He answers his own phone, shows up on time, knows his business, explained everything he was doing, and charged a very fair price to replace both units.The whole experience really couldnt have gone any better. His crew installed both units in one day, were meticulously detailed, and clean. I will definitely be calling them again if I ever need more HVAC help. I highly recommend Art’s Heating and Cooling!

This review is on a phone call I had with Art a few weeks ago. My heater kept kicking off. Im always nervous to call a professional in any trade because so many are dishonest and try to sell you a bunch of products and services you dont need at hugely inflated prices. Art was able to help me figure out over the phone that my problem was just that I had too many vents closed and my system was overheating. He didnt even charge me anything. Thank you ART! He also helped me figure ot that I needed to leave our doors open upstairs to help the heat disperse evenly. Thus help solve the problem of my daughters room being too hit and ours being too cold. I definitely recommend ART. He really cares about his customers and is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

I was lucky enough to find Arts Heating and Cooling about a month ago when one of our AC units had failed.Johan came over and clearly explained what was wrong and gave us options. Seems like they sell only the Lennox brand which offer very good units.After we signed the paperwork, he managed to get us a much better unit for the same price! Basically larger and more efficient.That went so well, we replaced our other unit as well.AND WE ARE SO GLAD WE DID!!! As you can imagine. It is El ScorchioThanks!

Art’s Heating and Cooling is PHENOMENAL!! Last Thursday I made an online appointment with an ac service provider as the fan for my second floor split system unit stopped turning. The next morning they said they couldn’t come out til the next day, Saturday. After calling several others and being told the same thing I called Art’s. Immediately they sounded like they cared about my predicament with the beginning of this unprecedented heat waive already starting. Though fully booked they squeezed me in. Youhan Badal, my tech arrived as scheduled and was fantastic. By time I got outside after telling him where the units were he had the fan running! He discovered a tripped switch on the outside fuse box and simply turned it back on. The most likely cause was repairmen who recently replaced siding on that side of the house and forgot to turn it back on. After hearing so many horror stories of repair people creating repair issues where none existed this level of honesty and integrity make this provider my GO TO shop whenever I have any heating or cooling appliance issues. Even after changing a 13 year old capacitor at my request my total bill was SHOCKINGLY REASONABLE, made the entire experience put a smile on my face. I simply could not recommend them more.

Arts Heating and Cooling is by far the best place to go for any heating and cooling questions, repairs, or installations. I cant say enough good things about David and his company. He is very honest, professional and knowledgeable. I truly would not have anyone else. They deserve 10 stars!!!

My air conditioner was running but not blowing any cool air. I contacted David, the owner and he managed to squeeze me in for a service call the same day. He notified me that he would be coming 15 minutes earlier than planned and he fixed my problem in no time at all. The cost was reasonable and the service was excellent. I highly recommend his company!

My air conditioner stopped blowing cold air in the house. I called and I was given a same day window of time he could come to the house. He called and let me he was on his way, which I really appreciated. He was neat, professional, informative and patient while explaining what he was doing. He also had the part needed with him so he was able to quickly fix my AC. YEAH, Success! I will definitely use their services again.

David is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, honest and quick to respond. To me these aspects are very important. I have had needs of repair on both my a/c and heater unit, and David responded very quickly to take a look at them and repair them in timely manner as well. He checks everything and diagnose the problem, and only suggest repairs for what’s broken and doesn’t give any sales pitch, it’s easy to see that he is a very honest person. His pricing is very reasonable as well. My family and I have been very happy with the services provided by David and we definitely recommend him to our friends and will call him anytime we need him to check our a/c and heater unit.

I had an amazing experience with Arts Heating and Cooling. I was having intermittent issues with my AC, and Youhan came out to give me a second opinion after the first company I worked with botched the diagnosis and wanted a bunch of money to fix the problem. Youhan figured out it was just a problem with my new thermostat and fixed it same day. I couldnt recommend them more!

Had an issue with my central home A/C. I called Arts Heating and Cooling and booked an appointment for them to check it out. David is punctual, very professional, and very competent. He diagnosed and fix the issue my A/C had. I also had him replace my beat up thermostat with the latest Nest Pro thermostat at a reasonable price. He went the extra mile to walk me through the controls and other functionalities of the new thermostat so I dont have to spend a lot of time going through the manual. Im very satisfied with the service. Highly recommended.

At the recommendation of a family member, I called Arts Heating and Cooling last year when my AC stopped working. I set up an appointment and David came right on time. After checking out my AC, he had a good idea of what was going on. In a very short amount of time, he got the AC back up and running and did a thorough job of testing it to make sure the problem was solved. I havent had any problems since.I was also very appreciative of his guidance on my system. Considering its an old machine, I feared the worst. But David provided me with an estimate of how many more miles he thought a machine this age could go.Ive also seen his work on installations and plan to use him when I get to that point. I was very satisfied with his work and will use him again for heating and air conditioning

My AC was shot and I was desperately looking for someone to come out and repair my AC unit in the dead of summer. I called several AC repair companies before going with Art. He was extremely responsive and tried to squeeze me in to his already busy schedule. He came out the next morning and immediately determined that the dual compressor needed to be replaced. I was very relieved the problem was a small and easy fix. What I appreciate most was his honesty and helpful nature. He even took the time to check out our furnace filters to make sure they were clean and installed properly. I will definitely keep this business in mind for all my future cooling and heating needs.
