I usually use this place to take care of laundry since I can get a lot of loads done at once but looks like Im going to have to find someplace else now. Every time I would swipe my debit card it would tell me that credit cards were not accepted, which is weird since Ive been coming here for months without issue. When I asked the lady who worked there about it she told me that they no longer take cards that its cash or coins only. I pointed out that the front window says that they take credit and debit and she replied that not anymore that it was cash only but there was an ATM that I could use to pull out cash (which of course charges a service fee) or I could buy one of their prepaid debit cards but the minimum purchase would be $20. Its 2021, no one uses cash anymore. Looks like Ill be going somewhere else from now on.IN RESPONSE TO REPLY:Thats pretty inconvenient. Imagine rolling into a gas station and before you can pump you have to buy a loyalty card with a $20 minimum. Would you bother jumping through those hoops or would you just go somewhere else? Most people are either using mobile payments or cards at the least, and so by restricting the way people can pay for your services you are inconveniening them to the point where they would rather go somewhere more accommodating.

The machines no longer accept debit/credit cards. Some of the attendants struggle with english. The machine that loads funds onto their reloadable cards requires you to spend $20 minimum when a wash and dry only costs me $5.50. The woman who answers the phone when you call the number on the interior sign is rude and some of the employees try and lie about their hours of operations. One of the employees tried to tell me that they close at 8pm when their sign on the door clearly states that the last wash is at 8pm because they close at 9pm. I tried to tell her that Ive been doing my laundry here for months now and that I have been in that laundromat up until 9pm before waiting for my laundry to finish. She continued to stick to her lie and I wasnt able to get my laundry done on that day.

Ive been going here for about 10 years now. Theyve upgraded their machines and equipment a few times over the span Ive been there. The staff is courteous and helpful. They do a good job of keeping the machines and facility clean.

As laundromats go this one is very nice you can use credit cards or coin or have the attendant do your wash.. 1 75 per pound minimum 15 pounds. relatively inexpensive very clean and very friendly

This used to be fairly nice and convenient place to do laundry. But in the last few years it’s gone downhill. The staff aren’t very helpful and are most often focused only on the wash &fold service this location provides. The homeless and local teenagers often hang out here smoking and loitering. The restrooms are gross! There are no baskets available for patrons but they can clearly seen in the back room empty. And tough luck if you your money is lost in a machine. It would be helpful if the attendant spoke English.

Great experience, clean, easy to follow washing directions, timers are accurate, large machines take credit card or coins. I will go there again for washing large bulky bed linens and such.

Its 55 degrees and raining. They have 3 benches in the place to sit, 2 of which run in front of the door. The door was propped open allowing cold air to come in. Closed the door and the lady that works there kept opening it again. She told me needed to stay open... I asked why.. she said it was too hot. I told her its 55 degrees outside and its cold... to close the door.. she sat there and argued with me... Im sure the owner doesnt enjoy the power bill warming the outside too. Plus the machines can be used by quarter or card... However half the time the card reader doesnt read your card. Place is small, employees are asses, cold as hell on rainy days, and gamble on paying to get your laundry done.. Im here on business. .. next weekend Ill go to the next one down the road.To top it off they charge you .25 to use the bathroom... WTF??

Clean environment, Clean washers and dryers. Employees clean the dryers and washers daily inside & out you will notice them doing so. I also like you can start washers and dryers all at same time via the kiosks located on the walls THAT ACCEPTS DEBIT/CREDIT😁😁👍

Ladies that work at this location are very pleasant. But dont call the number. So rude b**** with barely any English speaking skills hangs up on you. Very professional!

Free WiFi and music playing makes it a nice place to do laundry... Fluff n fold service is reasonable too!!!

I used one of the large washers today. It took $7.75. After getting 2.75 in it it wouldnt take anymore quarters. Fortunately some one was there to help. The solution was to bang on the coin machanism. Seems like that shouldnt be necessary.No Wi-Fi today.

Grrat wash and fold service, plenty of HUGE washers for anything u can inagine and u can pay with a card, so no more quarter chasing for me!Note: they close at 10pm everyday and last wash is at 9pm. Google says 11pm close, but i submitted edit to update it.

Called to ask about fold and dry. Told them on the phone had a maturest cover. Ask how much? answer 1$ per pound, get there weighs -6lbOk $6.00 then she said no 16lb minimum If I had been told I would not hav drove their for 1 item. I will never return there
