Zoila is amazing! My house is sparkling clean after Zoila is here. She not only scrubs the floors, countertops, and obvious areas, but also cleans underneath toys, picture frames, and other items that are on counters or floors. She even got out a stain on my nightstand (without asking) which I thought would never come out. Our bathrooms are clean top to bottom, including the hard to reach areas. Zoila is flexible and accommodating, often changing her schedule around to help me. She’s the best.

We had a last minute cleaning requirement and Zoila demonstrated exceptional flexibility and customer service in adapting her schedule and her team to help us out. Really appreciate her responsiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Absolutely disappointed. I am not the one to write negative reviews but I read all positive reviews before contacting the owner for a service, assuming they were all true. I wanted someone trustworthy and efficient to clean my parents’ home twice a month. The first time one person came and cleaned the entire house, when we agreed on having 2 or 3 people cleaning. The lady was very nice and she did an exceptional job for cleaning The house on her own - Though my mother found uncleaned spots in the bathroom and her room. The second time Zoila informed me it was going to be two maids- so I assumed it would be a thorough and quicker cleaning process. It was the exact opposite. They were working so fast like they were rushing to get out of here- which I did not appreciate. I am paying you to work efficiently and clean properly- I understand you may have other appointments but you cannot half clean a home because of your “busy” schedule.. Her assistant, Carla, poorly cleaned kitchen, spilled fish oil all over the floor and DID NOT CLEAN UP after she spilled it and it eventually went under the fridge. She then LIED and said there was no oil spillage on the floor, but my mother later told me that it spilled right in front of her and she wiped it with a napkin only- no products or sanitation. I had to tell her to clean again- which I absolutely hate to do because no one likes anyone to tell them how to perform their job. She just got another napkin and started to wipe the floor, with no product. I am agitated because after paying someone $340, for two services I still had to clean after they left and the kitchen still smells like fish from the oil spillage that they spilled, and lied about. Do not recommend. They are Untrustworthy and will take advantage of others that are welcoming them into their homes.

Our experience with First Choice could not be better. Our house is so fresh and clean after they visit! I could never do as good a job...and they are reasonably priced. Well worth it!

A friend recommended me to contact Zoila when I needed someone to clean my place. I had tried a few companies, but I was not completely happy with any. Almost two years later I could not be happier. Zoila and her team come to my place weekly/biweekly depending on my needs and they leave it spotless. In addition, I am particular about how I want to get my place cleaned (ie move furniture and books), Zoila listens to me and they follow my directions which is a huge extra point for me. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Zoila has been cleaning my home for about 3 years now. I saw her one day leaving my neighbors house and am so glad I went over to ask if she could clean my home. Me and my girlfriend both work a lot and we made the decision to take some load off from our normal chores (and the tension that occasionally ensued). It was the best idea. Our first cleaning crew we used (not First Choice House Cleaning) were not very thorough or responsive and much more expensive than Zoila at First Choice.
