My car was stolen and it was gone for 3 months And was located in Paris California near LA. I got my car back thank you very much Geico. My son Russell drove it home and Im not going to let it out of my sight again thank you Geico for all of your time.

After my accident it took me over an hour and a half to get through to somebody to make a claim. Now that I need to talk to an agent about my claim it takes 45 minutes or longer to get through to somebody.

Worst customer service ever !!! My husband had car lost about 3-4 months ago and geico made me go through hell. I never write any review but this is the worst customer service I have experienced. ive been thru car lost and found the car, they were supposed to help me repair the car since it was in kind of bad condition, they never got back to me and even made me paid even though the car was at the repair shop with Bill ready for them to pay for repair until it got towed, now I have to pay for the towed. Never replied to my phone call or text . there are selling illusions DO NOT go to them.

Quickly sold my 87 year old father a homeowner policy that apparently didn’t meet underwriting criteria and took full payment. When insurance sends puzzling cancellation notice two months later, dodges calls for two days and when I finally got them on phone three days later, found out they’re indifferent as well as incompetent. Got my dad a policy elsewhere and sorry I wasted my time expecting professionalism.

My agent Mike was very helpful, knowledgable, and kind. Ive had Farmers for 15 years but I was involved in 2 accident, none my fault. 2 years almost 3 and nothing has been resolved. No one bother to sit with me nor really helped. Am hoping GEICO will be a lot better

!-21-20 I called this Geico Ins office for a quote for my house and 5 cars we owned. A lady named Patricia pick up the phone I introduced my self and the reason I was calling, as soon as she heard my voice with accent she hung up the phone, I kept say hello, hello but hear no one, so I called back right away the phone was ringing about 10 times still no one pick up the phone.Normally, I dont leave a negative feedback, but this time this Geico insurance agent was very rude, she was suppose to help a future client if she doesnt understanding what I said she should ask me to repeat or ask me is there is some one can talk for me.Ive live in this country from 1972 held jobs as supervisors for several companies.This message is for Patricia, if you dont want to sell insurance to some one speak with an accent you should stated it on your website.Very disappointed.

Iv been with Geico for a few years, and reasonable prices !

I came in to the pleasant hill office to see what sort of policies they could offer me. I’ve been through a lot of car problems in the last 5 years, and this insurance agent named Jondy told me that Geico offers a deal on roadside assistance that easily replaced AAA’s roadside assistance coverage for me. I needed to get my car covered, and I’ve had a dire need for tows in the past, so why not bundle the two together into one monthly payment instead of two.

Johndy was a great insurance rep helped me out and explained everything to me about my coverage plan. Highly reccomend him!

I had a wonderful customer service experience with agent Patricia Q. I had done my research on a new auto policy and decided to purchase from Geico. I had made a mistake in my research though, and the rate was higher than I thought it would be, however, Patricia found a way to reduce the premium price (we raised a deductible) and she saved me approximately $200 a year. She was courteous, she was smart, and she was professional. Im very happy to be with Geico.

To call for a quote or getting insurance, I would not recommend. The agent was very rude and disrespectful. Had no professional mannerism on providing quotes and spoke with no intent on helping. I called looking for the best quote available. When I told him that I was not interested at the time and was checking around. He made a statement of me not to call the company any more and hung up the phone in my face. Companies should clearly pick agents very wisely!

I had a clean driving record for years then I received a ticket for 75mph in a 65 zone. A month later I had bumper damage from hitting a trailer hitch. I went with Geico recommended shop. They wouldnt replace the bumper with an open replacement for $500 but spent $1500 on a patch job. After paint it would still been cheaper. I was with Geico for over five years then they raised my rated by 3x then dropped me after this. Geico, thank you for your customer support . NOT!
