My tax professional (Natasha Bradley) makes everything so much faster and easier than doing my taxes myself! She is really friendly and I can just hand her all of my documents and she takes care of everything. She seems to really know what she is doing and she always has me out of there within 15 minutes. I have been going to Natasha for 3 years and I dont plan on stopping anytime soon!

They always do such an amazing job. And are always so helpful. Emily Anderson has helped us the last two years with our taxes, she was the best and we are really sad that she will be moving.

If I could, I’d give it a zero. Chris was nice but but I paid almost $900 for my simple taxes whereas my normal tax guy at DBN tax in Lehi would’ve charged me $200. The refund advance is a scam, they tell you to apply but you won’t hear if you’re approved until about an hour after you’ve left and paid them, then you get denied. I’m assuming this is the case because they want to avoid any conflict in their office while other customers are waiting to get scammed. They also submitted my taxes without my wife’s signature which is against their own policy.

I had some issues this year and Jim took the time to work through it and help me understand.
