Absolutely the best arborist in Utah. They were quick and responsive. The only ones out of 18 different people i called that answered and then came to me immediately. The man shimmied up the tree no problem and he really knows his stuff when it comes to trimming and they even haul the trimmings away. They also have rescued my dang cat for free. I will forever use this couple for all my tree needs. Simply on the basis that they are true angels here to help and work hard. The world needs more good people like them!

Currently having our giant tree taken down and very impressed so far. First of all, we got many, many bids. They outbid everyone and also were able to get us fit into their schedule in less than a week, which is incredible.They work FAST. And Im honestly shocked by how careful they are. I was expecting whoever took it down to accidentally hit something(s) because the tree is just enormous (20 year old willow,) and overhanging the house, and in a pretty tight space. But theyve got it half down and nothing harmed.Very pleasant and professional, incredible pricing for quality work. Ill update if anything goes terribly awry before the job is completed, but Im not anticipating the need. Really quality work. Highly recommend this company.

These guys did a great job and didnt give me any BS like the other big guys. Knew their stuff, very reasonable quote, and perfect service. Tree looks great, yard is cleaner than when they showed up.

I am very happy with the results I got from hiring Family Tree Services LLC! They did a great job downing two huge trees in my yard and removing the stumps and visible roots. It was very clever how they cut down both large trees in just the right sequence so that the trees fell in just the right spot. Then they worked very hard to cut up the fallen trees and neatly stacked the wood to create a couple of great wood piles for future use. They also patched up my lawn in multiple locations where the stumps were and where visible roots had surfaced and damaged the lawn. Now I will have nice grass where the stumps and obnoxious roots used to be and it will be easier for me to mow my lawn in those locations.They also do a great job of cleaning up behind themselves and making things look nice!I was so pleased with their work that I also hired them to replace an old beat up redwood fence with a nice looking vinyl fence with wonderfully functioning gates.I would strongly recommend to anyone Family Tree Services LLC! I am very pleased with the work that Family Tree Services did for me in the Fall of 2020. The bid that they gave me was similar to the other bids that I received. I chose them, rather than one of the other companies, for a few reasons - I prefer to support small, local businesses. I liked the fact that the persons who would be doing the work were the ones who came to my place and took the time to talk with me about what I needed done and expected (much better than a salesman). It was a pretty big job that took several days. They removed four mature Elm trees and did some major trimming of several others. They were good to communicate with me throughout the process, even on days when I couldnt be here. I will use Family Tree Services in the future and I recommend them to everyone.

They did an amazing job removing 2 large trees, as well as the stumps. They were willing to match any lower bid I may have gotten, and were available within a few days rather than the 3 weeks it would have taken for a different company. Jason has been great to work with. He always responds quickly to text messages and is easy to get ahold of. He removed some huge juniper stumps from my back yard and leveled out the ground so that you cant even tell that they were ever there. I will definitely be using Family Tree Service for some pine trees that I need pruned this winter.
