I had a very disappointing experience with this kid. I signed up for a tune and he talked me into a maintenance tuning service where he would continue to tune my piano because my piano had not been serviced for a long time and would need it.The first job was fine. He got the piano sounding much better. I had 2 keys that needed to be repaired/replaced. He said he could fix them. This was over Christmas break and so it would take a couple weeks. He never communicated with me about the status. Every time I contacted him it would take multiple efforts before I finally got a response and the response would only be excuses. One of those excuses included him telling me his dog ate my keys! Haha, what a joke. He told me he would order new keys and retune in a week. That didnt happen. Then corona hit. He said he lost his job and he couldnt help me. If he would have been more responsive and responsible in the first place corona would not have been an issue. It had been over 3 months at this time.Well, about a year later here I am. Ive seen new reviews, so he is working again. I was polite and asked him what we could do to resolve my mess. Surprise, surprise...No response. He wont reply back. He doesnt care that he took $150 from me and I ended up with an out of tune piano with missing keys.I would recommend you find someone else to service your piano. Talented Ts is not reliable and will take you money and run if given the chance.*I know I sound a little bit sour grapes, but I literally gave this guy a dozen or so chances and over a YEAR before I left a bad review. He really shouldnt be in the service industry.

Jayden was beyond helpful. I called him before purchasing a piano and he answered my questions. He even let me send him photos of the piano to look over the condition of it, and even offered to go look at it in person with me. I contacted him again after purchasing the piano and he was able to schedule me in quickly to have it tuned and worked around my crazy schedule. He is a very nice guy and very professional. My piano sounds amazing after he tuned it. He knows what he is doing. I would 100% recommend him!
