Trying to get a previous verification of employment they HUNG UP on us while we asked them to look up their name in their system. It was completely rude and VERY unprofessional. We called back and they just said Well the name didnt ring a bell so I had nothing else to talk about and said they were about to head out the door so didnt want to talk anymore. Reading other reviews, I am sure the videos they make are great, but their business side is completely terrible and they arent willing to work with us.

Love love love! Josh is so easy to communicate with and really has amazing customer service. His response time is on point, and so are all the posts he makes! Worth EVERY penny. We couldnt be happier!
