Kevin Miles is a family man and came out with his son to install! He has answered our calls late at night before to help our connection when we wanted to get our Netflix connection better. He made me feel comfortable in my own home which is really important to me and is professional and friendly! I would recommend him to anyone!

Same day service. They came out, and surveyed my house to make sure my home proximity would allow good service. They scheduled time for the install two days later and I now have faster internet at less expensive price. So far so good! I have not seen this type of customer service in a long time. Fabulous service. Havent had Wi-Fi from them for too long, but havent had a problem yet! Very courteous and explained everything when installing the equipment.
