We had VIP clean our 1200 square foot condo. They did a good job, but it took them over 8 hours. I had already cleaned my home, so I was expecting a 2-3 hour deep clean at most. After we paid, (over $500) we received a text that they did not receive our payment on venmo. We sent the receipt to prove we did, and then we were accused of not paying the full amount, even though we had shown we had. They did a great job of cleaning, but we were not expecting how long it would take or how expensive it would be, and then the customer service with the payment could have been better.

It was the worst cleaning service I have ever used. I asked for a move out cleaning and gave my sq footage and house specifics. I was quoted $350.00. They showed up over 30 min late and then after they started cleaning I received a text and it would be more money. If that was not ok they said then what are your priorities and we will focus on them. I agreed to the raised price because I needed it done. My baseboards, light switches, walls, bathrooms fans, cabinets are still dirty outside and inside. My wood flooring doesn’t even look good. It is a disaster and going to have to pay another company to do the job right. They were in such a hurry to leave and I showed all the not cleaned items but they did not go back cleaning fixing all these area’s. BEWARE, I was totally taken advantage of.
