These folks knocked it out of the park! The first time I strolled threw the sales door I felt welcomed and wanted. It took maybe 48 hours of me asking them to keep an eye out for a used piece of equipment for them to have the perfect tractor found for us!They did amazing service and work to the equipment!Im beyond estatic with the equipment and the professional manner!
Great guys and service. They were rated so high when we searched for tractor dealers in the area and now we know why. It’s a family business and they all work very well together. We bought a Branson 2515 on a promotional deal. They really convinced us that Branson was the best name in small to medium tractors. We’ve only owned it for a week now and haven’t used it yet, but I’ll update my review once I’ve had a chance. They delivered the tractor and took time to show us the features and usage. They also helped us with excellent financing. It was a great experience and I’ll recommend them to anyone who’s looking to buy a tractor.
They actuall do all they say they will do and most importantly they actually call you back....that doesnt happen anymore with most companies. They are quick and easy to deal with, they had all the paper work ready to go. Bought the tractor a few months ago and had an issue with a hose clamp letting air in on a fuel line they did everything they could to help figure it out. Its a great placd to get a tractor from!!!
I purchased essentially the smallest Tractor they had on the lot a year ago. They always treat me as if I bought the biggest machine they sell! Customer service is excellent and there service department is a 10 out of 10! These guys will take good care of you!
I can’t say enough about how impressed I was working with these guy’s on the purchase of my new tractor. I had the pleasure working with Jared, and he was awesome! He was more than willing to spend the time with me answering my questions, and showing me all the functions the tractor had. Jared even personally delivered the tractor right to my house. If you’re in the market for a tractor, I would highly recommend these guy’s. Ask for Jared and he will take care of you! Thanks guy’s for everything!
I needed a 50 hour service kit for my new tractor and they are an hour and a half away from me they drove and met me 10 minutes away! Best service Ive ever had from any dealer! Will continue to purchase my tractor supplies from them.
Landon was very easy to work with when buying our LS 225H last Saturday. He didnt pressure us or try to sell us anything we didnt want or need. They are a small family owned business and theyve been in place for a long time. Great people to work with.
The service was great and they kept me informed as the repair was completed.
Ive always had a fascination with Tractors, so anytime I end up at a tractor store its a pretty good day. Also the information I was able to receive while I was at Hobby Tractors was very helpful & successful. So Im glad they were there & that they was willing to assist me with the issues I was having with my tractor.
These guys are awesome. We have needed odd and end parts for an older less common tractor and every time they are more than helpful on finding a solution. Thanks guys!!!
They came on time. Were polite and knowledgeable. I was unable to get my tractor in gear. After talking to mechanics I thought my clutch had gone out. They were able to tweet it and it worked fine. Probably a locked gear. I will use them again.
They were very helpful and knowledgable. They are great asset to our community, glad to have them and their service team so close to home.
Good oversight and follow through including delivery. Bought a Branson 3515CH 12/15/2020. Landon had lots of time to spend at tractor delivery going over the entire tractor and attachments. Cannot obtain 3rd function parts for front end due to COVID situation but tractor was delivered with promise to come pick it up and do the install when needed parts arrive. What a great benefit to have the tractor early and not have to wait with all the snow. Super tractor thus far. Great family owned small business - so glad I could support them with the support and product that Ive received.
We were in the market for a LS MT235H, been looking for sometime. Looking for the right deal. We live in Arizona, we called dealers here in AZ, CA and UT. After talking to many LS Dealers. I contacted Hobby Tractors spoke with Lance, immediately I liked his attitude. His patience with us was amazing, as we wanted loader and backhoe we came up with Deal that beat all the other dealers. Then we decided we wanted a trailer also, then we also wanted a scraper. Through all of this Lance was patience, not pushy, no attitude. After the purchase he has always answered our call and questions. If the rating had TEN STARS, I would definitely be placing TEN STARS.
Fun place to look around. Male adult candy store
Great place to buy a tractor! Impeccable service and down to earth sales and set up departments!
If you are looking for a great place that sells and services tractors, then this is the place. The staff is incredibley knowledgeable and friendly. These people know their stuff.
I live in Nevada, the customer service that lance gave me was out of this world. So awesome to deal with. When lance and his son delivered my tractor to me they went over everything. Such an easy processes to get financing done. Great people
Bought a tractor from Lance and couldnt be happier with the communication and customer service provided by Lance and his team. Fantastic place to do business. They followed through with everything that we spoke about and even came out to help us set up a harrow purchased with the tractor. Thank you Hobby Tractor!
Amazing experience. Greeted at our car. Asked all the right questions. Helped me find the right mower for my yard. Sold me exactly what I need for my yard. Would highly recommend them. 10 stars!!!!!
Nice guys and a good selection.
I had such a great experience here! I stopped in to talk to Lance and told him exactly what my needs were. He was able to go out and find the exact tractor I needed! I also purchased a brand new riding lawnmower from him as well. His customer service was absolutely amazing and his prices were unbeatable. He delivered both to my house and took the time to teach me how to use each piece and how to get my land in great shape. I highly recommend this location to anybody!!!
I was looking for a new aerating machine and called and spoke to Lance who went out of his way to help me find the right machine and got me all set up. So nice to have a local small business take such great care of me. Definitely go visit and see what they can do for you.
I bought my new red Branson tractor and many implements from Hobby Tractors 10 years ago. They have always provided great advise and customer service in that time. When I first visited their location in Pleasant Grove, the place was buzzing with activity on a Saturday. There were many equipment choices and they answered all my questions with honesty and solid, practical advise which included I dont know..... but Ill find out type of attitude and they service what they sell.I believe my investment with them over the years has been some of the best money Ive ever spent! I highly recommend Hobby Tractors.
The nicest people to help you out we got our tractor and lawn mower serviced and they got it done fast
First let me say that I NEVER write reviews of on-line dealers / sales people / or sites. Not worth my time. Well, breaking my own rule here because I have to.Owned an orange tractor for 18 years, had a pto driven snow blower on front and I had lots of 3pt implements. I used this to take care of 8 acres of family owned property in Provo. Father-in-law died and so the property / estate is being sold. I have a place in the mountains and have a lot of work to do there, moving rocks, building walls, putting in drains, etc. etc. and clearing brush. Not having to take care of the property in Provo, the tractor was going to the mountain. Wait a minute,,,,, no bucket or backhoe so it wouldn’t do what I needed it to do. Off to find a new tractor / loader / backhoe combo.First stop was the orange dealer where I made the purchase 18 years ago. I asked about trade in or consignment and was greeted with a, “for that old piece of junk” from the owner, no less. Mine only had 785 hrs but was a “piece of junk”? Then I was offered a 14 year old orange unit with a bucket and backhoe (all add on subframe models) and 1400 hrs and a $21,000 price tag. It was definitely a “piece of junk”, particularly at that price, and I told the dealer that. That wasn’t going to work, so off we went to price out a new model. Yikes, talk about sticker shock, $38,000.Next stop was Hobby Tractors in P.G. Had already purchased a killer “Bad Boy” mower from Lance and the guys, so I was familiar with them and their style. When I talked about trade or consignment, the response was “absolutely, and we will even discount our cut since you are a previous customer”. So far, so good. Then we started looking at new units, pretty red ones and blue ones. Jared was great, very knowledgeable and we played with several of the units. He even let me drive a hydro unit. I had been used to a shuttle and WOW what a difference. I ended up with the 3515 hydro with bucket and backhoe. I added a 66” grapple and boy am I glad I did. That thing is amazing, and btw the tractor lifts way more than the comparable orange model (dual hydraulic pumps). I also added a 3rd function gizmo for the grapple and had them add beet juice in the rears, also glad I did that to accommodate the 2400 lb lift capacity of the loader. Oh, and the best part of it, other than being able to harass the guys and gals in the shop on several occasions before and after the purchase, was the price. My total package with add-on’s was $6,000 less than the orange tractor ALONE.They currently have my old tractor, formerly known as, “that old piece of junk”, blower and blade on my old trailer (oops, forgot to mention that because of the weight of the 3515 and all the other stuff I added, I had to buy a longer and heavier trailer to carry it all, which was all good) on their lot for sale. It is generating a lot of interest and should be sold very quickly.Bottom line of this very long epistle, Lance has a great staff that is knowledgeable, courteous and won’t B.S. you to get a sale. They were one of the first Branson dealers in the country and are probably the best selling dealership Branson has. They move a lot of inventory and will be there for a long time to come. I will be testing their service when it is time for the 50 hour checkup and I am sure that Scott and his crew will do their usual amazing job.
Theses guys know their stuff. Very knowledgeable. Great options. Not pushy. Was a great experience!
Ive always enjoyed working with Scott and his brother. They are very helpful in every way.
Seriously, the best service EVER! They helped diagnose a couple of problems for me... Theyve always taken care of me and my family with any implement needs we may have. They are top notch!
I recently purchased a home on a couple of acres, and quickly realized I could really use a small tractor. I did a lot of research online on different makes and models. I found that Hobby Tractors had a few of the models I was considering. I stopped and talked to them a few times, and they always happily answered my questions. I shopped a few other dealers, out of state and in. I quickly found that they had a great price and very personal service.I ended up purchasing an LS MT1 25 with a backhoe from them. I have owned the tractor for over a month now, and I have put over 60 wood posts in the ground, levelled an area for a riding arena, spread 21 tons of gravel and moved and spread over 108 tons sand into the barn, corrals and arena. The tractor and staff from Hobby Tractors has exceeded my expectations. I will recommend them to everyone.- Todd Credaroli -
Very VERY VERY friendly employees. They welcome you at the door as you walk in with friendly smiles. They go out of there way to help you find what your looking for. If I could give a 10 star review here I would. Thanks Scott, Lance and Spencer
One on one service, very friendly, and the best deal in Utah! They not only helped us get every implement we wanted for our new Branson, but delivered it to our home in Tremonton. No pressure sales, just honest people helping us find the right tractor for our small homestead. 5 stars for sure!!!
Purchased a tiller and absolutely love it. The customer service is always awesome and Scott is always there to answer any question I have. Very knowledgeable with all products. Would highly recommend this company.
First I dont work here and this is not paid. I have to say the because I am about to write the most glowing review of Hobby tractors and Branson that will make it seem as though I do. I traditionally only post negative reviews because now a days customers seem to come last. But not at Hobby. This guys mean it when they say they will take care of you. Not only will you find the best price here (could have spent 8k more for a lesser HP tractor without half the perks from an orange dealership) but the service is second to none.I had a minor issue with my tractor that I purchased not only did they come an hour up to where I live THE SAME DAY in a snow storm. They took the tractor with them and dropped everything to fix it and brought it back the very next day. They were amazing! Every forum you will read online will talk about arrive being the most important part of buying a tractor well you can buy with confidence from Hobby. They will be there for you. As a first time tractor owner I am thrilled with they confidence they have instilled. Now lets talk about the tractors they sell. I bought a Branson fro. Them and here is why. The tractor I bought has a cab, 35 HP, front end loader, and 7 backhoe. I went to an orange dealership to compare. The orange deal told me how reliable they were how they never have issues and then proceeded to walk me through what they called a tractor graveyard to show me the tractor they recommend. WHAT!! Then the individual showed me a tractor that was 39 HP without a cab or backhoe, without the list of features that the Branson had for 8k more. He talked about how busy they were and how busy their maintenance team was.......no joke. He was selling me a name not a tractor. I am sooooooo happy with my tractor. I am at 8k feet and it is performing incredibly. I cant imagine if I was at a lower elevator how powerful this tractor would be. The team at Hobby even modified the tractor for my elevation where the orange deal just said you will likely have bring it in once a year to assure it can perform at that elevation or buy an even high HP tractor.
Awesome people over at Hobby!
Phenomenal customer service and Knowledge of what they are selling. These guys were great to work with and can get you anything you need as far as tractors and implements they will definitely be my resource for purchasing.
Lance and Scott run a top notch facility. Go see them when youre in the market for a new mower or tractor
Terrible TERRIBLE customer service. Called and got Lance a store owner (which i was not told initially). He wouldnt give me a price on a mower. I said I was shopping others and saw their ad on a website. He then proceeded to try and get me to give them their price so he could beat it. I asked 3-5 times for his price and he wouldnt give it to me. Called back and asked for a manger in which I was told he (Lance) was on the phone. Further into the conversation I found out i was talking to a store owner who initially didnt want to talk to me but pawn me back off on Lance. Once he found out I was frustrated he told me he and Lance were brothers and both store owners. Total run around.
These are good, honest tractor dealers. ... plus the.nicest guys you will ever meet.
Always super helpful when I go in. Give great suggestions on how to get jobs done as well.
My experience has been awesome, whether its for my Bad Boy mower or my Branson tractor. They are a big help on the phone or sending a part up to me in Idaho. They are great to work with!
I was very happy with hobby tractors. We purchased our first tractor from scott so we had a ton of questions, he was more than willing to answer all of them. He also went out of his way to help me cut the driveshaft for the tiller we purchased with the tractor. Thanks again scott. We will definitely be back.
Bought a mower a little over a year ago with these guys and they were great! Had some minor issues with it and needed to take it it, they were quick and efficient in getting it fixed and back to me. They have always been wonderful and helpful!
More helpful than the other echo dealer in the area. Customer service seems much more important to this company.
Hobby Tractors is such a Great place to go & service after the sale is amazing. Honest caring folks that will work hard for your loyalty.
I cannot say enough good about Hobby tractors. Scott and the rest of the staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help solve any issues you may have.
