I would highly recommend this office. Both Dr. Cowgirl and Dr. Jackson are phenomenal. Everyone is personable. They all take that extra care for every patient. We all have a lot of dental work coming up in our family and the ladies who work here go above and beyond checking with our insurance on everything. Really helps with putting my mind at ease when it comes to the finance portion of things.

I was satisfied with my experience with this dentist. They were friendly, upfront with the pricing and options available to me, not pushy about anything, and did their best to make sure that I was comfortable throughout my visit.

This place is the best! I have always been nervous going to the dentist but the staff and dentists were all so friendly and personable. I chipped a tooth late in the afternoon and they were able to get me in and fixed up the next morning. Dr. Cowgill was excellent and made sure to explain everything he was doing. I have nothing but good things to say about this office and I will be going here for all my future dental appointments!

Dr Jackson was amazing! Who says that about a dentist right? He fit me in when he was really fully booked because of an infection and my own dentist was out of town. He took time to walk me through all of my concerns. His staff also took time to book me an appt with a specialist when Dr Jackson was done. I went in for some teeth impressions for a night guard. Elise was the assistant who worked on me. She was very pleasant and personable and explained exactly what she was doing as she was working on me so I knew what to expect. At the end, she explained to me how long the estimated wait time would be before the device was ready for me to pick up and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. I highly recommend their office. Their staff is second to none.

May 2021: I keep coming back. Grove Creek is great. They got me in right away and helped me come up with a plan to deal with a root canal. I LOVE this office! Everyone is so nice and friendly. I have never had to wait to get into my scheduled appointment because they are always ready to greet me. They do an amazing job and keep you informed throughout. My husband went as well and had no complaints. Definitely recommend!

Weve been a few times for my daughter. I was nervous at first as it was her first time going to the dentist, and I wanted her to enjoy it and not be scared as I love the dentist. They worked great with her, they dont push and struggle, they let her go at a pace that is comfortable for her. They make it fun and entertaining so its not a scary experience for children which is wonderful as many are scared of the dentist. Theyve worked great with us on our dental needs as well, and have been wonders when it comes to handling the insurance and helping out with the problems faced with different insurance companies.

They were great with my 5 year old! He was nervous going in, thinking they were going to pull all his teeth out lol! They were very professional with him and kept him engaged in what they were doing. They did a great job, no cavities, so no teeth pulling today! haha

Dr. Jackson and team at Grove Creek Dental are excellent. Ive looked and looked for a dentist I could trust and found them recently. The entire experience is top notch. From the moment you arrive till when you walk out the door, there is virtually no waiting. The hygienist gets you in quickly and gets things going, Dr. Jackson comes in immediately...almost like youre the only patient they are focused on. The dental work was top notch...they resolved every concern I had and many I didnt know I had. They also discuss your options. Where he could have sent me out the door with a big bill and unnecessary work, in his opinion, the additional procedures that were initially suspected were unneeded. Many other dentists would have gone right ahead with the additional unnecessary work, but he didnt.

I’ve never had any problems with this dentist. They do a great job, are very friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.

I have been trying out different dentists over the last couple years because I haven’t found one I liked because they waste my time.I think I’ve found MY dentist! I only waited in the waiting room for 2 minutes! I’ve never had that happen before. I was very impressed with how quickly and efficiently this office operated.The hygienist explained step by step what she was checking for and what everything meant.I was in and out in UNDER an hour with two different sets of x-rays, a cleaning, and the dentist’s final check. WOW!I felt heard, respected, educated, and confident after my visit.I will definitely be going back. My time was not wasted at this office.

I appreciate how personable all the team is. In the wake of COVID-19, I felt very safe with the precautions theyve implemented. They are also extremely efficient without lacking the personal touch and are always up to date with my information.

I came in for an emergency same-day molar extraction. It was not an easy tooth to remove due to the root structure, but I felt *zero* pain throughout the procedure. I can only recommend them!

Love this place. Our hygienist is so cute with my little girls. She puts them at ease and makes it fun. They are all awesome and my kids always leave saying “THAT WAS FUN!” I’ll never go anywhere else.

Dr. Jackson has the best bedside manner I have found... great dentist, very fair. We have 4 kids, when we ask him what we should do in a specific situation he often states, if he/she was my child, I would... The answer has often been to wait/watch it until the next checkup. It is very refreshing to have a dentist that is interested in doing what is right for the patient, instead of just recomending what makes them the most money. Before we found Dr. Jackson, we had to do sedation dentistry with one of our kids. First visit, she let him work on her due to his calming, personable aproach. We have been going to Grove Creek Dental for many years, after trying several other dentist. Grove Creek Dental is the only choice for us.

Very nice staff. I went in for a teeth whitening, while the whitening was effective I had some of my gums damaged. I wish they had used a more effective way to protect them or used more of what they have as a couple of spots are red and scabbing. Additionally, I wish I was told specific foods to eat for the 48 hour period following instead of just a general guideline of no colors or citric foods.

Dr Jackson and his staff and office are hands-down the best I have ever dealt with. He is personable and communicative. He seems to actually care about his patients well-being. He uses language like if you were my sister this is what I would tell you to do. He referred me to a specialist when I needed a root canal. Even the specialist he referred me to was a perfectionist like himself.Its refreshing to find a dentist who is honest and takes pride in his work. And who doesnt find extra things just to make another buck. In fact hes conservative and always tells you the downside to your decisions so that you can make a fully informed decision.Not only is he fabulous but his staff is friendly and his assistance are top of the line. I have never had a more thorough cleaning. The ladies in office staff went above and beyond to submit and resubmit my claims when my insurance company was being difficult.I hope I never moved too far to use Dr Jackson.

Fantastic care! Today was my first visit and every expectation was exceeded! The front desk people were super welcoming and made the paperwork easy. The hygienist worked with my sensitive teeth beautifully and made it a basically painless visit and cleaning. The dentist spent a lot of time with me looking over my history and current problems helping me find proper long-term solutions. I left the office feeling awesome!

I have had a great experience at Grove Creek Dental with Dr. Cowgill. I requested to be put on an ASAP list for when an appointment opened up and the office staff has been so helpful. They text me a same day reminder and they even answer my scheduling requests over email! They are always kind and efficient.Getting my teeth cleaned was done very professionally and there was no guilt trip given for not flossing as well as I should. Just a nice reminder. Dr. Cowgill is also very professional and friendly. He is good at following up on past problems and preventing future issues. My family and I are grateful for such a good dental experience.

Probably the best dentist I have seen. Staff was very friendly. I was educated about my procedure and I was made very comfortable for a difficult filling the doctor had to perform. He originally thought it would be a root canal but it was just a filling. He only did the work that needed to be done and saved me a very expensive root canal. The office is very clean and welcoming.

IF YOU NEED IMMEDIATE DENTAL CARE YOU WENT TO THE WRONG PLACE! Scheduled a same day appt due to having tooth pain and spoke to them multiple times prior to appt with assurances they would be able to help me and I would be able to get an extraction done. After waiting in the the chair for 45 mins and the Dr. looking at the xrays(which I provided) and spending a whole 4 mins with me had his assistant provide me with a cost analysis and then she proceeded to tell me the Dr. doesnt have time today due to closing soon (still open for another 1hr 30 mins and apparently had more important patients in the office) but made sure to charge me an exam fee and sent on my way with tooth pain and all. I have been to Grove Creek Dental twice. While I am no fan of going to the dentist, they are efficient and friendly.Last Experience:I had a cavity filled this morning. I walked in the door for my 7:30am appointment, I went right back to my chair, they made sure I was comfortable, they started the numbing process, finished off the filling, filled out some paperwork and I was out the door by 8am.

From the very beginning when I had a cleaning, I was amazed. The hygienist did such a great job I have never had my teeth cleaned that well. Dr. Jackson was gentle and caring. He didn’t just have me come in and get work done he looked at everything, the teeth that needed work done as well as ways to prevent further problems and really looking at the overall care of my teeth. My 3 year old son had an appointment today for multiple fillings (must be my fault since a 3 year old cant be held accountable for his teeth) and the experience was great, which is not something you usually say about going to the dentist. The assistant was fantastic with my boy and very attentive to be sure he was comfortable and not scared. Dr. Jackson took the time to explain to him (remember, a 3 year old) all about what was going to happen. Even when he got his tooth pulled out.
