I needed someone to come the same day because I had a pink spot on my white couch and they made it work to come to my house at 7pm!!! He is still currently at my house cleaning my couch and it’s 9:30pm!! Wow!! What an incredible company! Will DEFINITELY use them again & continue to refer them to people. Really happy with our experience. We had a couch cushion that needed to be cleaned and he came and met us within an hour of calling him. Had it done in about 45 minutes. Quick, easy, and efficient. Would recommend and will be calling next time our dog pee’s on our couch haha

Jared did a great job. Was easy to work with and quick to schedule a time. Got all the stains up and made it looking much better. He even offered if a spill happened I could give him a quick call and he’d come clean it up before it settled into the carpet.

Jared and Jeff came out with just a moment’s notice. My dog had an incredibly disgusting and explosive diarrhea accident on my carpet. And I may have added a little vomit to the mix by accident. I am sorry to share such details but I scraped as much vomitrocious diarrhea up and sprayed and blotted and it was not getting anything done.Jared and Jeff were fast, efficient, professional and super kind. Jared came to our home and cleaned our carpets. We have an old couch that needed a good cleaning. While he was there, I asked if he cleaned couches. He said he does and took some extra time that day to clean ours. It almost looked new, so much better than I thought it would after being cleaned. I felt it was great service for a great price.We have since used another cleaner recommended by a friend. I dont know if it was just their equipment, but I was not nearly as impressed with how clean things were when they finished. Next time I will just schedule with on the spot.

I cant speak to the actual services this company offers because I scheduled an appointment with Jared for cleaning the carpet in one of my rooms and no one ever showed up. I called, left voicemails, and texted him. I wasted an entire day waiting for someone to show up. Then FINALLY at the end of the day he texted back and said he had something come up and could come the following Monday. I asked what time and I never got a response back. Extremely frustrating.

We have used them several years now for over 200 beds at our complex. They are amazing! Organized, on time, and go ABOVE AND BEYOND!

These guys do a great job! They showed up and got right to the carpet. Could have easily charged me for a full pet treatment, but were very honest and said I really didn’t need it, saving me some money! Honestly I cant rate on their cleaning service because we never even got that far! I can rate on customer services which was completely lacking. I called to check out rates and availability, so far so good! They told me the prize and time, I told them I was going to check with my mom and call to confirm! I called back No answer, left a voicemail never got called back. I literally called them about 10 times and left at least 3 voicemails and nothing. So like I said cant rate the work just the customer service.

My white linen sofa ended up with blue dye on it from jeans. The came out and cleaned the pillows(around 5:00) they looked clean. My lighting was bad and shadows were cast on the sofa. In the morning the blue dye still showed. They came back out to clean it and it wasn’t come out. They took the pillow as and cleaned them at their location and delivered them back to me clean. This company went way above and beyond what they needed to do. Absolutely the only company I will ever use. They were professional and kind.

I am the owner of this company and would like to comment on these negative reviews . First of all customer satisfaction is my # 1 goal and I guarantee all of my work and tell every client to call me is any stains or smell WICK after they dry and we come fix them at no charge even if we have to come back several times . But no one called . As for Rosa I personally do not remember talking to her but I have no voicemails or missed calls from them and if I did it was because I was out of town and she spoke with someone else . No matter the situation we we did have to reschedule Jihan do to an unexpected overwhelming week to a time that worked for her 6:30. We arrived a little after 7 but that’s why we have 2 hr windows and if we are running late there is always a reason and full communication My guys cleaned the carpets they looked great and the next day had wicking which is very common on dirty carpets. She called I told her I would get out to fix it ASAP to do a touch up and she seem happy with it . Stuff happens sometimes but I always give a 100% to satisfy my customers so these reviews are unnecessary and are offensive . Stuff happens we get set backs but I always fallow through to the best of our ability . I don’t have this many good reviews cause we are unprofessional, do bad work, I personally don’t leave the house till your 100% satisfied and if my guys aren’t living to that standard please let me know don’t try and make my company look bad . We chose this company because of the good reviews we had read. After we scheduled them, we learned that the owner, Jared, had broken his leg the week before. We were concerned that his technician might not give the same level of service we had read about. However, we were happy to see that Jared came with his technician to oversee the project and to help in whatever ways he could. Both of them worked hard and did an excellent job on our carpet. In some cases, we did not have them clean full rooms but just entry ways, and Jared worked with us on the price because he was anxious that we be pleased not only with the quality of work but also with the price. These guys are easily the best of the four different carpet cleaning services that we have used in Utah Valley. Their attention to detail is fantastic, and they even did a few extra little things for no additional charge.

I was on a tight schedule, and Jared fit me in at the end of a long day. He spent a really long time on my sectional, which has been home to six kids and three dogs. Got a couple of spots out of my carpets, and helped everything smell fresh. He even left a powerful fan for us to use on the sectional to help it finish drying.One month follow up: The carpet hasnt held up as well as with other cleaners. Im not sure whether shampoo residue was left or whether some areas werent cleaned deeply, but high-traffic areas look worse than before they were cleaned.

We had several rugs cleaned by On The Spot. They did an awesome job, and the price was honestly amazing! These guys were quick to answer the phone and offer assistance. I had a few questions about trying to get some pet odors out of the carpet. Jared assured me they can usually get them out the first time around and if the odors came back they would go over it a second time. They also arrived on time which is a big deal to me. Like most people I cant take off work for a possible 4 hour window like some contractors tend to state.
