I can’t say enough about how good a guy joe is! We scheduled a day for me to come by and leave my truck. He was timely and does the best tint job in town. This is the 3rd vehicle I have had tinted by joe and I won’t ever use anyone else. I couldn’t be happier with his work. The tint job on my 2020 F150 came out as Professional as factory tint. He also installed a vinyl on my back window. I’ll recommend joe over anyone! Don’t hesitate to give him a call.

Like others I thought he sounded very friendly and helpful at first over the phone.I really do not appreciate that he told me to be at his shop at a specific time and than when I got there was asked if I wanted to drop the car off or wait 30 minutes.That was not what we had discussed previously in the phone. I was asked to stop by in an hours time assuming that by than he would be ready to work on my vehicle. So I wasted my time and gas driving to his location only to be told he was working on another vehicle from someone who had an appointment!I thought I had made an appointment with him. I honestly felt like I was double booked with him like at a high volume Doctors office.He didnt say he was running behind on a previous job.Thanks Joe,Seems like a nice guy I guess, but this just did not sit well with me at all. Wish he would have asked me if I could drop it off before me making the trip over here. He told me over the phone I could wait or that he had a waiting room.

Horrible. Joe and I spoke on the phone prior to my 2pm appointment. I got there around 1pm. When I arrived he forgot about who I was. Told me he had others customers and just drop it off. Very unprofessional. Not punctual. I WILL NEVER come here or refer anyone to this location.

Not complete yet. I have two small bubbles that need attention and need to text them about it. Had a bit of a time with scheduling, They put me off for a few days and when some one finally came to do the job, he was very pleasant and professional. Asked for a receipt and was told it would be emailed to me. I will most likely follow up with a 4 or 5 star rating...The owner Joe came to finish the job and I was very happy with the results. He too was very nice and did a good job. I received my final receipt by email as promised. So, my rating for scheduling would be a four, but for the actual work performed, I would rate a 5 star, and would use him again.

Stay away from this company.I called to have my rearview window re-tinted because it was bubbled up.Joe from West Broward arrived at the property to do the job.When I called, he explained that they have a professional method to remove the tint using steam.Once the job was complete he was quick to leave.Basically we talked for 2 minutes, I paid and he left.I asked him how long I should wait to use the rear defroster to which he responded 2 days in order for the tint to properly dry.When I went to use the rear defroster 2 days later, it is broken.Basically he stripped the elements completely off of my rear window causing irreparable damage.As a Pro, he would know from the way he removed the old tint, that he had damaged everything.Yet he chose to say nothing to me, play dumb, and collect his money.Bad news....

I see alot of bad reviews, but I actually had good experience with Joe. He is mobile and busy. You gotta understand he might not make it somewhere on time. But He did my front 2 windows and my rear window really well. Used 3M film. Looks nice and clean, no bubbles. Good Job Joe.

I hate to write this review but I had trusted this guy to do 5 of my cars and 6 of my friends cars. You would think that is customer loyalty. Just bought a brand new car and wanted to get it tinted. This guy has had 4 no shows with me over the past month and doesnt even have the courtesy to tell you he cant make it nor text or reply to a phone call for not showing up. If you like to rearrange your schedule and spend the weekend waiting for him then he is your guy.

He did come to house which was convenient but he left a lot little bubbles in tint. He said he would come back out to redo and never heard from him again after several attempts. I then looked at my daughters new car he did and same bubbles were in that car also.

VERY UNRELIABLE. Joe comes across as a nice and easy going guy but he is horribly unreliable. He agreed to tint my vehicle on 7/3 after he would return from a vacation. I called him the morning of (7/3) and he said he got tied up on another job and wont be available till Saturday (7/7). He said he would come at 9am sharp. He continued to apologize and promise that he will be at my house first thing in the AM. I called him Friday (7/6) to confirm but received his voicemail so I left a message. I never heard back. Saturday morning (7/7) I called and texted but never received the courtesy of a response. I chose to bring my business elsewhere and am very happy with the results. Dont be fooled by this nice guy on the phone.

I called him and he was very friendly and seemed very professional. We scheduled a day for him to come to my home for my vehicle window tints. As the days approached for him to come to my home, I tried re-confirming with him SEVERAL times via phone call and text. The day of our appointment he did not show up or call to tell me he wasnt showing up. I had left my entire morning open for the tints to be done and NOTHING. Extremely unprofessional, and clearly doesnt value peoples time or business. This could have all been avoided with a simple cancellation call or text.

Do not use! Made 3 separate appointments for him to tint my car and did not show or cancel any time. Shame on me for trusting they would do the job they said. Not sure how a business can be so unprofessional.

No customer service does not care for his customer or building loyalty I would definitely not recommend this service there are cheaper and better alternative sure he comes to you but just the overcharge you and leave his work unfinished! ($150 that I could have saved ) VERY UNPROFESIONAL!

West Broward Window Tinting did a great job with my car window tint. I wanted the tinting of great quality and done with perfection so that it does not come off easily and quickly.

I followed the review and figure this is a good place to get my car tint. Wrong!!!!The tint job was one of the worst I ever seen, I call the owner Joe, he tells me is normal. 5 days later the bubbles still in my tint call Joe, back he said to take card and try to remove them. LolSet up a day to remove and reinstall with Mr. Joe, he fail to show, after calling more than once he called back and we set a new day, he fail again. It was a rainy day and I understand it cant be done in the rain, a phone call was needed to fix the problem. Now I have to remove this junk off my new 2017 camaro..

Talked to Joe on the phone and made an appointment for 9am on a Friday, but no ever came. I called several times and no answer. I would NOT recommend a service that doesnt value customers time.

Made an appointment with me on a Friday to come to my work and tint my vehicle on the following Monday . Said he would be there in the morning . Monday came, no show-no call . Not good .....

Horrible customer service hypocrite person dont evaluate customer time and dont take in consideration what I wanted to do he just install the opposite of what we talk just because he said it will look better than what I ask for dont recomend at all
