I shipped an item on February 3rd, 2020. As of today, September 8th, 7 months later, I have not been reimbursed for shipping or insurance. They lost my package, $3,000 item, then found it a month later. Shipped it back to The UPS Store, #6699, destroyed. No email or call to apologize or assist. Seven months waiting and still nothing. Never EVER use The Ups Store for anything!
I shipped a package of cookies to a University student. Package was delivered on the correct date, but NOT to the correct person, though I had given the Hall & dorm room. I made 2 calls to the store I shipped from (University Park, FL) and Robert returned a call. Basically telling me it was not their problem, but UPSs & I would have to contact them. I did and spent 40 minutes getting the run around. I did not do business with UPS directly, but their agent through this store. The recipient DOES NOT have the cookies, that I spent many, many hours baking nor do I have any satisfaction. I will not ship with this store or UPS again.
This is not a UPS Store and the existing pin sends you to a private location. Consider going to the UPS store located further East at Nob Hill Rd behind the CVS.
This company should out of business almost all delivery are not done on time to me and some of my friends. I will never use this company to send a package. Its not worth the trouble
