Guillermo Lozano was the listing agent on a property we were looking at renting. I and 2 others moved from the west coast to the east coast after getting the Contract to Lease signed on this home.After negotiating a deal to rent the home, Guillermo failed to get the contract signed by the homeowners within appropriate time allowing for another offer to come in. He then got the other offer signed almost immediately giving us less than 24 hours notice that our offer would be rejected and we would no longer be getting the home. This is now ultimately costing us hundreds of dollars in hotel fees until we find another home.Upon meeting Guillermo at the home for the showing, he was very cold and unwelcoming.

I just signed up with them as my new brokerage. The administration are all friendly and helpful.

Best Experience Ive ever had with a Real Estate Firm and Agent and Im 45.I write this with a high degree of excitement. I’m a single divorced dad with primary custody of my 3 daughters who live with me. My story is rather long and don’t want to bore you with it but I felt the need to write this because there are so many real estate agents out there, but very few actually deserve the title and can say work for their customer. In a nutshell, I was in a situation that I had to get my 13 year old genius daughter into a certain school district, needed to move before the school year. I believe we could not have done it without her. Do in part why I say that is, I would email, call, text other real estate agents whose names were listed on a house of interest, I would either hear back the next day, hell one agent called me a week later. She and her partner Le stopped me and said, tell us exactly what you want, what you’re looking for, we will do all the research get back to you. They did the rest is history.I highly recommend Alice to anyone. This woman showed us homes at 10am and 8 to 9pm. She would meet with us at restaurants. She understood the urgency and she drove almost an hour to us to sign the contract so I can have it on time to enroll my daughter in school.Her care for what she does and the people she’s representing is second to none. I’ve worked with 7 real estate agents in Miami in the past 12 years or so and I’ve yet to meet anyone that came close to her professionalism, tonicity and dedication to really finding you what works for you and your family, detail oriented, articulate, understands your entire family, puts so much time into research, responsive, attentive, caring, dedicated to her work, genuine interest in every part of the search and extremely involved and hands on during the whole process. Believe me this is a short list as I don’t want to write a book but take it from me buying, selling or renting, this lady is the person to call and give your business to and trust and well-being of your most precious jewel, your family.Alice, my family and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts. December of 2018, I was in contact with an agent of yours Olga Garcia.I was looking to move from San Diego California to Boca Raton Florida. I contacted Olga Garcia about a listing she had for 299 Mansdield H Boca Raton. The listing was for a 2 bed 2 bath condo, listed as pet friendly. After many emails and scanning of documents, we were presented with a lease for the property at 1 year for $1300 a month plus a $300 nonrefundable pet depost. We mailed a check for $1300 for first months rent made out to United Realty Group.We drove from California to Florida and arrived at 299 Mansfield H on Jan 17th 2019.Olga presented herself to us to give us the keys, take $2600 for securiry deposit and last months rent and the $300 non refundable pet deposit.During the walk through, we noticed many things. Broken glass in the back door, garbage and other materials left in the lanai closet, windows on the lanai that would not open or close, basically stuck in whatever position they were in, exposed wiring on the lanai, among other things. When asked about these things Olga said for us to have maintenace come and fix the windows and what ever was left in the Condo, we could keep or throw out.After driving 3000 miles, I spent my first 4 hours here cleaning. I have A LOT of pictures. Fungus in the kitchen drawers, water stains on both ceiling bathrooms, the microwave, stove and refrigerator were very visablly dirty. Fine, we cleaned and we delt with it, lesson learned. We also called the owner and voiced our concerns and she blamed Olga and also told us call maintenance for the non working things and if we wanted ahe waould send a cleaning lady.The following day, Friday Jan 18th, we went to the ID office to get our IDs and were told we needed to contact the building director, PhyllIs Atwell, to arrange drop off of our UPack. When we called Phyllis, she had no paperwork on us so came into the condo to meet us. When she saw all the issues with the condo, she called it unlivable, when she saw our dog, we were told we had to leave beacuse its a NO PET COMMUNITY.Phyllis called Olga to come over and the 2 of them proceeded to yell at each other over whos fault it was. Olga told Phyllis she was not aware it was a no pets community. How can a realtor not know the rules? We drove 3000 miles with the expectation of having a place to live for at least a year and now after Feb 15th, we are homeless because of the ignorance of one of your agents.My partner is a type 1 diabetic, we since had our dog medically certified as a service animal for this, but her blood sugar has been 200 points above normal due to this stressful situation. And her numbers are recorded in her insulin pump. They show how conntrolled they were prior to this happening and how they are now.We stopped payment on the $2600 check, as per the building director and prepared to again look for a place to live.The building director took pity on us and told us that because the dog was now properly certified, we could move into another unit here. She knew 319 Mansfield H was almost ready to rent.We contacted Cecilia Passalacque, also of United Reality Group for 319 Mansfield H today and after emailing proof of income we were told by her and I quote:Just spoke with Olga from United Realty Group, she and I are working for the same office.....Sorry, but it doesnt work for me.....What kind of business are you guys running? The amount of stress and worry your office has caused us is unbelievable. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life.

Stay away !!!! Never, never use them !!!Eliyahou Rouimi is the worst agent you can meet. Very disappointing. He has left us alone without any assistance on a big problem we have had with the house we had rented out in sunny isles for four days. He has never answered the phone nor emails and messages. My realtor had to threaten him to bring him to court . Very unprofessional . And...we have a baby of 6 months. Now we are considering some legal actions
