We moved here temporarily due to lack of space in the headoffice to accomodate growing number if employees. This facility is good, they have good internet, fairly well stocked kitchen with coffee, hot choclate, tea etc, vending machines and a large refrigerator.the rest rooms are clean. There are multiple small office spaces that they rent, and the hallway oe alley seems a bit narrow to the number of offices they have.This is easily noticeble from traffic and there is ample parking. The receptionsits are friendly and helpful.

The service at the office located at 950 South Pine Island Road, Suite 150, Plantation, FL, is not the best. I placed a reservation for 12:30 pm I got there on time and the room was occupied. The receptionist was very rude about it. I had to wait 15 min for the other party to finish their meeting. The place was not rearranged before my meeting. i had to do it myself. The kitchen was kind of dirty as well. There is an ski simulator school next door and the noise is horrible! I dont recommend this place.

Very rude manager. I went to inquire about renting an office there. $1000 for a 10 x 10 office. Not only was it overpriced, but the manager was very rude.

I rent rooms in various locations and its always a great experience

Need a professional workspace with full amenities then look no longer.
