Wonderful experience from beginning to end! Neon (pedi) & Don (full-set) took great care of me. So polite and attentive. There are a ton of nail salons by my house but I will gladly drive a few miles more to receive this kind of service! Outstanding! ☺️👍🏽

To tell you the truth I usually go to Katherine AKA Kat and she does an amazing job. However today I went in and I asked for a full set acrylic marble and I left with full set plain red. So disappointed. And they didnt even offer a discount for not doing what I requested.

I got my nails done right before closing on Nov 14th, Me and my mother. They still took us in. Turns out I got engaged the next day with my beautiful nails! :D Safety measures are in place such as masks and temp checks. I got power dips for the first time and now a month later not a single nail broken! I love it and will be returning for an overdue new set soon. Also note that my mother LOVED Ann and Mary and we will both come back just for her. :)

I called them last minute for a nail appointment and they were so accommodating. This is a very nice place and I was very pleased with the quality of the work.

I love this salon. It is ULTRA CLEAN. Temperature taken at front door upon entre then told to wash your hands.Shop completely designed with plexiglass disposable files and tub liners for the pedicures. Please note.they had been using the disposable supplies way prior to covid.I love my person Christina. She knows her trade and is a pleasure to spend time with.Best of all the people are accommodating and nice to transact business with.

I love the way Jolee does my dip nails. Very sweet and professional, takes her time but is still quick. Perfect nail shape and gets close to my cuticle as its my preference. Overall environment is nice, quiet and clean. Prices are fair.

Beautiful location, but the technician I was assigned (Lanie?) was horrible, which made for a less-than-relaxing mani/pedi, and Ive never had a salon try to upcharge for so many services.The nail tech was not friendly from the start. I chose a matching color for a Dip manicure and regular pedicure. Lanie started with my toes. As she painted the first nail I immediately recognized that this polish did not match the color I chose, and I showed her the comparison. She had an attitude about it and told me (as if I am supposed to know) that the sample nail colors get discolored from the sun, so they may not be accurate. THEN WHAT IS THE POINT OF PICKING A COLOR FROM THEIR WHEEL IF ITS NOT GOING TO BE THE COLOR YOU CHOSE?! I asked that she please find me a color that is close to what I chose, which she did. She then offered to upcharge me for the full foot scrub. Ive never been to a salon that didnt include this in the price of the pedicure. For the dip manicure she also offered an upcharge for a gel topcoat (never had that offered anywhere either and Ive had many dip manicures across two states). She later indicated that I needed an eyebrow wax and offered that for an upcharge as well... Whatever, lady. When I get to the front to pay for my services, I remind the receptionist that when I made the appointment it was for their Early Bird Special Advertisement, which was supposed to be 10% off. Lanie got visibly agitated, told the receptionist you can deal with this and walked away. I regret still tipping that nasty woman.

They have taken extreme measures to make sure everyone is safe! Everything is spotless there is Plexiglass separating us vs the nail tech.. they even take your temperature at the door and they take every nail took out from the sterilized package in front of you! Plus on top of being clean everyone is nice and my nails always looks amazing whenever I leave that salon! Absolutely cannot recommend them enough

I tend to go with the people I have know for years like Jahnet and Zues. The shop is nice and pleasant. I think its very expensive to buy decorative stones. You pay a $1 a stone when u can buy a bag of 5000 for $4-$8. I purchased my own stones and they want to charge me the same price.

This salon is conventionally located close to my home but I can’t say this was my go to place till today, Mariah did my nails and I can’t express how pleased I was with how my nails look. Being a career woman I don’t have a ton of time, I shared that with her and she worked according to my schedule and got me out on time.. I can say this is my go to place and Mariah is definitely my go to girl. Thank you Mariah!

I love this location. Even walk ins dont wait very long for service, like at some establishments. Pre covid, this was my friend and I go to location for after work mani pedis. Gel polish/dip powder application are always great here. Post covid there are temperature checks at check in, youre required to wash your hands, there is social distanced seating and barriers between you and the tech and they wear masks.

Don was so patient and careful with my nails. I came back just for him and got his wife Ann the second time around. Both were great!. The service here is wonderful. They work smart and make you feel pampered. Great range of colors and very clean. Ambience is amazing.

The jelly pedicure is the best!

I have been going here for a while now with awesome service. This last time I went the technician did my gel nails, in the same day two of them peeled off. I went in the next day for them to fix them by a different person but they wanted the original technician to fix them but he wasn’t available. The next day two more nails fell off, The following day three nails fell off. So now here we are six days later and I only have three nails on. The three I went back in to have fixed one of those fell off. The part about this whole ordeal that I don’t like is they are making me go to the original technician that did the nails. I feel like I should either get a full refund and let me go about my business and go to another technician. Or just have someone else fix my nails. Why do I have to go back to the original technician that mess them up to keep having him fix them and they keep falling off? Where does that make sense? Which is even more irritating is the technician is not there all the time he’s only there on the weekends for a few hours how inconvenient is that. Laqua needs to do better. It’s not all about the money it’s about customer service. And if you want customers to continue to come back, you need to implement something else instead of me having to go to the same technician that screwed up my nails the first time and keep me from wasting my time by making multiple trips for something that should’ve been done right the first time.

My daughter and her friend both went to this salon yesterday. They both got tips and dip. They kept asking for the nail tech to cut down the tips but would only take down a sliver at a time. They kept asking them to shorten their nails but would not do so.The girls both left very unhappy. They called back the salon to request for a reimbursement or to have them shorten their nails. They said they could not do so as it would be on the girls if it should crack from filing.The girls ended up going to another salon at the mall to PAY for someone else to file their nails down.So I had to pay 2x for her to have their nails which IMO don’t look that great. The tips were not matched to their fingernail size and are too wide.My daughter would rather go to the more expensive salon because at least there they would leave happy without the extra expense of time and money.I don’t care if they are teenagers, they are paying customers too!

If youre a mom like me & you want your me time this is definitely the place to do so!! The atmosphere is beyond relaxing, I fall asleep almost every time Im there! All of the associates & techs are respectful and nice. There are TONS of colors to choose from! Everything is very clean and organized! I HIGHLY reccomend everyone to go and get your relaxation on!

My wife went to get her nails done for her birthday and they did a horrible job, that she had to go to another salon to fix. Even the lady at the other salon said how much of a bad job they did here. They would not offer a refund for their terrible service, save your time and money and go to a better salon

The experience I had today was by far the worse customer service from the front desk staff. They declined to provide me service because they only had one nail tech available with 35mins to closing. And because I didnt feel comfortable with his level of work they said I couldnt get my nails done. No effort in accommodating or even giving me the option to wait on some else to do my nails. My only option was to return tomorrow at their convenience. Unbelievable!!!

I have been going to this nail salon since it opened. It is very clean. The decor is nice with beautiful chandeliers. I go here at least once a month for pedicures. I bring everyone I know here, they enjoy it. I do go elsewhere to get my finger nails done though.

This place should get a higher review. They do charge a lot more, but the service is worth it. I did the gel nails here and they lasted over 2 weeks before they started chipping. And I am always using my hands to wash and clean. The paint never chipped. My pedicure was phenomenal. It lasted a whole hour. I can’t believe others feel rushed. That was totally not my experience! I felt so relaxed and my feet were soft. It’s been a while since my feet were that smooth. I can’t rave enough about this place. They do not deserve the poor ratings.

So I broke my nail dip on my thumb and was freaking out because it was like 7pm. I had been running around looking for somewhere to fix it cuz the original place I got them done was closing early that day. Here, they saw me straight away and fixed it in like 10 minutes or less. It was awesome! I wish I got the name of the guy so I could make an appointment to have them done here instead. I was floored with how skilled this guy was! I can’t thank them enough!

This is my spa if choice. The owners are young and more in touch with their clients. Even though there are long term employees it seems like as soon as Ive found a tech Im comfortable with they go away after a few months. Bummer. No 5 stars yet. There is always room for improvement.

Feels rushed, Im not big on pedicures but go with the wife, many places make you feel welcomed and are nice, the technician I got, Annie, was very rough and brash in the way she pushed or pulled my feet, maybe its cause Im a dude? Dunno but remember, ever customer is a potential repeat, make their experience memorable, not only will they come back, they may bring a friend, in my case if the technician is good I wont mind coming back with my wife otherwise I pass on the place and she may not come back either. Also they charge a bit more for some different color nail polish 3 bucks more, they told my wife, told her it lasts longer .Long story short, not my best experience, hence the review

Ive been coming here since they opened in 2014. Service is always consistent and personable which I love. The owner Sandy is almost always on site and inspects what she expects which is why this place obviously runs so smoothly. Have recommended many and will continue to do so.

Ive been here a few times and I will say its clean and they have an efficient system. However, I have a problem paying an additional ten dollars every time for my nail shape when I havent changed my nail shape at all. I asked the nail tech why I was being charged and she said that she had to re-shape my nails when she applied the acrylic/dip polish. I was a bit taken back because from my previous experiences the nail tech ALWAYS re-shapes the nail after applying the acrylic/dip polish. With that being said, I personally feel that not disclosing that information prior is shady and unethical and for that reason alone I will not be returning.So if you go be aware, no matter what nail shape you have you will be charged an additional ten dollars and they will NOT advise prior.

I love the fact that they use new sterile tools every time, per person! you watch them open new packs in front of you! Im not saying all salons do this but most salons, especially inside Malls, use their own tools & most of the time they dont disinfect or soak them long enough. It needs to soak 10-15 minutes min. They treat the service like an assembly line rather than personalized service! BUT This place got it right!!

I was a last minute appt for later that day and was able to be fit in for a pedicure ...The atmosphere was classy yet relaxing . I was offered something to drink as I sat in the chair which btw was nicer than the regular ones offered elsewhere... the tech did an awesome job and will definitely go back . Maybe next time I’ll choose the zero gravity pedicure!

Rip off. Big time! Horrible experience. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired! Everyone was negative, especially the Asian woman that seemed to be the manager or at least the one who spoke English more fluently. The person that did my nails didnt speak enough English to effectively communicate with customers. The gel manicure was so horrible that i had to go back to my usual salon to fix it but it was impossible. I had to have a new one. Such a waste of my money! I will never ever go back and of course will warn everybody at work to never go there! Stay away!

Very clean and pretty establishment. The staff is very nice. However, I had an appointment and still had to wait 20 minutes to take a seat. On top of that, their prices are absurd! I got acrylic fills in the coffin shape, with gel color and matte top coat and was charged $50!!! $50 for acrylic fills?! I paid $50 to get a full set pink and white acrylics 2 weeks ago at a different establishment. Definitely not returning!

I went yesterday and had a hot stone pedicure and gel manicure and LOVED IT. This place is brand new and I read great reviews on it so I thought I would check it out. I dont want to find a new salon because I like this one but I might have to I just got a pedicure from the lady Kimberly I asked for hot water the water was cold and she stabbed me with the equipment drew blood didnt even say sorry gave me a dirty look and said I had an ingrown toenail and I didnt and she kept trying to cover the toe so I wouldnt see the blood.And then when I went to the front to make a complaint on her she had the nerve to argue with me telling me she didnt hurt me or draw blood,

Been here a few times for Gel polish mani and pedi. the Staff is really friendly. Never really a long wait time. I can usually always get right in. Decor is beautiful. They offer you a beverage to make you more comfortable. Definitely some tech are better then other but never had any major issues. Price is a bit more expansive then any regular nail salon but I definitely think it worth it.

Love this place! I looked long and hard for a nail salon because i am very picky. I have seen several technicians and for the most part they are all good. Of course i have my favorite but since shes been on vacation i had to see others. 3 techs, only 1 i wasnt impressed with.

The staff was very nice and polite. Ive been here a couple times for a mani and pedi. Today I got a pedicure and Helen was really polite and did a great job. Also the front desk girls were friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back! Thank you for making my visit a pleasant one! 😁💅

We had a fantastic experience today! All five of us were welcomed in at one time, the ladies really helped us understand our options, and they took great care in doing our nails. It is so refreshing to go to a nail salon with employees who really care about you and your nails! We are from Colorado, otherwise we would make this our go-to place every time in Dallas!

Really appreciated the service for 2 yrs but had a bad experience. They blamed bubbles in my polished nails from dust. I should expect it when I choose light pink color? What are you kidding? Than they told me to pick a dark color because the bubble doesn’t show! Sorry but blame it on dust?

This place is the most rude and disrespectful places I’ve ever been to. I’ve only gone a couple of times because my nail tech started working there and since day one they have treated her with the up most disrespect. Constantly taking her tools and equipment and accusing their staff of stealing tip money left by clients for a job well done. The times I’ve gone my appointments would have to be at 6:30pm because I get off at 6, my nail tech Sharlene would have no problem staying until closing for my nails to be perfect however the front desk person Ha is always in some kind of rush asking me constantly while my hands are busy if I’ll be paying cash or card while I’m still in the process of getting my nails done. I’ve gone to other people there and they don’t give you the time you deserve or attention you’re looking for when going to get your nails done. Sandy the owner has no problem starting an argument with her staff during operation hours in front of other clients and that is highly unprofessional. I tried to make an appointment with my regular tech to find out she no longer works there. Well I hope they know they lost a client because I would cringe every time they would take my money because they don’t deserve it.

I love coming here because of the cleanliness. They use plastic liners in all of the pedicure tubs. The LAcqua signature pedicure is awesome.

Lacqua is by far the best nail salon in South Florida. It has a relaxing atmosphere and the staff is really friendly. There is a variety of polishes and services and the nail techs do a great job. I’ve been coming to Lacqua for many years and will continue for many years to come!

This place is nice however there are some issues. I made my appointment a week in advance with Na because she was recommended. I get to the salon on time and Na does not show up to work. Ookkay annoying but not the salons fault Im clearly upset at this point. I tell them I wanted a particular design Sandy tells me she can do it .They give me another person to do my nails and he does an okay job. When comes time for the design someone else comes over to see what I wanted because Sandy is busy.So Linda ends up doing my design she is awesome very nice and tried to do what I asked even though Sandy lied and could not do the design I requested. Linda saved the appointment as I said she was great. In the end Id say be careful when you go because u may not get the person you requested or what you ask for but the ppl are nice and the place is lovely. Your nails will look nice but you will have to deal with customer service issues. Ask for Linda she will do her best to make you happy!
