Excellent flooring supply. The staff is professional and knowledgeable of the materials and installation process. Variety of underlayment, laminate, vinyl, engineer, and hardwood flooring. Tools and auxiliary materials available. Parking area and the orders are prepared quickly. They also have stairs and molding materials. Professional and contractor accounts available. I would highly recommend it.

Have you been to Lumber Liquidators before? I have shopped at three or four different stores. I happened to stumble upon this particular store in Plant City, which incidentally is pretty much right off of Interstate 4. What differentiates this place from the others is the phenomenal service. Sure the selection can be the same as other Lumber Liquidators, but the people that work here seem to know a whole lot more and are able to answer all of your questions.

This plant city lumber liquidators charge me the highest rate for delivery regardless I live 11 miles away, this was a garage drop off no stairs etc. contractor charged me triple for quarter rounds floorboards charge me for leveling floors when not needed. Store never gave any suggestions for flooring. Joseph was all about the money and not the customer service. Will not recommend will not purchase from the store again. I did get floors installed through private contractor very pleased.

Store is easy to get to from a lot of places. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable without being overbearing. The selection of flooring was great. Free samples of flooring and free bottled water for the customers. Highly recommended.

We ordered almost 700 square feet of flooring from here & the floor is very nice looking from what we can tell (we havent installed yet) but the service is the worst I have ever had. The order was wrong despite calling them & explaining what should be on the invoice. We were called twice telling us everything was ready for pickup & I called ahead of time to let them know we were on our way (1 hour drive) just to get there & find out all of the order was NOT there and the invoice was NOT updated like I had called & requested. We were charged $20 for them to transport the flooring from 1 store to another (and never told about this). Also, we were charged the sale price for part of the order & when we called to update the amount after measurements, the additional flooring added was charged at full price (we were told the sale price would be held once initial order placed & payment made holding price). Despite all the hassle with not having everything ready when we got there, they did not offer any discount & barely apologized. When my husband got home & told me I called the manager & he advised me that he would speak with his manager & call me back. Still waiting for that call back & refund on the overcharges. Will not be purchasing from here again & I will make sure to tell everyone the same.
