The first time i took my car it was towed because it overheated the next day he replaced censor 200.00 i drive my car off his lot engine light comes on i called him he said continue driving no problem my car stalled on me next day back in shop i asked him is it radiator or fan he said no another censor replaced told me i needed motor mond took my car back for motor mond 500 again the very next day engine light called him told me keep driving which i did now my car overheated i pulled over my fluid tank was completely empty again car towed to his shop next day im told i blew gasket plus needed radiator and fan gave him all this money and he never fixed what was wrong i truly believe they did this to me because i didnt know any better. I did not want to give bad review i am not angry i simply want to help the next person God help them

Unless your looking to get scammed out of your money come here. Took my car here to get repaired and all Gus did was replace some parts and OVER charged me. DIDNT EVEN FIX THE ISSUE!! took my car to an actually HONEST mechanic and charged me the fraction of what this crook wanted and got my vehicle up and running! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost! The owner is a con! Take your business else where.

Probably the best mechanic in Plant City. Gus is knowledgeable, fair, and honest. Ive taken my vehicle and my girlfriends vehicle to him multiple times and Ive consistently been happy with the results. I have a pretty tight schedule and I am heavily dependent on my vehicle, but he usually is able to get the job done in a timely manner. That being said, his prices are also the lowest out of the garages I have visited in Plant City. Would recommend!

Ive never been to a mechanic who actually cares about your situation, and doesnt treat you like youre the 10th customer that has come to him for a car issue. He replaced my ac for 250$!!!!!!!!! Instead of 1200 at an other mechanic. If you are not millionarie and tight on cash like me please see Guss for any car repair. And he is fast. If not the same day the next day he completes car repairs. The best mechanic our family ever had. All repairs he did were of best quality. He said he wants customers coming back that is why he doesnt overcharge anyone... I am happy we have him in our city.

The dealership wanted $1,200 I took it to Gus he only charged me 354 I highly recommend him, they do excellent work and they beat dealerships by a long shot he now gets all of my business and I wouldnt go anywhere else and I recommend them to all of my friends and family members

Highly recommended by long-time acquaintances, I took my VW Golf tdi (diesel engine) here for repairs. Several visits with repeat problems (their words) with fuel lines/pump/water pump then they believed timing belt needed replacing (it did). Although I questioned them on having the correct tools for setting the timing, they insisted they did & were defensive about my questioning them & involving the former owner of my car-who knows more than they about tdi diesels....32 days they had my car. We ended up towing it out of there. I had paid them $1,300 & my car was not drivable. $700 & 6 hours later, a tdi diesel specialist who used the correct timing equipment, had my car back to running right. No new turbo was needed as Guss had suggested was the next thing to try. In fact, had the correct timing equipment been used, the 32 days & $1,300 would not have been spent OR perhaps Gus could have been honest & admitted they were not equiped to work on diesels.I think they are great mechanucs for non-disel work but this....Im so, so discouraged.
