After reading reviews here I was nervous as could be to use this facility. However, other offices further away had about the same reviews and I had to have lab work done regardless.Reading that a major problem was wait time, I made my appointment for 6:45 in the morning, hoping to make it in before it got very busy. I didn’t have to wait very long at all. Fifteen minutes prior to my appointment I arrived and checked in as instructed and I was called back MAYBE two minutes after my appointment time. I was done and out the door by 7:00.The staff was friendly enough. I could tell they just wanted to move through people quickly, which I completely understand as they tend to get very busy as the day goes on. The lady that took my blood was good! Quick and painless. You could tell she does this all the time! The lady at the front desk was friendly. I chatted briefly with both ladies while I was there and I have zero complaints with either of them!I wouldn’t have a problem going back to or recommending this office!

Extremely poor. This HUGE corporation won’t pay and can’t keep employees. ALWAYS under-staffed. Opens late. No customer service. Plant City Office is NOT an acceptable experience.

Brittany was awesome! She accommodated me so well, she took me in right when they were about to close, after I went to the Edgewood location they turned me away! She’s awesome!

I thought all the staff was really nice. There was a little wait even with an appointment but, not terribly long. It was also pretty clean as well.

The people there are so rude i have been there 3 times for a drug test and every time they are always rushing people and so rude i went today and was having trouble going so i kindly asked for some water and her response was we dont have cups and u guys come here for a drug test u need to pee and not waste time this is the only location that i have ever been to where they dont offer water and are so rude i went to another one where i was there for 3 mins and the people there were so helpful and so kind even tho i was taking so long they need better staff for sure i will no longer be going to this locations

Came in for a drug screening for my job and the two ladies at the front desk seemed like they had a heated metal rod stuck up their butts. I understand customer service sucks but Ive been in the CS field for 10 years and its not hard to fake a smile and come up with a fake customer service voice or just be nice to people. It was me and one other person and they acted like it was packed. And theyre only open till 2??? And theyre still mad??? Id go the extra couple miles for some good ole fashioned NICE customer service. Whoever is in charge of this place needs to put them through training again or hire some more friendly people. You will not keep the building up like that I promise you.

The receptionist stopped me cold. Which is probably a good thing! She either would or could not comprehend a test order. After becoming frustrated I went to another nearby facility and two questions later the issue was resolved.

Had to have fasting blood work done for a dr appt next week so I showed up at 6:30 AM, today without an appointment. Went in and got a cheery good morning from a young lady at the counter, who then directed me to the checkin kiosk; it was a simple procedure and I was reminded to please make sure my phone number was correct because in order to keep everyone safe, I was requested to wait in my car-they would text when it was my turn. Went out to my car, and used their free wi-fi to Facebook while I waited. Just a couple minutes later, I got a text and I went inside, and was taken right into the lab by a very nice young lady who introduced herself as Evie. She made me comfortable, quickly drew my blood and was very nice. Quick and easy at a clean friendly office. I was very impressed with the ingenuity of the precautions, and how smooth and comfortable these extra safeguards were to enact. Thank you Evie, for making my visit easy, doing what is often a struggle for most of us.

Just left the office, mind you my appointment was an hour ago. Office is a one woman show I was stuck 3 times, one on each arm and my hand only to be lectured about not making a fist, not having enough water and why my fit bit was in the wrong hand lets just hope my lab work is done right. No internet per the employee I didnt see any computers on, I understand we are on hurricane Dorian watch but if that is the case the office should close. I have never had such bad experience with Labcorp as I did today.

Front desk, no offense but dark skin with the little curls lady is really rude smh. Don’t ever raise ur voice again at my mother nor the non-English speakers .

After reading all the bad reviews I was a little skeptical and contemplated canceling my appointment but was glad I didn’t. My appointment was at 7:15 I arrived a little early but was out the door by 7:20 and on my way to work. All the staff was friendly. The man who drew my blood was quick and painless.Overall I am satisfied.

10/10 dont reccomend going. Receptionist was unbelievably rude.

Brought a family member to the Plant City location for bloodwork.I have never been to a Lab Corp location and had to wait over 2 hours to have blood work done. This location has poor management and employees that do not care about the individual waiting to have their bloodwork done. Very poor representation of Lab Corp.

I have the choice to go to a closer Lab Corp, however, I have driven an extra 10 minutes each way to attend Plant Citys location for several years now. Though through the years some personnel have changed with some being better than others, I still rate this location as better than any other drug testing site I have ever visited in this Greater Brandon/Plant City area. Additionally, until this last year, this location only operated with ONE person who did the Reception, Insurance check AND took blood, urine and other tests labs performed. I still had good service then. This is not nearly as busy as Brandon locations of labs; just make an appt, and you will be called very close to on time.

Iva waited on me for a ua and she was great we talked aboit our kids wile doing the paper work. Would definitely go back here if need be for another ua. Thanks

I walked in there skeptical after reading all these terrible reviews but I have to say that my experience was totally different. I got there with an appointment I schedule online for 8:15 it was 8:18. I thought these women are going to catch an attitude with me. I was wrong the lady at the front said good morning maam please sign here I did then she said I just need paper from the dr and insurance card with your id. I did she said thank you I sat down and I was called in approximately 3 minutes as they had a gentleman before me. I notice the phlebotomist walking with difficulty and when entertaining info on the computer in the back she put her hand on her waist and I asked her if she was in pain she said yes but I will be fine. I was waiting for the bad attitude specially since she was working in pain but It never happen. As I was walking out I asked if they had any of those satisfaction cards she hand me one and I let her know that I was pleased with her service and I was going to post my positive review on google maps. We have to post good things also not just the bad. Lets encourage each other to be better people. We all have bad days. Yes I know if you work with people you have to be a people person. Its easier said than done. I put myself in their shoes. I have worked in customer service for over 20yrs and its not easy.

Even if you check in 15 minutes before your appointment, you’ll still probably wait an hour.

I would not take my dog to this place. If it wasnt for my insurance I would not darken their doorstep. The personnel are rude to the extreme of being nasty. They take blood like they are playing a dart game!!! I have never bruised giving blood in my life until they started taking my blood work. Stay away from this place!!!!!!

Staff wasn’t the friendliest and the facility is not as clean as it should be. If blood is being drawn and urine samples taken you would think the toilet seat would t be nasty and the chair where the blood is drawn would be clean.

Changes hours consistently! Rude people took over an hour for the person to tell me the appropriate time for any screening.

The lady at the front desk had a very rude attitude. The doctor had faxed the order to Labcorp but we could not get anything showing what test was ordered. We were required to give her our credit card in case medicare doesnt pay and we asked for something telling us what the cost would be if we had to pay but she would give us nothing. I have never had a facility refuse to give me that info. Wr will not be going back to this facility.

Not a pleasant atmosphere ! Bathroom needs some improvement as well... lll probably drive the extra Miles to Brandon next time...

My Obgyn has somewhat of an awful office hours schedule, so I was sent here to do my glucose lab work. First, make sure you schedule an appointment via their 800 number (you can get it from the front desk clerk). Its all automated where your pick your own date and time so it takes a little while (took me 7.5 minutes to schedule an appointment, so that was a little annoying but I suppose can be convenient). Second, MAKE SURE you bring your ID/DL and healthcare insurance card. Third, you should be in and out if youve done what I said. They get pretty busy with their walk-ins so be patient. Also, I noticed only one person working which was the front desk clerk, who also did my bloodwork, so Im assuming shes an RN too. She was very pleasant, helpful, and a great multitasker.

This place deserves 0 stars. The lady at the front the lady at the front desk is the rudest person ive ever met, had a smart mouth. she took me back for bloodwork and it litterally took like 1 minute, im sorry but it doesnt take 1 minute to do bloodwork, she did it so fast she could have poked the wrong thing. I had blood running down my arm as i left. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE! Even the people waiting outside said they will never go there again.

Every time I do labwork, the staff is different but one thing is consistent, they are rude and unfriendly!
