Love this place they have the best customer service and great prices but ita no longer hicks meat its Coles custom meats and they are amazing

Quality and professionalism. I purchased the Coles Quarter 150 lbs of beef 🐄. They divided it into 6 equal portions for my party and it was NICEEEE. I received a tour of the place and you better believe, this summers BBQ is going to be one for ages 🍖Great service & great experience. This is not my first taste, so I am excited. That brisket though 😆

We have several sides of beef from a friend. Hicks Costom Meats comes to the farm puts the animal down guts and and gets the animal ready to go back to their buisiness. They custom cut the meat to whatever requirements you have right down to hamburger. Then wrap it in paper. As I said we have gotten several sides of beef from Hicks and 1 side of pork. Very satisfied.
