I had forgotten to drop off my daughters ROTC uniform and walked in already knowing what they were going to tell me 😬 Dominique was so help helpful and didnt want to make any promises but said she would do what she could!!! Thank you Dominique for going above and beyond my daughter was able to dress and not lose any points for not being in uniform!!

This review is to recognize Ms. Dale for her outstanding service and courteous attention. Prices have gone up and although I am not happy about that and have considered other cleaners she keeps me coming back. When I moved to Tampa I lived in Seffner and started using what was then Magic Touch Cleaners in Seffner. It did not take long before I stopped. They are now Sage Cleaners and I started using them in Plant City. If you also want great service that is where you need to go and see Ms. Dale.

Miss Dale is the reason why I keep coming back week after week to the Plant City location. She is always so helpful and pleasant. She gives me outstanding service and puts a smile on my face.

Ms Dominique and Ms Dayle are on top of everything which I greatly appreciate! Ms Dominique is so amazing to remember who I am when picking up for my husband which I would never think nor expect as they see so many folks daily. It definitely makes me feel special she remembers me :-) Ms Dayle has helped me navigate the app and both ladies have explained things to me to ensure I have the best experience each time for our dry cleaning which I greatly appreciate! These ladies deserve much recognition for jobs well done and raises when possible :-)

I brought my bedspread in there to get cleaned. It had a few dirty spots on it and when I got home it was still dirty. I brought it back and they sent it back out. When I got it home again it was still dirty. I asked for a refund because they made me pre-pay and it wasn’t clean. The owner will not refund my money. I do not recommend this place. They have a very nice employee that works there though.

The ladies at this store are amazing! However, I consistently get shirts that are wrinkled, collars incorrectly pressed, creases in body and back shoulder area and pants not creased in the same crease setting multiple crease lines. Disappointing!

I was charged $8+ per shirt for dry cleaning. This is absurd. My bill was Over $80 for about 9 pcs. I will not be using Sage Cleaners ever again and have passed the info On to my neighbors/friends! What a rip off.

So I used this cleaners a couple times upon moving to town and at first I was happy with the service and didn’t have any problems. Then when I brought my king size comforter in, they not only lost it, but then when they said they found it, it was the wrong item. Not only was it the wrong item but it wasn’t even a comforter. They then proceeded to give me the run-around about what happened to it rather than admitting their mistake and then they didn’t even refund me after they had charged me the cleaning fee. Don’t go here!! Use any other cleaners you can.

I took a white jumpsuit to get dry cleaned at Sage Cleaners. I was greeted by a friendly employee that showed me how to access coupons for the cleaners. When I picked up the jumpsuit I was very happy with the dry cleaning and I will be going back to Sage for future dry cleaning needs.

Exceptionally pleasant and friendly

As always the staff is polite, courteous, and professional. Last Saturday (8-3-19), I accidentally left a credit card in the pocket of a shirt that I had just dropped off for cleaning. Before I left the shopping center in Plant City I received a call from the cleaners informing me of such. Thank you for the quick response. Very much appreciated.

Dry cleaning was good, but their customer service and options are sub par. I asked if I could have the uniform lightly starched, and the lady told me, we dont usually do that. What dry cleaning place doesnt use starch upon request??I also asked if I could pay in advance, and again was told they dont do that. They are also not open on Sundays.

The store smelled strongly like cigarettes. Big turn off for a dry cleaner. I brought 2 polyester curtains in. The lady would give me no estimate when I asked. When I went to pick them up I was told they were $40 which seems high for plain curtains.

I called and asked for the cost to clean a buttoned front long sleeve dress shirt and was quoted a price close to $2 (I dont remember the exact amount). I went to pick up my shirt and was told the price is $6.60. When I asked why this price was so different from what I was quoted, they now tell me that it is because my shirt is 65% polyester. Will never use this company again.

Terrible dry cleaners! Had to wait in drive through for 15 mins then THEN clerk said credit card machine was down, had to use cash only . She could have mentioned that before we waited as she did tell us it would be a minute. They won’t put buttons back on shirts. They answer I got is the people doing the shirts can’t read so they probably won’t do it. Pitiful, won’t be back and do a lot of dry cleaning!

I had been using this location to clean my work shirts, but one week I got a bill higher than expected. When I looked at the cost for each shirt, one was over $5.00. When I asked why it was so high, I was told it may have been because the shirt was fancy. That shirt never cost me that much to clean before, and the only thing fancy about it was a print pattern. Cotton/poly shirt, normal buttons. Majik Touch seems to try to gouge their customers and hope they arent paying attention. There are better, more customer friendly cleaners in Plant City, even if their location isnt as convenient for I-4 commuters. I wont be back.

I dropped 9 shirts off at Majik Touch to be laundered and when I picked them up I was surprised by the bill being substantially larger than the advertised price. I was informed that I had one shirt that had snaps and was nearly $6.00 to be cleaned! For crimeinitely sakes! Dont you suppose that they would inform you during the dropoff that the price of cleaning is going to be more than the $5.00 I paid for the shirt at the flea market???? Other than that no complaints. They Launder. I pay. What else is there?

The cloths were clean but very expensive. At a cost almost 8 dollars each for sports and 6 for t shirts. It was very high as to what I was accustomed to.
