Advantage Restoration did a great job in our last renovation, it was done within budget and the work was top notch. I would recommend them to anyone needing a quality contractor to get their work done. I have attached a picture of the master bathroom, where the garden tub was removed a window closed and the shower redone and a set of shelving was added for our towels.

We had a leak in our kitchen which our contractor noticed mold under the cabinets. Advantage Restoration was called to do the remediation. The owner Jason came out on the job and detailed everything that needed to be down. When the job began they gave me a time estimate and completed the job within that timeframe. Anthony & Jered did the demolition and went above and beyond the job requirements. The job was maintained clean and they were the most respectful and helpful guys I had the pleasure to work with. Tim managed the job and handled the completion of the job. Again very respectful, pleasant, knowledgeable and communicated each step. Jason the owner checked on the job throughout process. Its probably time to re-up the review we wrote for Advantage Restoration almost a decade ago. We are a Navy family that owned a new construction home in Riverview, and a few years after construction we had repeated sets of orders that took us to the West Coast and NE US for an extended period. We trusted Jason Jones (owner) so much that we gave him a key to our home and codes to the security system, and every 2-3 years (for 12 years) between tenants we would ask for an inspection and any required work for tile & carpet cleaning/repair, house prep, etc. No property manager involved, no advance invoices to review -- just us renting to other military families and trusting Jason to be fair and thorough in the short vacancies between renters. As we upgraded the house over time, with granite counters, etc -- the first call was to Jason for a vendor recommendation. We always were satisfied, so were multiple neighbors and friends in our Lake St Charles community. Now that we are in Jacksonville, Florida, and need some water damage remediation in our home, the first e-mail is to Advantage Restoration to see if they have any recommendations for this part of the state.

Advantage Restoration did a fantastic job. You can put your trust in them. A sink leak caused mold damage in cabinets and carpet. Jason did a great job of determining how bad the mold damage was and his staff was terrific in providing reports and affidavits needed to give to insurance and mortgage companies.
