Went in expecting a simple replacement job, maybe 200 dollars, maybe a little more. They discovered (and showed me) that essentially, I needed an entirely new suspension system. I could not afford such a huge sum at once, but they were very honest with me about how long my vehicle is safe to drive, and worked with me to find at least a temporary solution. Chris and my mechanic were extremely helpful, and showed me everything to back up what they were saying. They have definitely earned my business again.

Just had a tire plugged at your establishment. The service tech informed me that I desperately needed a new air filter. I refused. I returned to work and took a look at my air filter.. below is a picture. It was purchased on 8/31/20.. the receipt was in my glove box which was left wide open by your tech! He also left your seat and floor coverings in my car. What a joke! Trying to get money for parts obviously not needed!

Tried to do an alignment but after they had the cat for 7 hours in the shop they could not do it so i wonder why not let me know earlier 😭 at least they did not charge me lol but a waste of time

Went in today to get TPS(Tire Pressure Sensor’s) two of them both on left driver’s side. Which had been told to me by Tire Kingdom last weekend, that only the left TPS sensors where. So I therefore got them changed by them, truck came back with none of the TPS sensors activated. So went back to tell them the case then they informed me that, now that my right side tire sensors were not working. Being that I went twice to check the Tires Sensors at tire kingdom, and serviced the vehicle the same day then when I came back later on in the day the 3rd time now my right side doesn’t work and still left with out the left side still not activated when before only one on the left side was not working now left tire kingdom with none of them working when I paid to have two of them replaced very bad experience and they did not have a response for me but oh well.

What an amazing crew! Paul and Chris went above and beyond to help me out. I was stranded on I-4 with bad brakes. They helped me secure quick towing and stayed after hours to make sure I had safe brakes to continue my road trip. They even let me store a tray of lasagne in their fridge while I waited for them to complete my job. Well done! Highly recommend this store.

Shady place had 3 sets of tires go bad in less than 6 months. Had wheel alignment done and when I took last set of tires to be looked at the said the front end was bad . Couldnt tell that when I paid for alignment but as soon as I demanded a new set they refused. Dont trust the place or any other when I called Corporate the had nothing to say but sorry.

I went in on Thursday with an order for two specific tires. I had gotten two other quotes from local tire shops. Tire Kingdom pretty much destroyed those quotes and my ordered tires were on my truck on Friday. Chris exceeded my expectations by scores. 11/10

I came to get my 2002 F150 aligned. I was told at their Lakeland center by their tech, that I needed a camber kit, a wheel bearing repair and new tires before he can do the alignment, ok cool I got it done in a day. So I go to tire kingdom in plant city and now something about my control arms not being preloaded and that they can’t do an alignment until I get that fixed. WhAt!!!!???? I talked to 3 mechanics, certified, top of the line mechanics, and they all called BS on that. So I called the Lakeland store and even they called BS on it. So what’s really going on, if you didn’t want to do the alignment because it was gonna be late all you had to do was say that, not try to wring more money out of my pocket. My control arms come preloaded!!!!!!! I wouldnt recommend The plant city store to anyone, they’re a bunch of lazy mechanics, con-men if you ask me!

I went there today and Paul Day was great and quite knowledgeable, He answered all the questions I had and gave advice where it was needed. They got me in and took care of my brakes quite quick for their busy location. Thank you for a awesome job🙏

3 days to fix a tire, then the tech that put the tire on looked as if he had just left the bar and I had to ask him to torque the lugs nuts, and his response was sorry, I forgot. Im not really here today. Not the service work I would recommend for anybody.

Horrible service ! These guys took 3hrs to change 2 back tires on a hellcat. They also left a big grease mark on my fender

They did a great job and was done in a good amount of time.

We got a flat on our way home from Tampa by a nail and we came here and got it patched. Sat for hours. We hit Orlando and the same tire starts leaking. Had to use fix a flat on the side of i4. Not sure if we are going to even make it home. They didn’t even put the plug back on our tire. Terrible service.

Went to get two tires patched. Told them one had a slow leak and the other went flat within an hour. they patched the one with the slow leak and “couldnt find“ the hole in the other took the tires home went to put them on the vehicle and you could literally hear the air coming from the one they couldn’t find... wasted 3 hours there never again

Service was good, a little bit slow, but the staff were friendly enough. They could have got me put quicker if they had coordinated rack usage a little better, but overall Im satisfied with the work they did and price I paidUpon further inspection they scratched my rim up nice 😐🙃

I have been here for tires and light service. They repaired a flat for me in record time...Kudos to Moe and the crew...

Tire kingdom is a joke the manager chris is very bad to the techs he is rude and talks to them like dogs and thinks he is better than them I wouldnt take my horse and carriage here

Awesome experience. Blew a tire with my toddler in the car on the way to Disney. Moe and Anthony turned what could have been an awful experience into a good experience. They were service orientated, empathetic and friendly. Moe even gave my anxious toddler balloons and a toy. They got us back on road within 30 minutes. Thank you Moe and Anthony. You made our day.

I had a slow leak in my tire and they were able to fix it and didnt just tell me I had to have a new one like they could have done and then charged me for it. They were able to patch it up at a rate I couldnt refuse. Even when a bird hit their window they gave me a box to put it in so I could release it when it felt better and they were just so nice about everything. They were very friendly and I will definitely be coming back.

Ill take my business somewhere else. Drop my wifes car off for a 3pm appointment and took more than 2 hours for a oil change and to get the tires rotated. on the invoice it said my tires where rotated. But the work was never done. They even forgot to put a service sticker on the windshield.

They have quality tires at a decent price. But if you dont make an appointment or cant leave your vehicle all day it takes to long. I recently needed a tire and decided to get all four done since I was there anyway. 5hrs later they finally got my four tires mounted and balanced. Cost me a full day off work plus cost of tires. Hard to pay when you cant get to work. Got there at 7am and out by noon. Wont be returning

Reasonably priced with a coupon offer. The lobby is small but clean. Staff was friendly and my soul change didnt take long. I will use them again if they have another coupon offer. I just wish the lobby wasnt so small.

Such amazing service! Chris Russell and his team were so nice and speedy fixing my flat tire. They were able to diagnose the problem and get it back down within 30 minutes and didnt even charge me for the valve repair that it was, instead of the flat tire which i had thought was the problem! Best car service i have ever gotten, will definitely be going back to them the next time i have car troubles!

Moe and Chris. From these guys you get courtesy, respect and priority. I personally bought 4 sets of tires from them along with sending 4 people there. Not one bad experience. Oil changes, brakes, timing chains. You name it they can get it done. It does not feal like a corporate run store. The people there take pride in their trade. If i have time I like to do my own minor repairs. When I dont I take my vehicles here. From the Mercedes to the f250. They are capable, if its something non achievable, they will let you know and not just take you for a ride.

Mixed feelings. Staff seems nice most of the time. Once I got a great deal on 4 new tires. One time though I was told all my break pads and rotors needed to be changed. I took my car to my dealership for regular maintenance soon after though and they said my pads and rotors all looked fine.

They just dropped my truck! Now I have to take my truck in to check out the damage done. Landed on the ground and the tire that wasnt mounted yet so the fender is all messed up. Like really guys this is what you do all day and you have to drop my truck? I am furious save yourself and dont bother with this place.

Absolutely horrible! Went in for oil change, they forgot to put air filter back in and left it on top of the fuse box. Next morning my car broke down, new battery was shot! Now all my gauges are popping up and car is stalling! I lve never had issues with my car until I left there. Now it wont run! 2 quarts low on oil, the plug wasnt put back in rite and was loose!

Typically these guys are our go-to for alignments and tire work but they werent able to help us this time because the wheels were 24-inches and their equipment isnt capable of all different wheel sizes so we had to visit another shop where the Manager sucked.... please upgrade your rack so we can just come there....

Horrible place.. I made an appointment at 9:30 am for an alignment they knew I was staying to wait for it. I was told an alignment only takes 45 minutes three hours later I asked when it was going to be done and they hadnt even started the alignment. To top it off now my tire pressure monitor wont go off. There are many other tire shops to go to I suggest you do. Every time I go to this specific Tire Kingdom there is always an issue.

These guys are great! They were able to get a part for our vehicle that even the dealership claimed wasnt available. Several times they have helped me out in a vehicle pinch by working me into the schedule.

I had my wife come in to change a tire that was separated and they put the tire on the wrong side. I had her go back the next day and they put the tire on the correct side and charged us again so I had to go back up there and get a refund I just feel this place is very incompetent when it comes to working on vehicles. This is not the first time I have had issues so I will not be back.

Would give zero if it was possible. I took my car into the plant city location for just a rear brake pad change. Dropped my car off at 2pm, which was my scheduled appointment. At 410pm I received a call from the manager chris stating that I need about $750 worth of repairs to my brakes, calibers and rotors. I declined to get the repairs done because I felt that it was a scam. I get home and there is a new noise coming from my front tire. Needless to say there was a square piece of metal inside of my rotor. They were not asked to look or mess with my front tires. All because I decline service. I will never go back to this place and never recommend anyone to go here.

Chris the service manager was a huge help. I had ran over a screw and needed a patch. He gave me an estimate and wasted no time in telling me that it would be some time when they could get to it. Soon after to gave me a real update and took my car next. Competitors down the road wouldn’t even give me a chance to leave my car for a couple hours. Great service

Been a customer for 5 years of this location. Personnel changes had me second guessing everything they said. Last week took my truck in for an oil change and dealt with Eddie. Had them inspect my brakes as well. Was told I needed pads and rotors and qouted a ridiculous price. I had lifetime pads since they did the prior brake job so the qoute was for just labor and rotors. Rotors were nearly 300.00 dollars. I told them that was too high and showed them I could get the rotors for 130.00. (Only a 170.00 savings)!!! They said buy the rotors and bring them in. All we will charge you is 105.00 for labor. Called them today to do the job after ordering the rotors and they wont honor it. Said company policy changed since last Sunday. These guys are crooks and liars. Buyer beware!!!! They know how to lose what use to be a loyal customer very quickly. Honesty goes along way fellas.

I had a good experience at Tire Kingdom in Plant City. The employes were very friendly and helpful and go me out in a timely manner.

I visited the Tire Kingdom store today because I was having an issue with what I thought was a slow leak in one of my tires. The service manager Chris did not listen to me, especially when I said that adding air to the tires did get rid of the tire pressure light when it came on. He stated that the sensor probably just needed to be reset and he would have one of his techs reset the sensor and check the tire pressure.I may be wrong, but the tire pressure light wouldnt shut off when air was added if the sensor was the issue. The technicians never put the car up on a lift or even checked to see if they could see anything in the tire.I left there and took it to another tire shop, Aviles Tire also in Plant City and they listened to what I was saying and actually took a look at the tire I thought had the leak and found a screw in the tire. I will use this tire shop the next time I need tires. The guys working there were great.I would give Tire Kingdom less than one start but Google wouldnt let me. Ive never been to this store before and I will NEVER again.

Left no fluids in daughters car (heather Hales) after brief checkup. Now her 2 year old car will not work. They had to tow back to tire kingdom who is currently arguing wirh helping to fix car. I had this same issue 2 months ago...after my continuous complaining they did fix my car. My daughters car still broken

Called every shop to see if anyone could do a flat repair when I called chris told me to come down and they would knock it out big thank you to chris and the tech who repaired my tire

Went in for tire rotation. 1st they tell me I need new brakes and calipers when I just changed the brakes a week before. I pushed back to the front desk guy to the point that he lets me go back and talk to the mechanic. Mechanic tells me the front guy doesnt know what he is talking about because he pulled the brakes out and said these are brand new. 2nd they tell me the bearing is bad on the wrong side of the car. I found out when I went to change them. Previous experiences have been the same. All they try to do is siphon all your money. I regret trying to use these guys for service as they have now damaged my car. They forced on the wrong wheel lug nut and damaged the hub. Now it needs a new hub but looks like you have to get a whole new knuckle. Avoid these guys at all cost, Ive had experiences like this at 2 of their shops in Tampa and now in Plant City. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else.Response from the owner is to contact corporate - my response is no thanks, corruption starts at the top so Corp is probably no better. Me & anyone else are better taking our business elsewhere.

This is not the place to go when youre in a bind. They will often take over an hour for something that can be done in less than an hour with no garage and a set of hand tools. They nickle and dime you for every little thing they can and dont let you know without a thorough repetition of how much. Service is cold to rude on the sales end, the techs are pretty nice, but theyre not who you see or interact with. I really cant stand going there because they are rarely a good deal, its only a matter of convenience because with traveling so much I need a chain that I can stop in anywhere basically. I would not recommend this place.

Last time I reviewed this place was 3 years ago and Im still an active customer. I send my entire family to the PCTK for service, whether its brakes or something more severe. They get me in, fix the issue and get me out.

Very Impersonal service. Took 6 hours to change 4 tires and get an oil change. Sign says on marquee buy 3 get 1 free with signs inside saying the same but was told they forgot to take them down and the promotion was no longer available. Never again.

Weve been coming here for years and we had a new battery recently after thinking it might be the alternator. After a $700 plus bill later a 3 weeks the new battery died. The car was in Lakeland and we took it to a family friend who is a mechanic. He agreed that NOW the batter was dead but that the alternator was BAD. Knowing the battery would need to be changed at tire kingdom, we had a new alternator placed on. We also found out that Tiree Kingdom never changed the oil that I also was billed for 3 weeks earlier. So disappointed I still had the car towed to Tire Kingdom in Plant City where we were told that the alternator belt was NOT on. Well funny that it was ON earlier. The battery was tested in Lakeland and was dead yet all of a sudden its ok at Tire Kingdom. I advised the manager about the issues and the OIL change that was not performed earlier, he said theyd do it...it was already DONE in Lakeland and i wasnt even charged for it We wont be back. I totaled the amount we have spent here for the last 5 years and was shocked. Look elsewhere for service.

Wanted to replace 5 year warranty battery with an 18 month warrenty smaller amp hour and cca battery with out disclosing the difference. When questioned as to why he said it was the only one he had in stock. To get the correct battery we would have to go to Brandon. Very disappointed because we have been customers for many years!

This shop does not deserve even a one-star rating. I should have read all reviews here before taking my p/u truck to this shop which costed me money and time. Their primary business is to sell and install tires, but they could not even perform a simple tire balance. All four tires on my p/u truck were vibrating like a vibrator and I finally had to take it to Costco to resolve the problem.

Literally did the opposite of what i asked with the new tires i bought. i left their store with bald tires on the front of my vehicle. somehow managed to mess up again the second time around. would not recommend. too much time wasted here.

Wasted an hour and a half of my time and didnt fix anything. Should have been an easy alignment.. Said they stopped because it needed to be greased and missing fittings... But never let me know.. Just stopped working on my truck... Have used them in the past with success, they will never get my business again.

Got a flat on I4 due to a bad valve stem. Had the tire in the truck all they had to do was pop a new stem in but I guess that was too difficult, told me it was going to be 2 hours. Took my tire down the street and had it done in 10 minutes. Horrible way to treat your customers.

I would like to say that I have never seen a more unprofessional manager than what I witnessed today at the Plant City location. The manager that was on duty is Chris. The way he talks to his employees is very unprofessional and rude. I will never go back and will also tell my friends not to go there. If he treats his employees that way, I can only imagine how he treats his customers.

Went to get a flat fixed. They wanted $25 for a plug. Left and had the same tire plugged for $5 at a local tire shop. Place is a rip off.

They tried to replace parts that were unnecessary. Took car somewhere else, turned out to be 150 dollars instead of 1300. Good luck.
