Eric is a fine, absolutely honest man.. My cars air conditioner was making strange noises. I drove it to Erics Shop, expecting some costly repairs. However, Eric examined the air conditioner and added some oil to a part of it, and did not charge me one cent for his examination and the work that he did. Eric and his staff are wonderful. The moment I stepped into the office, I was met with care, kindness and warmth. And if does turn out that I need a new condenser for the air conditioner, Eric is the only one I would trust to do it. Our ac hadnt been working properly for a while. Another mechanic said he knew what the issue was but wouldnt work with our warranty company to fix it. Came to Erics. Same day, they had evaluated and found it was minor issue, less than $100 to fix (not what the other mechanic had said). They had us fixed same day. They also said that they refilled freon and if it did leak, they would put what we had already paid toward the deductible for our warranty company. Front desk lady was very patient and friendly. Highly recommend and will go back if ever have ac issue again.

Ill start off by saying I am a very particular person when it comes to work done on my vehicles. I always try to do the work myself if I can because no one cares more about your vehicle than you do. I have to say that Erics Auto Air and Electric meets and exceeds my expectations when I have to get my vehicles worked on. Not only does he do a great job but he is thorough and fair. I havent ever had him try to sell me something that I did not need. I wish more shops were like this but Im glad there is one around that I can rely on.

It ended up just being a pressure hose leak, not some major overhaul of system.Years later, had compressor replaced and will continue to go there as needed and send friends and family there.

On a hot day my A/C decided to stop working. I read reviews and chose to call Eric’s the next morning. I called at opening and dropped my car off to be looked at. The issue turned out to be a blower motor and switch and could be fixed in about 1 1/2 hours after the parts were in hand. Thankfully the price for the parts & labor were reasonable. Great service from the lady that answered the phone & completed the paperwork to the repair on my car. I would highly recommend Eric’s to anyone with an A/C or electrical issue that needs to be looked at. Fair, honest and dependable. Very satisfied customer.

Id recommend this place. We dropped off our vehicle for an electrical issue. They called us when they said they would. The repair was correct and not to expensive. They explained and showed us exactly what they did. I would recommend making an appointment if you can. Parking is very limited but they make it work. They also have a small waiting room.

Eric diagnosed the problem early, offered two options to fix, and then proceeded to do the repairs within the estimated time provided. The waiting room is clean and comfortable, and all the staff was helpful and friendly. And yes, my air is once again blowing cold. Highly recommend their shop.

I drive from Tampa because I trust Erics. For my older car, he showed me how to extend the life on my A/C fan...free of charge, when he could have easily told me I needed a replacement. Eric has worked on my van many times and not just the AC. He fixed that as well. Very reasonable prices and timing. Fridays are busy but its never taken more than a few days for major jobs and he always tells you how long when you drop off the car. I definitely recommend you call him to anyone who has car issues.

The guy is very honest a little pricey but very honest he does a good job he could have very well very easily taken advantage of my situation but he didnt in fact the job was so small that he didnt even charge me hes a very kind and generous man and knows how to treat his customers

I took my car into Erics for a problem with my cooling system. I had been to two other places with no good results. Eric kept my car overnight and although he could not recreate the problem I was having...He did balance out the freon which was overfilled and performed some other maintenance tasks. My car has been cooling ever since. Eric would not take a penny for all of his work. He is definitely a man of character. I have told all of my friends and business contacts that this is the only shop in Central Florida to take your vehicles to. Thanks again, Eric!
