I love living here, the only complaint I have is I should’ve picked the 3rd floor and not the second! I understand kids but you still have to have some control and let your kids know that people live under the bottom of you!! But I have no plans on moving so I’ve learned to just block it out to a certain degree!!

They have a fee for everything. It’s very noisy they never pick up the carpet after someone moves out always going up on your rent No upgrade on appliances everything‘s the same since they built the apartments

Ive been living at Woodbridge for 3 months and so far its been a great experience. Staff is really friendly and maintenance guys are always willing to help. It is a friendly and very clean environment 😍

Did my application paid the fee even gave them money to hold one for me never got my money for that and it’s been over 2 months!!!

I have lived here for about a year and a half. I love my apartment. I love the unique design. If you look on line the pictures are exactly what you get. The staff is wonderful. Of course it IS an apartment complex...there is going to be noise. If I have an issue I talk to my neighbors and have made several friends here. If you want peace and quiet...go buy a house in the country

There are building problems trees hanging over the building gutters need repairs window that wont stay open some gutters pulling away from buildings inside the units there is mold issues witch can cause illness maintenance staff do the best they can being understaff I know things are overlooked

Its currently almost 90° in my apartment and I called at 11pm to report it. I gave them all my information and was told they would send someone right out considering I have a small child to see what was going on. 1 1/2 hours later I recieved another call from someone else stating they could not come out at this time of night to fix it and it would be tomorrow. At that point I was upset and angry! Why wait an 1 1/2 hours to call and say no one was coming not to mention the crying toddler In The background who is too hot to sleep All to be told well you have windows open them its 60° outside. Rude and inconsiderate is an understatement! Corporate will be hearing from me this is absolutely ridiculous.

I lived there for 7 years good service

Ive lived in these apartments for a full two years and Im very glad to have moved out. The appliances are very old and they installed something on the faucets that let hardly any water come out when in use. The apartments smell horrible and have a very bad mold problem, especially in the bathrooms and bathtub, where it would constantly drip. Cleaning was such a pain because of the constant mold. The staff was very nice and I never encountered a problem personally. As for maintenance... meh nothing to brag or complain about personally. The neighbors and overall clientele are not ideal. I had very loud neighbors constantly coming and going at odd hours of the night and day, obviously dealing drugs, you could smell the Marijuana. No consideration for those around them; in fact Ive called the police station a couple times for noise disturbances. People randomly roaming the parking lots and hanging out in the hallways and stairwells. I would not recommend this apartment complex; especially for those with children; its not a very safe place. I would never move back into these apartments and Im so very glad that I was finally able to move out.

I have been living in these apartments for almost 4 years and my experience has been fantastic. I always recommend this option for living. When I have a problem, they quickly solve it and in the office they are very diligent in doing their job. Thank you so much for everything!

Well I live here but Im like because my contract ended Im tired of people smoking their crap in the stands or they get upset when you have to go to the second level and gone to the office to make my complaint but they have never solved The problem I do not see that they put order in this place there are privileges for certain tenants I thought it was a quiet place to live 🤮
