Another satisfied customer reports. Lewis’s crew just finished cutting down our once beautiful 30 year old Live Oak that had freeze damage and was dead. Michael, Lewis’s brother headed up his crew’s work today. He was very courteous, kind, cooperative, friendly, and professional as was the crew. Besides cutting down the Live Oak his crew also cleaned out dead limbs and branches from our 40 year old Red Oak. They did an amazing job and we are totally pleased with all their efforts. They really went above and beyond. Lewis has all the right equipment to do the job safely and correctly, and is insured. We kept the bottom of the stump for a table on our front patio!

Just wow!We had 8 trees (3 of which were very large trees + 1 monster) that needed trimmed/cleaned up/shaped/pruned/etc. They came by to quote and talk through what we were looking for and give their expertise to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. The estimate was very reasonable! I enjoyed how knowledgeable and comfortable the younger brother made us with our plan to move forward.The older brother and crew showed up and I could not have been more impressed. Attention to detail, future tree growth, aesthetics, all spot on. The clean up, perfection. The brothers we worked with and their crew were everything you could want! The older brother talked us through everything as they were wrapping up and pointed out and took care of a few things that we really needed help with beyond the original plan. For our house, they trimmed two 40 year old Live Oaks and one Red Oak. They provided a quote on the same day that I called them, and their crew came the next afternoon to complete the work. Worst, most unprofessional company I’ve dealt with. We did a lot of research, and based on the reviews went with this company. We thought everything was going good, they did a great job we thought at first. Then we realize they had dropped heavy limbs all into our pool, and onto our deck which cause damages costing $2700 according to our insurance. When we called to bring it up and get things resolved the man offered to give us $150 off of our service…. We said that was unacceptable and that we would be needed their insurance (which they told us they had prior) and continuously got the run around and now can not get ahold of anyone to get this fixed. Never thought this would happen considering the lead man was so nice and seemed like he was a good business man… boy were we wrong. Do yourself a favor and don’t pay attention to all the good reviews, he asks people to write them for a better up front price. WORST experience ever and don’t think your saving any money using them because clearly they don’t know how to properly not damage your property! I’m not one to leave bad reviews EVER! But he just started giving us the run around.

These guys are the best! I was out of state and my contractor told me a large branch snapped in front of my home. I immediately called Luis and Jordan and his team showed up in a few hours to remove the tree and trim. Really appreciate their prompt service. They do a great job and are nice guys. Hernandez Tree did a magnificent job removing sick trees and trimming others in our back yard. They did their job using extreme care as these tree branches overhung 4 different properties. Each yard received attention as far as a meticulous clean up of any debris. I am very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to use their services again.

Hernandez Tree Service was prompt, courteous and capable. I especially appreciated there were enough crew members to get the job done in a very timely manner. Got a ridiculous price from one of their competitors, so I called Luis and he came the next morning and gave me a price less than a third of the competition. Even better, they came the next morning with an 8 man crew, safely removed 6 large, dead trees in about 4 hours, trimmed several others, cut up a bunch of smaller limbs and placed in our wood pile per our request. That afternoon, his brother (sorry, I didnt get his name) came and performed the arborist level repairs on our largest oak that was splitting in two places. Communication was good throughout. These guys were great! I was referred to Lewis by a friend who gave me his cell number. I called him up, we set up a time for him to stop by and give an estimate of the work we wanted done (and pricing for different amounts of work in case we couldnt afford it at the time). He showed up on time, was very cordial, and gave me all the possible options I wanted as we walked around the house talking through the work. Once we decided to go for it, they happened to be available a few hours later that day and showed up, did the work, and cleaned up all within a few hours! I highly recommend and would use them again.

Great job done trimming 2 large 20 oak trees. They got all the dead limbs and low limbs and capped areas where bark had fallen off. Large crew worked quickly and efficiently together, and cleaned up the yard when they were done. We needed a tree removal company in Plano. We did a little research in the area and ask for a couple of quotes. We found the Hernandez brothers company thru a google search and read their reviews. We spoke with Luciano. He went to take a look at our property and gave us a fair price for their labor.They did an amazing job taking care of our tree; they cut our beautiful magnolia tree (that sadly was damaging our driveway and our neighbors main water line). This company was a great find by my wife on Yelp. I texted Lewis to get a quote to remove a large Silver Leaf Maple in our back yard with root rot. He came by to investigate and texted me the quote within a day. His quote included removing the roots that had stretched through the back yard so we can replace with sod. 2 days later the tree is gone and all the debris and large tree trunks are hauled away. No fuss, no hassle. Lewis was responsive to all my questions and even explained to me what root rot was and how long we should expect a Maple tree to last. This was a class act and will be the first place I call if I need to remove a large tree ever again.

I am in the process of closing on a home purchase using a VA loan and my loan required that I clear any leaves or branches surrounding my property by at least three feet from the roof. I thought this would be incredibly pricy because there were trees lined along nearly 60% to 70% of the perimeter of the house including a very massive tree (not pictured). I also only had 2 days to complete the work without delaying closing. I contacted Hernandez Tree Experts along with a few other tree companies the same afternoon i was made aware of the need to clear the trees. Hernandez Tree Experts called me right away and met me the very next morning to provide a free quote. Although they were booked that week, they said they would be able to accommodate my request for urgent removal. They arrived 8 am the next morning and spent two hours clearing the trees. When they were unsure about how much to cut, they checked with me and my realtor and were extremely patient with us as we provided feedback. Even after I paid, i requested a receipt which I later learned was required by my loan officer. They were prompt with issuing that to me as well. I greatly appreciate that their service extended even beyond payment. I highly recommend this tree service and will likely call them back each year for annual tree trimming. I had an excellent experience with Hernandez Tree Experts helping me with my landscaping at a reasonable price. They went above and beyond my expectations. Their crew came in and trimmed my Huge Tree which was growing out to the street and pruned all the bushes. They also pulled out the bushes that were killed by the freeze and pulled out the roots. They have a grinder to clean up all the mess and my front yard looks Incredible. They were very quick, paid attention to detail and most important to me is they responded to my all my texts Every Time with all my questions, which is extremely important to me. Landscaping is very expensive. They made it a most pleasant experience without feeling knots in my Stomach!

TL;DR: This is THE BEST tree service company in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area.We called on these guys to help us in clearing some trees, shrubs, and vines that, over the past year, had grown completely out of control.The house was barely visible from the front due to the overgrowth. The back yard had large trees (40ft+) with overgrown limbs that were scraping shingles off the roof and other limbs that were growing dangerously close to the main electrical power line. Additionally, we had seven very large trees that we wanted completely removed for various reasons in both the front and back yard.After consulting with three other tree/landscaping service companies, we finally reached out to Hernandez Tree Experts on Thumbtack. Within a FEW MINUTES they had responded and said they could meet us that day for a quote. Within an hour, Lewis met me at the house to discuss what we wanted done and what could be accomplished. Once we finished walking through the property he gave us an extremely reasonable quote for what we were asking.Once we agreed to move forward, he had his crew out there within two hours on THE SAME DAY. The crew moved extremely fast and, by 11am the following day, it was all done. Unbelievable.I highly, highly recommend these guys.

I found Hernandez Tree Experts through Thumbtack, and was able to come out to give me a quote the next morning after I contacted them. He gave me a very reasonable price that was less than my usual landscaper service. Turns out they had an opening that day, and he even threw in bracing the smaller tree I had. Within 2 hours, they were able to remove 2 40 foot trees, clear a stump, brace the small tree and clean up. Call me impressed.There was an issue where the fence was damaged by the wind which I saw personally happen. They called and let me know what happened, which shows you that the team has integrity. Thats the kind of people you want to hire for your tree service needs.I do recommend them.

The February 2021 freeze-storm left us with many dead shrubs and trees, so after waiting to see if they would come back to life we contacted Hernandez to give us an estimate for tree removal and stump grinding. They showed up on time, gave a very good estimate, and were ready to go to work immediately so they got the job! The work was prompt, clean, and professional and I will use them again if I ever lose more trees or shrubs.

The Crew did a multiple bush and stump removal in about 20 minutes, something that would have taken me a couple hours plus I would’ve had to have rented tools. Luis is very organized and knows what he’s doing.
