Mr. T was a roadside angel for our family. Our van broke down in the middle of a very busy intersection (during rush hour, with kids in tow) and we could not get it to even shift into neutral to manually move it. Mr T pulled up next to us and jumped in to get us to our mechanic. He was so knowledgeable and easy going during our stressful time. We can’t thank him enough and the amazing service he provided us.

Great tow company, showed up quickly. It took the guy that came seconds to load and unload my car safely. I was also able to grab a ride for the 50-mile journey. He also went out of his way to make sure that I was at the correct drop off ( I was taking my car to a place I have never visited). He was also very friendly and professional.

Tow service USA is incredible. My work truck broke down, with the mobile tracking program I was texted, I was able to track exactly how far and when the two truck would arrive. Plus after my truck was picked up I was given a lift back to my job where we delivered the truck for repairs. The gentlemen was super professional and easy to talk to and understand.
