I have towing via State Farm and had a tire blow.out this morning. The SF app said it would be 45 to 55 minutes until the tow truck arrived. I was pleasantly surprised when Omar towing showed up within 15 minutes. Thank you for your help today, it made my day a little better.

We were very pleased with our service person, Ash.. We originally thought we had a bad battery and a locked door, as the key did not work. We were going to use our roadside assistance service thru our insurance but the vendor wanted to have one person come out to get the door opened and if the car still did not run, we were to wait and call a new order in to have the car towed back home. This would have been 2 trip charges and who knows how many hours in the heat waiting. After waiting about an hour, road assistance still did not have someone to come and it was hot summer day in Dallas, Texas. We looked up Omar Towing on the web and called them. We were told that they would come out to open the locked door and it would cost $95.00. If the car would not run after placing a well charged battery in and it needed to be towed. The charge would be $160 for about a 25 mile trip and the $95 charge would be dropped. We canceled our roadside assistance and had them come out. In less than 30 minutes we were on our way back home. The car did have to be towed but Ash was so nice and willing to help. Our insurance is reimbursing us $120 and we were happy to pay the remaining $40.

I would not trust this business. Used for a Van Tow on Oct 11th, 2020.He desperately tries to act professional. Was late for pickup (there were some lies told). Upon drop-off, gave me a receipt with no information about me or my vehicle. (BTW, never pay with Zelle. He increased the quote when I tried to pay with Credit Card).When I contacted him for proper receipt so I can get a reimbursementfrom my insurance, I was given a run around. I contacted him numeroustimes over the next 3 weeks on the phone and message text. He never said no but never provided the receipt. I sent him all of my vehicle information multiple times and had confirmation from him that he had received the information. My insurance agent even called him and he kept saying he would send the receipt.This is a shady business. Google search is rigged in a way that he shows up at the top of the search. Profile is made to look legitimate but when you click on the website address, website is not found. Business address is just an address of an apartment building. I am extremely disappointed in him for playing games and not being able to provide a proper receipt.

Ok so I ran out of gas. Yeah, my husband was NOT happy needless to say I had to redeem myself. I left my car overnight in front of a residence. I am very busy on Saturday’s so this was going to be a real pain. Then the heavens opened up and boom there was Omar. Lol I told him what happened he said ‘No problem I’ll take care of it” he was 8 minutes from the location of my car. Whaaaaat???? He got my car brought it to my house like there was nothing to it. He didn’t even mind my big dogs. He slid it off the truck with ease and chatted with my son and myself for a few minutes, it was back before my husband got home so I was able to tell him “I took care of it” lmbo thanks Omar I will never use any other service why mess with the best? And this company is no lie. Oh, did I respectfully mention that he was a HUNK ??!! I have not received any special discounts or favors this is my hands down honest review.

I highly recommend this towing company. They are honest, fair priced, and reliable. Theyll treat you like actual people. If I ever need a tow, this company will be the first I call.Personal experience: I had a flat tire, and my spare was also flat. I contacted the closest tow company early Monday morning but they didnt show up for their guaranteed response time. Theres more that went down, but essentially they never showed up. I cancelled and called other nearby tow companies. Out of the handful, Omar Towing was the only one that was able to come pick me up within an hour. In fact it was 20 minutes max, and he followed through. And get this, it was his day off. He dropped me off at a tire store and provided an invoice there. I wish all tow jobs were this quick and simple.

These towers charged my company $1800 to tow my truck and trailer for 23 miles. Rip-off.

First review ever but I just had to leave some good praise for the company. I ended up having transmission failure and I was dreading the price for having to tow my car from Frisco to Plano. First of all, Ash was great! He was professional and very kind, he got to me under 15 mins and the price wasn’t a hole in my pocket. I just wanted to say how appreciative I am of Omar Towing! I had the privilege of Ash helping me last night who came to tow my car after a small accident I was in and he was such a life saver! It was around 12am and he was there within minutes, my tire was hurt from the accident and I couldn’t drive my car so he towed me to a place to get my tire repaired and I was able to drive home safely that very night because of him! It was so quick that not only did Ash show up in less than 30 minutes, but another driver on the property mistook him for AAA and stopped him for a tow. If you was unable to do the service, a simple I cant help you, would of been just fine. Never again, glad I was able to find some help at a timely matter.

My semi-new car has transmission trouble to the point where it wouldnt drive at all. What used to be a 30-45 min commute to work and home became 4 hours due to my car not accelerating after a few yards. Triple was closed (which was surprising cuz cars have trouble on weekends and holidays too) so they werent answering their phone. Out of desperation, I typed in Google tow trucks near me and saw Omar towing and just pressed call. Ash picked up and was very helpful just on the phone, alone. He knew the area I was in, the surrounding businesses and roads I was in between. He was there in 15 min (as promised) and even had information on how to go about getting my car fixed without being hussled by dealerships. They even have a mechanic at Omar Towing that he recommended. Not that I want to be in this position again, but if I am, Im hitting Ash up at Omar Towing, bruh. Thank you again.
