Mrs. Lister arranged a wonderful trip for me and my family to St Simons, Georgia. Not only was I able to book last minute before our spring break Brittany was able to get us a wonderful hotel to fit up to six people, with a kitchen, and only 5 minutes from downtown where all the action was! Her knowledge of this area was key for us to be able to enjoy our trip. She was able to give us wonderful food recommendations, beach suggestions and tips as well as a great place to rent bicycles! Everything went positively smooth thanks to Brittany and we are already in talks of planning an event better trip to the Caribbean! I will hands down continue to use Mrs. Lister for all my travel agent needs!

Jill was amazing with our honeymoon planning! We didnt think we were going to be able to pull off a honeymoon with only about a month left to plan (we procrastinated) until the wedding and Jill jumped on it and made it happen. We loved Turks and cacaos! We didnt want to leave and go back to the real world.

She even contacted us after we had landed to make sure we found the correct transportation company. Choosing Brittany Lister as our travel agent for our honeymoon was the best decision I could have made! She was so responsive and always texted me back immediately. Neither of us had been to an all inclusive resort before and we had lots of questions. Brittany was patient and reassuring at every interaction. She had every detail handled. We planned 3 excursions during our 5 day trip. All 3 excursions were canceled due to covid-19 risks. Brittany was able to get 2 of the excursions rebooked and a refund on the third. Haven Riviera resort is a great place for a first timer to go. It feels extremely safe being secluded miles away from the city area of Cancun. Brittany got us the serenity romance package and we were treated like royalty throughout our stay. With the serenity package we had a butler. Between Brittany and our butler we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Haven riviera has multiple restaurants and room service with the serenity package. The lobster in Cancun melts in your mouth. I wasn’t a huge fan of lobster until I ate the lobster on one of our excursions. It literally melts in your mouth. There are multiple bars, two swim up bars and a theater area that has live shows and karaoke. We went to karaoke and the Mexican show and we loved both of them. For our excursions we went on the Jolly Roger pirate ship and on the Dancer’s Booze Cruise. Our favorite was the Jolly Roger dinner show. It was interactive and realistic. A real person walked the plank and did a back flip into the middle of the ocean! The Jolly Roger is also family friendly. We had a lot of fun on the Dancer’s Booze Cruise, but make sure to take extra cash with you for souvenirs on the island. A small bottle of apple flavored tequila cost $60 American dollars. We had the time of our lives on our honeymoon and we didn’t want to leave. We definitely want to go back and I will be booking all of our future trips through Brittany!

I love reviews as they help me make informed decisions every day, so I hope my feedback is helpful to those of you who, like me, like the idea of someone coordinating your trip but dont want to pay a premium for such services and/or are concerned with the quality, level of personalization, and value of the itinerary.Ive had the opportunity to travel quite a bit (most of it for pleasure) from a young age. My parents are passionate about traveling and took my sisters and I on many incredible trips, passing along the travel bug to me in the process. When I had the income allowing for my own travels, I was sorely surprised by the amount of work that goes into planning a great trip! Nonetheless, I planned several of them and they were good but, of course, you learn new things from each trip and you always wish you had known someone privy with the destination you were traveling who could have pointed you towards the best things to do.Im busier these days and realized that I was not traveling only because of the time it took to actual plan the trip. Blasphemy! My parents now use Stephanie and so I called her. She. Is. Amazing. I am not always the easiest client lol -- often I offer vague parameters as to where I want to go and my budget -- nonetheless, she makes the process of booking a stinking breeze! She provides a rare level of service including always timely (even when Im not... whoops), offers tried-and-true recommendations, patient and adapts plans until theyre perfectly personalized to the client so dont hesitate to give her feedback.My trips (most recently the Baltic) are mind-blowing, personalized (Im a nerd and she knows this), and she gets better deals than I can get thanks to her connections. Without Stephs expertise, I honestly doubt I would have been able to even book some of the things she included on my itinerary that ended up being the highlights of my vacation because they were so unique and truly unforgettable, for instance: whimsical lineup of places to visit in London (local pubs, wonky neighborhood, so much art!), fabulous tour guide in Copenhagen, hauntingly beautiful Russian ballet.So, my review is getting creepy long but I hope it helps! We used Brittany for a girls/birthday trip for this fall. I talked to her back in June about what we wanted to do and she planned a perfect trip for us! She also picked the best tours for us.
