I would avoid them at all cost. Not professional, will not help clients. I had my house listed with them for a while and they could not get us a proper contract. They were playing double sides (buyer and seller). I found out that the buyers agent was in the same office, no wonder I couldnt get a proper offer on one potential contract I had on table. We hired someone else and were under contract within a month.
Since moving to Texas in 2015 I have bought, sold and recently completed the buying process for a new house again. For all three transactions I have worked with Hiroko Wada from Ebby Halliday Plano. She is definitely THE realtor that you want at your side. She is extraordinary and does an outstanding job at representing your best interest either as a buyer or seller. She is very knowledgeable in all the locations I have looked for real estate. Knowing my preferences she even suggested an area I had not considered. I decided to buy in this area and I think I am more happy here than I would have been in the area I was previously focusing on. Having decided to build, she was helpful in every step of the process. She is always going above and beyond and getting the best deal for you.If you are looking for a realtor then Hiroko Wada is who you want to work with!
My wife and I had a phenomenal experience with this office. Jerri was an amazing realtor and Kheang made the loan process very easy. The professionalism, dedication, and hard work from them made our first home purchase a breeze. From offer to close, we had it done within 20 days. To achieve that, there were long days and some weekends put in by them. They both went above and beyond to ensure we got everything we wanted and needed. When we buy our next house, we will DEFINITELY be using Ebby.
Kim is absolutely amazing. From start to finish, extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Everything you want and need when buying a new home in a new city! Thank you!
Tremendous value working with this team, and Im specifically appreciative of Kim Andersons expertise and focus in closing on my 1st time home purchase.Ive referred Kim and team in the past & would highly reccommend based on their connections (mortgage brokers, insurance, repair services, inspectors, etc.) & commitment to client service throughout the home buying process.
The span of this review is nearly 9 years in the making! I cant speak to this office as a whole, since I barely visited it with all of my interactions being out and about visiting potential properties, so this is focused solely on the most amazing realtor Ive ever met who is based at this location named Laura Morris. (And thats saying a lot since I come from a family of realtors back home in Florida, haha!) It all began when I contacted Laura Morris about a rental listing in DFW from my home in Florida, as I was preparing to move to Texas for a job transfer. First impressions were great, as she played taxi and took me to a number of rentals and showed me around the North Dallas and Collin County areas, explaining everything about the various cities, commute times, and even future school district considerations. Through no fault of hers, the owners of the rental Id settled on attempted to change deposit requirements, knowing that we were in the middle of traveling halfway across the country to sign the lease and get the keys... as that was falling through and I was in tears driving across state lines following my husband in our U-Haul, Laura came to our rescue. She secured a back-up plan by some miracle and it was thanks to her that we didnt arrive to Texas homeless. I promised her that one day when we were ready to buy, she would be the realtor wed call. Fast forward a few years, still renting, but alerted that our long-term lease would be ended because the owners were moving back to Texas from out of state and wanted to move back into their house. I contacted Laura, who spent countless weekends showing us houses, helping us narrow our search and always giving practical advice. Ultimately, we couldnt find a home to buy before our lease was up, so we settled on a two year lease in the same neighborhood to keep our child in the same school. Toward the end of that lease, we enlisted Lauras help one more time, sure that we wanted to move further north, and she made us feel like we were her top priority, always available and ready to show us a number of houses on short notice. After much searching, we spotted another house in our neighborhood for sale. It was a priced higher than our budget. So, we kept looking, but ultimately, Laura knew what we wanted and helped us write an offer under asking that fit our budget, and after another counter-offer, we finally landed our forever home. I thought I wanted to get a loan through my local credit union, but I also investigated Lauras recommendation and found them to be an even better option. Laura isnt just a realtor, shes an advocator. She goes above and beyond without being asked. Her business ethic is unmatched and she knows how to get things done. Just one of many examples, she noticed my childs attachment to a particular lawn ornament and convinced the seller to include it in the sale. Its the little things like that, the personal touches, that make Laura feel more like a friend than just a business partner. She knows her stuff and I firmly believe she made our closing process much smoother. Everything worked out better than I expected, and for that Laura will always have my gratitude and my trust. My only hope is that if we decide to sell our dream home in about 10 years or so, that Laura is still in the real estate business so that she can be the one to handle our future listing because I wouldnt want to trust it to anyone else.
Linda Jackson deserves WAY more than 5 stars. She is the cream of the crop when it comes to real estate. I have worked with many other agents and NO one has compared to the exceptional professionalism and care that Linda has. From the moment we started working with her it was like a dream come true. She helped us find our dream home and the home we can not wait to start our family in. She is very observant of potential hazards and problems with homes a buyer is considering. She does so much prep work before she even takes you to see a house to ensure she is not wasting your time. She also has a wealthy of knowledge about the north Texas area including facts/stats about the schools, city, taxes, utilities, re zoning, etc. I can not thank Mrs. Jackson enough for her outstanding work!!!!
We have been looking for a house since June 2014. We received a call from Barbara Moore, Ebby Halliday Plano, 8920 Coit Road, Suite 100 to help us find our house. We commend Barbara Moore for her patience, knowledge and devotion to her work. She was efficient and direct to the point when she gives advice, suggestions and comments in finding our house. She listens and delivers what we expect from our dream house. When finding a house with two different needs and wants from a couple, it is very hard to deal with, but Barbara Moore showed compassion and respect from our needs and wants. She treated us like a family to her during and after finding our dream house on November 2014. From the bottom of our hearts and from my family to yours, THANK YOU BARBARA MOORE!
Very unprofessional. I changed my mind In a house that I thought of buying and this made the agent upset! She stopped helping me and sent another agent instead. The entire experience was unpleasant and dishonest. Had to call several times to receive documents on a house that I was buying. Some documents were not official they were pulled from the internet!I would not recommended this type of service to anyone.
Very nice when talking on the phone 👍
Great office; Great Manager; Great Agents!
