Patriot SoftWash did a soft wash of our very unsightly Austin stone, precast capstone and concrete walkways. They did an absolutely fabulous job at a very reasonable price. After meeting Jim and experiencing the services of Patriot Softwash, I will never use another company to clean the exterior of my home again! Jim (and his team) are so professional. He explains in detail the services he is providing and the results expected. He provides a fair and detailed quote. (I had 2 quotes for the same work and the other quote was 2X the price). All of his people come in branded cars with badges to give you a higher sense of security. The results are amazing! I had 5+ years of mold growing on the outside of our house, roof and chimneys. I also had deep, dark rust on our patio stone, walls and water fountains. As an additional challenge, our house is very tall so the task was not simple. It took 8 days to clean everything, but the Patriot team was able to remove all of the stains and return the house to its original color, without damaging any of our landscaping. I am so appreciative of Jim and his team at Patriot Softwash and I highly recommend their services.

Our Austin Stone house had quite a bit of black mold growing on the north and west sides, plus gutters and eaves, etc. had collected a lot of dirt/dust over several years. The Patriot team spent one day cleaning the entire outside of the house, plus Austin Stone plant bed borders, mailbox, driveway, sidewalks, pool deck, gutters and eaves. House is 25 years old but now looks like brand new. All dark areas are completely clean and no trace of mold anywhere. Great job.

We had a very challenging job with a stamped concrete driveway that had been painted over several times and was peeling and chipping. It needed to be restored to its original state. I spoke to many companies in different industries trying to figure out how to go about it, only to find out the cost was outrageous or no one even wanted to attempt it? We were desperate and having to consider pouring a whole new driveway when I finally I found Jim. Thankfully he knew exactly what to do and at an affordable price! After stripping and resealing it turned out beautiful! I highly highly recommend!

They did an outstanding job cleaning the surfaces. I also had two columns by the driveway that had some cast stone which was discolored. Their process cleaned these up very good. Jim did a great job. He made the dirty limestone look brand new on my house. I also had a dumpster leak a substance that 2 other people couldn’t get out. Patriot got the stain out of the driveway so that I could sell my house.
