You actually get to speak to someone when you call and they treat you extremely well unlike larger pool companies which treat you more like a number and arent even local to the area. Needless to say theyve won my business moving forward for all of my pool service.

I have had Scott and his guys taking care of our pool for nine years. In that time their service and work ethic has been nothing short of amazing. They got to me as soon as they could after the big freeze and saved me from some expensive repairs. Prices are fair and work is perfect. And if something is not right they come out and fix it right away. I won’t work with anyone else as long as I have a pool in Dallas.

Scott first came out on a Saturday when my pool had not been running for three days and the water was an ugly green. He quickly made some recommendations for electrical work before addressing the pump issue, as my pool and equipment date back to the mid-1980s. Scott explained about the money I would save if I opted for newer technology, but I was really sold when he said how much quieter it could be. He made it happen quickly and trained us on the new features, patiently answering all our questions. I couldnt be more pleased with his work and I highly recommend his services. 5 stars! Incompetent service. Called them for a service call about a burst pipe inside a heater after the freeze. The technician they sent told me that he does not have any experience with pool heaters and would not even look at the heater. He offered me to sell me a new heater for close to $2K. $90 wasted for nothing. Opened the heater myself, did my research, ordered parts and fixed it myself. All for less than $150. Will not use that company again.

Scott has helped us with our pool for almost 10 years. He is excellent at his work and is so helpful when there is a problem. Several times he has come out within a day of notice and fixed issues right away, and he assures that our pool is always running smoothly and crystal clean so all we have to worry about is enjoying the sparkling waters :). Scott was very helpful. We needed to have our pool heater replaced. He quoted us a very competitive rate and was able to install it the next day. I can only say good things about Scott and Aqua Clean Pool Service. I can depend on them to be here every week about the same time. They take their time and take pride in what they do. When Scott asked me if I would give a review I said I would do it most definitely. Sometimes when I forget to put water in the pool they add it for me, which i appreciate. I dont need equipment problems and Scotts team makes an effort to prevent them. Theyre honest and they know what theyre doing.

I contacted Scott two weeks ago and requested a bid to service my pool. Scott told me that he would get out to see my pool the next day and email me a quote. He must’ve forgotten. I called him a week later and again he told me he would be out the next day. He forgot a second time. I gave him one more chance, called him a third time and He emailed me a proposal. The proposal was unlike any I had seen in the past 20 years of being a pool owner. His prices were vague and unclear. When I called to request information on the proposal he tried to sell me $1500 worth of equipment but did not have time to spend 10 minutes on the phone with me explaining his process. This is the fourth time this man had cut me off on the phone, not having time to discuss his service with me a potential client. He was rude and dismissive, and I’m so glad he showed me exactly who he was before I gave him any money.

I had an actuator go out over the holidays, and with a freeze coming, it was important to me to get it fixed quickly. I called my warranty guy, who didnt return my call for 3 days. Then I called my weekly pool cleaning company, who said theyd come out and do the repair, but would charge me a $95 trip fee, in addition to the parts and labor. I decided to try Aqua Clean, who came out the next day, made the repair, and did it at a fair price.Ill use them for my future pool repair needs.

It was New Years Day morning when I noticed that water was no longer circulating in our pool after a freezing temperature of 18 degrees overnight. I checked the weather and there wouldnt be a break in the cold snap for 2 days. I knew that many plastic pipes were at risk for ice damage. I started calling around to local pool repair companies with no luck, not surprising for a holiday. I finally called Aquaclean and Scott answered the phone. While he wasnt providing service that day, he spent more than 20 minutes on the phone answering my questions and allaying my fears about broken pipes. He said he would come by the next morning to take a look. He arrived promptly and went to work. I was hoping for at least some advise about how to minimize the ice damage, because I was sure he wouldnt get the pump operational. But after about an hour after repairing a valve and servicing the frozen pump motor, he had the system working. I told him he was a magician. Overall I was extremely satisfied with Scotts work, professionalism, and reasonable pricing. I am sure that will have him back for some other work and perhaps use Aquaclean for pool maintenance. I highly recommend Scott.

Really appreciate the professional service from Scott. He is knowledgeable and personable. I got the pool pump and motor issues fixed thanks to his excellent work during the memorial weekend.

Beautiful clear crystal pool, but we were overcharged 80% more than agreed upon. Also, if you have pool products that you paid for that Scott doesnt approve, he will remove it from your property and will not give it back upon request. If you do chose this business, I recommend you request an estimate of all costs beforehand and beware that if your pool supplies do not meet Scotts standards they will be taken.

We had an issue with our pool on a weekend during a freeze. I had a hard time finding a pool service company to come out on a weekend, but Scott was willing to come out and figure out what the problem was with our pool. He came and accessed the problem right away and went out of his way to help us with other issues. Great company and great owner. Truly cares about his customers.

He fixed a problem with the filter and now, one day and one good vacuum later, the pool is so much cleaner. Im confident that with one more vacuum, it will be 100% back to normal. I am in sales and he basically wanted me to commit to spending over $100 for a simple stop by. When I tried to explain my situation to him, he hung up on me. Stay away from this angry person!

Dont do it - he asked me for my debit/credit card ahead of time, and his service included hidden costs. Nothing I could do about it after it came out of my bank account. Pool was clean, but it was 3 times more than the original agreed upon amount. Bad business!
