I cannot say enough good things about the three guys who moved me today! They were all super professional and courteous and there’s not one bad thing I can say about any of them. They were even so helpful that I thought I was missing my work laptop and they started to take things out of my storage and try to help me find it! I would definitely recommend this company as their entire process was exceptional from the time I’ve booked to the time that I paid after completion. I will be using them again when I move to my next house and would give them 10 stars if I could!

We scheduled and rescheduled our move multiple times due to our closing date being moved back. They were very responsive and accommodating. The movers showed up on our move day, were very professional and quick. We had quite a bit of stuff for them to move and they tackled it and made it look easy. When unloading our items into our house, they took great care, and asked us where we wanted everything. They even put our beds together so we were able to sleep on them right away. I used AB Moving for my move out of a 2300 sq ft home on April 29th to a storage unit. My team was personable and respectful, but it was afterwards that my experience went south.I had explained to the crew that there was only one piece of furniture that I wanted them to take care of: our marble top dining table. I even purchased the heavy duty furniture pads so that it would not be damaged. However, as you can see via the photos, the table was damaged and the wood base needs to be replaced.I contacted AB moving to submit a claim, only for the table. They damaged several other things during our move, including our Sleep Number bed, Ikea closets, etc., but I did not claim any of those items. Because Ikea-grade furniture usually doesnt survive a move, and the Sleep Number bed isnt completely unusable.AB Moving immediately denied my claim, saying that the crew said it was not their fault, and closed the claim. No further followup.Dont expect anything from these guys post-move. I went with them as they were competitively priced and had good reviews. I ended up paying $1200 for a 2300 sq ft home (quoted for 3 hours, took 8....and we almost completely packed everything ourselves in boxes), an unusable table, broken furniture, and a torn bed. Will not be using them again for my move into our new home next month. Stay away! Dont let the low rates fool you! You get what you pay for.

AB Moving are punctual, reliable and courteous. We had to change our moving date and location. AB Moving was able to accommodate the changes. The work ethic is impeccable. This morning these 2 gentlemen called and arrived promptly. I have a living room pit that is crazy. These 2 gentlemen did everything humanly possible to get that sofa out of my front door. They were very careful and caring how they handled my furniture. I am from corporate America and these 2 gentleman if you could see the comradery they have for each other and the company it gave me respect for them. because they wanted to represent AB Moving well. And they did. I will use them again.

Our family had to move a senior into a smaller home. Three moves were required. One to transition him from his four bedroom home into a one bedroom apartment. One to transition the remaining furniture from his large home to a different family member’s home. And another to move a piano and several large pieces of furniture and appliances within the final home. Each experience with AB moving was extremely impressive. We had three different teams for the three different moves. Every teammate was highly trained and careful. They moved everything we asked quickly. We never felt we overpaid for an hour because they worked so diligently. Watching three teams perform so well gives me a lot of reassurance about the entire rest of the company, honestly. 10/10. They worked super hard and we tipped well. Overall great experience.

I underestimated the time it would take me to pack, so I was still packing when the team arrived. They were very nice and professional, did not waste any time, asked me for my input often, and shrink wrapped many of the items that I hadn’t gotten to yet. Only they were much faster than I would have been. They took a lot of care not to damage any items, even though the apartment complex I moved out of had very narrow passageways and stairwells with way too many pillars in the way. I’m sure everyone with the company does a great job, but I happened to work with Jose, Christian, and Manny. Nice guys. Hard workers. Would definitely recommend, and would definitely choose AB Moving again in the future.

AB Moving Company both met and exceeded my expectations. I had to call their offices several times and had last minute emergency rescheduling multiple times. Every person that I spoke to provided the most excellent customer service and was happy and quick to help. Chris and Rafael were my movers and they were beyond professional, efficient, and handled everything with care. Excellent communication from all departments including the movers on the ground. And they have great pricing too! Very fair rates. Extremely satisfied with my service, and looking forward to booking again with AB Moving Company in the future.

Where do I even begin? Carlos, Joel & JR were our movers from our rental to our new build. They were on time and very efficient at getting the truck loaded at the house we were moving out of. Took time to wrap things; make sure things were close; asked questions;engaged in conversation & truly just enjoyed being there helping us move. Once we got to our new house they were quickly to work & again asking questions to where things go; making small talk & honestly just enjoying what they do. We have worked with a ton of movers in our past and none of them provided the service like these three. I truly believe they made our moving experience that much more relaxing and enjoyable. They definitely 100000% will be recommended by us.AB moving was easy to book & super nice when communicating back and forth. We needed to reschedule a few times and they had no issues doing that. The gentlemen came out and were very courteous and friendly. They took care to cover all the furniture and appliances with padding and bubble wrap to help prevent scratching. This is the best moving company weve used! They were flexible with our schedule. They had reasonable rates. The 3 men were very professional throughout the whole move. They amazingly disassembled our baby grand piano, then reassembled it at our new house without any problems. No scuffs or scratches anywhere. They even put together a desk that had been disassembled by a previous mover almost a year ago. I definitely recommend them!

I was more than pleased with my moving experience with AB moving! The three guys that helped to move us took very special care of our items. The team showed up 10 minutes early to our move and were all very polite and kind! We really appreciated all of the hard work they put in helping us move all our large furniture and boxes to our new home. They took the time to ensure all items were wrapped in plastic and moving blankets before putting them on the truck. They treated our items as if they were their own and got everything moved in one go. I would 100% use them again and recommend them to someone wanting to move their items. The pricing of the company was MUCH cheaper than the others we priced AND they clearly communicated the rates prior to the move so it was not a huge shock at the end of the day.

The actual movers were great. I highly recommend if you are just moving and not putting your stuff in storage. They were quick, handled my things with care and the price was affordable.However, I do not recommend if you are storing your stuff. Just go someplace else. I dont like how you get charged for the move then have to wait more than a day to hear back about how much you will be charged for storage. Its very frustrating and annoying. Moving is stressful enough without the added stress of waiting for an extra bill. There has to be a better way. And you cant talk to them directly for an answer. Its just customer service who dont have any real answers for you. All they can do is send messages to whomever and wait for an answer. Its pointless. My stuff was picked up yesterday morning and Im still waiting and getting more and more frustrated. Do not recommend for storage. Go someplace else.

I have used this company for my moving services multiple times now, and they are consistently professional, hard-working, and efficient. Today a crew moved half of a 3-bedroom house to a new location within the scheduled time window. I never see them lounging from start to finish. This was also my first time utilizing the junk removal service. The crew moved a 2-car garage full of construction debris in about 1.5 hours. Great company and service. I would definitely recommend giving them a try. 👍

The team was very polite, on time, and very careful in wrapping each piece of furniture. It was a small move, but they had some very heavy items with a lot of stairs and turns to deal with. They were very careful with the walls and the furniture on both sides- moving out and in. I appreciate the attention to detail.

Overall move was great. Nothing scratched or broken. My only complaint would be the speed of the movers. Other than that all other aspects of my experience was top notch. If the movers moved faster I would have given 5 stars and selected good value in my review.

First time using movers. They were nice and professional. The 3 man crew got me loaded and unloaded in 2.5 hours. Nothing was damaged or left. They made sure to wrap things together like slats for the bed and my daughters wooden toy chest. I tried to have every box closed and labeled to make it easier on them. They only had to move ! No taking things apart or unplugging appliances. That helped my time as well. I will be using this company again. Also the price was decent. Not too crazy. One place quoted me $1200. 😒🥴 AB was less than half that.

I had another moving service (All My Sons) cancel on me last second, even after booking weeks out. I called AB Moving 3 days before my move and they were more than happy to help me out.I was running a little late on the day of the move and the guys were very responsive and worked with me to make it all go smoothly. They moved my stuff so quickly I was honestly pretty amazed. Had absolutely no issues with anything. It was a quick move, everything was protected, and the guys were very friendly/fun to work with. AB Moving crew did an excellent job! They arrived on time and immediately got started. They handled all my stuff like it was their own stuff. Everything was perfectly wrapped and moved. I did not experience any problems, I had no damages, and absolutely no worries. I will use them again no doubt, and I would definitely recommend them for moving.

The movers were great! The three guys did an excellent job and they were very courteous with our items.We also had to travel about 4 to 5 hours and so they were helpful and staying in constant communication through out the trip. They also left before we did because we were taking things back to storage.I was constantly asking and looking into the truck to see of the items were going to fit. I was worried but the crew packed the items that fit in well.I wasnt impressed with the Sales Representative. She didnt seem to care when I asked questions. I would send emails and she wouldnt respond. I always felt like I was bothering her when I would call or email. We had issues with our date where it was pushed back and then moved up again and I updated her and then wouldnt hear from her until I asked her again if she can confirm.We have used AB Moving previously and the communication and interaction was highly professional. I felt taken care of the first time. This second time, I did not get that same feel with this sales rep.I had a 4 bedroom house and storage and not all of our items fit in the trailer. We didnt even get to go to the storage unit. There is no way the trailer that was selected for this trip would hold 1800 square feet of house AND storage. On our first move in 2018 we received a box truck that had length and height. We were able to fit every piece of furniture we had in our old house in this truck. This move we were sent a trailer truck that did not have the height for our bigger items. We did not have near the furniture or appliances in this move. I never discussed what furniture I had with the sales rep. I just informed her the size of my house. Luckily majority of everything fit. However I still had to rent another truck to take more items to a storage facility. So now I have to rent truck to go pick up my remaining items in storage 4 hours away. It also made our leave delayed. The movers went ahead and started traveling down and met a relative to unload our items as my husband and I are trying to pack up the leftovers and get it into a storage. I had never been informed I wasnt going to receive the smaller trailer because I figured since we moved with the company before and it was the same distance and trip, it was the same truck. Yes it might not be long distance move but it definitely wasnt just down the road either.As mentioned before, the moving crew did an excellent job and working my items with the size truck/trailer they had. They were fantastic. However I wish the sales rep had provided me a little more insight and detail into this move. She just didnt seem to show compassion during a stressful situation.

I hired a crew to help me load my moving truck. The crew had a cancellation earlier in the morning and called asked if they could start earlier. Once we got started, they were quick and efficient but also careful with all my belongings and securing them in the truck. Definitely recommended.

Jonathan and crew were amazing! We had to move a FULL four bedroom house from Dallas to Frisco, with a 4 year old and an infant, and they handled it like complete professionals. Very communicative and worked SO HARD. It was less expensive than I was quoted, and our move included multiple appliances! Most impressive: NOT ONE PIECE OF DAMAGE! I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I’ve used AB Moving for the second time this past weekend. Once last year November 2020 and July 2021 and I’ve gotten consistent results both times. The are very professional and very careful with your belongings. Their main office makes sure to get an understanding of all that you’re trying to move to be able to accommodate you once your move day arrives. They also send reminders and confirmations which I personally like because I can be forgetful. The only downfall for me is the cost. They are pretty pricey so you may want to be sure and have all your ducks in a row (have everything packed) to avoid delay as it pertains to time. Other than that they are a pretty good company to hire for your moving needs.

We hired AB Moving Co. to move my parents from our home into an independent Senior Living Community. All 3 workers were very efficient and polite. They did a fantastic job both with packing and moving. We could not have asked for a smoother move, and would highly recommend them.

We had a last minute move. The team was very communicative before arriving and did a good job packing. If any of the furniture were damaged they called me to inspect it before they packed it up..But in the heat of Texas they did a fantastic job moving my stuff

We recently had a HUGE move in town from a house to a townhouse. Dannys Crew was the first to arrive; they were prompt and very attentive to detail of what was going where. Based on the amount of items we were moving between the new home and storage, Danny was very honest & upfront by suggesting a second crew to save on time and money. I agreed and the second crew (Arriagas Crew) arrived shortly after to focus on items going to storage, while Dannys crew focused on items moving to the new home. Both crews worked seamlessly together and were super efficient! For our next move, we will most definitely be a repeat customer of AB Moving, and will request (probably demand) Dannys Crew & Arriagas Crew. Santiago’s crew was great. They got to work right away and took care of my items. They did a great job moving everything into storage as my home is being built. I will use this company/crew again when my home is ready for move in. The price is slightly on the higher end but I needed someone to take good care of my belongings. They wrapped everything and placed padding. I believe the service at the cost was very reasonable. Thanks, Chad

Wow, they worked so hard! We also had a really good time. We emptied out 3 cram packed storage units from the 3rd floor with a lot of big heavy furniture, and delivered it into a 2 story house. It took around 6 hours of moving with a 3 man crew.If I were doing another big move, I would definitely consider using ABMovers again.

The movers Mario and his clan were very fast and good in what they did… very professional they were always waiting for me I never felt like they took advantage of me being a old lady I have had a lot of people move me in fact the last time the movers stole from me…This three men were very strong and cable of doing a great job!!!

We had a great experience using AB movers. The men on the ARRIAGA crew were very helpful, professional and quick. The crew was quick, but cautious and took care of our stuff. I called around and got quotes for several moving companies and AB was comparable for local moves and had the best value for long distance. I loved that they helped disassemble and assemble furniture. We are planning on using them again.
