The store was clean, the staff was friendly the store looked stocked and it wasnt crowded was able to get in and out.

Went in today needing one product, upon asking a question the clerk wouldnt even answer a question instead of giving me a rote answer this is all fetish and novelties. Drive the additional two hundred feet down the road to retro. Better variety of products, willing do discuss things honestly and better customer service.

Always super helpful and nice people at this location. Just be careful to not say anything involving illegal activities within the store because they are required to ask you to leave if you do. Since the covid restrictions started I do enjoy how adamant the staff is about making sure that not only the employees are wearing their PPE correctly but also the customers that are inside the store.

I went into the Plano location with my friend and Brandon helped us find the right item.Brandon was EXTREMELY personable and knowledgeable, especially when I asked about the. Tobacco rolling trays (which were unfortunately out of my price range today, but I will be back to purchase one soon🤗) I saw a Clipper lighter and asked him about it. He said he uses them and that its refillable and has a nifty cigarette rolling tool.SOLD!!!!!!!I was so satisfied with my purchase that I went back and bought another one!!!!!Another employee was also very personable and knowledgeable about the items in the store (and Kingdom Hearts). I didnt catch his name but his beard was on point.All in all this store is absolutely AMAZING and I will definitely return and send people the Gas Pipes way.If all of the employees are like Brandon and the bearded fellow customers are sure to be regulars.Keep up the awesome work with those personable and knowledgeable employees.Also, I wasnt planning on purchasing anything today either.

Went in late with a friend to get a few things. Website said open til midnight, but hen we arrived the person working informed us it actually close at 11. No worries there. However, she was snippy and condescending when asked any questions and clearly was not pleased at is arriving 10 minutes before close. We were still out by 11:00.Customer service goes a long way and is the only reason this wasnt a 5 star review. The store was immaculate and a lot of variety.We understood the person was most likely ready to go home after a long day at work, but it ruined our experience and it was my friends first time in any kind of shop like this and will most likely not be back. I may try again in a few weeks and if improved I will re review.

They saw me park and turned off lights as I walked up to door. I stood there and stared at them but they wouldnt look at me. Lol. It was 4 minutes til closing when I was at the door. One was cleaning glass and the one was hiding behind register. I called and they said sorry but they have to close at 11 SHARP! One part of their website says midnight and the other part did say 11. I checked before I drove 35 miles to get there by 11. Oh well...love good customer service.

Youre better off going to retro, which is a half block away, especially if you dont know the proper names of the equipment for sale. The blonde working the counter turns away business if you dont say the proper name of what youre looking for. Real smart lady, turning away business during the covid-19 pandemic. My friend and I go to this place frequently, the last time we went in, we spent over $100. We normally spend this much regularly. I even brought people from out of state to their business. I recently bought a vaporizer and was told it apparently had some warranty. I purchased it and after a few uses, the cable that is glued to the mechanism and the battery (one is black, one is red) came undone. They would not do anything for me, matter a fact the employer uttered the words We wont do anything for you. Its frustrating that someone would lie to me about the warranty or someone who you do business with, its something I didnt ask about, it was brought up to me as a selling point I feel like. This was after I was ignored till another employee gestured to some person to help me. So in saying so FINE, but WE WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN. Your products suck and your people suck! My money is good and I have a lot to spend, Retro Revolution Smoke shop is 300 feet down the street. Thats where Ill be going to this weekend.

Probably been going here the longest. And dont go often anymore, but this store has the best customer service and great product selection. They are very knowledgeable about their products. Haley is a great employee! I came in looking for a very specific item, and she called every location in DFW asking if they had it. The store was even picking up and she was able to call the last store, touch base with me and then was immediately helping someone else. Great experience!!

Beyond excellence in service. The staff is welcoming and armed with knowledge of their products. Well laid out store design with each case representing a different states pieces and pipes as low as $6.99.Theres something for everybody.Also, smells like brownies because of their amazing incense.

IT WASNT ME! I warned you GOOGLE!!! This place has a lot of nice and interesting novelty items. I dont shop here....it was for a friend. 👌 I bought darts to throw at the wall. Not the horrible Dodge Dart that is an earth destroying machine. They also sell some really neato black light posters and incense that burn very long time. Did I mention the possibility of a free bumper sticker or calendar? Well they have that. This place has super helpful employees to help you get exactly what you need and want.P.S. The reviews that rate this place poorly could not be more wrong. Most reviews I have seen complain about the area being too ghetto and feeling unsafe. I think someone even mentioned that he saw too many minorities. Dude come on, its the 21st century, we arent racist anymore. But even if we were, I only saw white people in there anyway.Now for my review. I went there for the first time a few hours ago. At first I was a little nervous about walking into the place because of the reviews I had read, but as soon as I was inside, I felt right at home. The staff were very friendly and outgoing, and so were the other customers. The music that was playing was great, and everything about the place emitted good vibes. I could have hung out there all day. The store had a massive selection to choose from, and the lowest prices I had ever seen. I got a really nice bong for my friend for only $35. It was probably about a foot tall, and it was very well designed. Hes already smoked out of it and he loves it.There is absolutely nothing I can complain about after my experience here, and I will definitely come back for all my smoking-related needs.

The dart selection is pretty damn sweet! We were able to spend quite a while in there and didnt feel as if we were taking too much time. We met the killer dart guru who offered some incredible tips and let us try out the top selections! Big Recommend!

The Gas Pipe is iconic, no matter what location you go to. Its historic and a rite of passage. They have everything you need, unless you have a head shop near you thats locally owned, because local owned stores should always be supported by the community and treated as a priority, the Gas Pipe is the real deal and they have you covered!

The assistant manager Hailee is such a good sales person. Theyre honest and care about their customers needs.

By far the most over priced smoke shop around. Selection is average, lots of times the stuff you want isnt in stock. Example: oil cartridge battery bases are marked up 200%-300% compared to online retail, they dont carry the most current models and lots of times they open and demo the product for multiple customers then sell you it as new when in reality it is a heavily used demo from an open box. Employees are nice enough, but usually pretty spaced out and lack knowledge about a lot of what they carry. Unless you really need instant gratification and you happen to be in there, you far better off online or at a less commercialized mom and pop smoke shop.

Came in and was going to look around before I got what I came for. So I asked about a bubbler I seen just being curious and moved on then I asked for the item I needed and she refused to sell me it because I talked about another item on other side of store. The sign in front of what I needed said dont call this item a bubbler bong or pipe and I didnt 1 times refer to it as any of those. But I cant get it because I talked about another item earlier. What I needed tonight would have been close to a $400 sale but nope thanks to the ignorance of a blond employee Ill never come back and yall lost the sale. Teach your employees common sense and explain the rules is my opinion for yall. Ill go to retro and never return to you again

Super fun place. Stopped in with a gal that wanted a poster to color, ended up staying and chit-chatting with the employees for an hour or so. Down to earth place with a wide variety of supplies for any sort of extra curricular activity you can think of. Scales, Baggies, Glassware, Incense, Vape Supplies, And a lot of other items even I didnt know existed. A real wide spectrum of items that help in your smoking needs. Stop in and say hello to an adventure and experience an eye opening lesson.

Bought some expensive glass here, never broke. Quality and a great staff will always have me smiling every time I stop by to see some really cool glass. Now I have to go, im getting pretty sleepy after my great experience at The Gas Pipe. 😂🤣

I love going to this store every time I need something because I always get prompt service and I always seem to learn something new! The last pipe I got it my favorite glass piece and has lasted me 3 years and running!

They told me they would trade out a bad vaporizer. When I arrived they said the manager was not there. There was a lady there that was the rudest person I have ever met. There was also another young person there threatening to refuse service. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

As to the first review by the troubled mother, This place of business IDs and you must be 18 or older to go inside... So needless to say if you are worried about you 18 year old child than getting a hold of these things... He is old enough to make his own decisions.... if your relating to it making a Herbal incense available, and your children getting a hold of it for an older subject, well maybe parenting is a place to start...ASIDE from this:They have a great selection of many things, not the best service ever, but hey its not a Nordstrom its a head-shop...

Went in to buy a torch for my outdoor fire pit, lady running the place was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. She treated me like criminal, would not let me touch any of the torches, hardly could even see them. Terrible customer service, never shopping there again. Went to Home Depot and found similar torch for half the price. I should have been more worried that she was going to steal my Rolex than me stealing a 60.00 torch. Terrible customer service from a terrible store manager. Gas Pipe should be ashamed at hiring this individual.

Yesterday I made a purchase of $32.46. The cashier rung it up and said my card was declined, I checked my balance saw I had plenty of money and tried again. It was approved this time and I left happy in my purchase. When I checked my balance the next day I saw I had been charge twice for this purchase and both where no longer pending and had gone though and removed $32.46 from my account. When I called to find out how to remedy the problem I explained the issue to the women on the phone I was told that the only was to solve the problem I was brushed off and told they where pending and fix itself. I explained that they where not pending and I had been charged and both transaction where done processing and settled she then got an attitude and told me the only way she would look it to it was if I drove the 45 mins, one way, to physically bring the receipt. When I tried to explain that a receipt only proves i made a purchase but doesnt help at all in proving or disproving I was double charged she hung up on me. After looking everywhere for it I called back and then talked to another women who said she was not the women I just spoke with and was the store manager . I told her I didnt have it - Why would i keep it? You cant return glass.- she told me this happens ALL THE TIME with there new machine and I would have to fax a bank statement and deal with there customer support rather than she simply refunding me. She also told me that I was wrong and couldnt have been charge twice because she didnt have and extra money at the end of the night. When I explained that a credit card purchase would put her deposit over and was again told I must be wrong, because they keep up with that kinda thing. I never received any apology and was treated like I was trying to steal something. I have decided to handle it with my bank and they handled matter.Mostly Im disappointed I had been going to Big Mikes House of Glass ever since moving away from the Skillman location but decided the 45 min trip was worth it to see if this location was as good as the last. Being charged twice was an accident and no ones fault I manage a retail store myself and understand how temperamental cash registers can be. That being said when I tried to explain my situation i was told I must be wrong before a single thing was done to look into the matter. They where more than pleased to keep my money and had no interest in solving my problem so either I was called a liar or to stupid to read a bank statement. Accidents happen the rest was lack of caring and poor work ethic.

This is a good place to find novelties and the atmosphere is friendly and the staff are helpful with questions.
