I have been working out of the City Central office in Plano off Highway 75 for several months now, and I just want to commend the team on running a very clean, responsive and professional facility. The quality experience starts when you are first registering for access and come in contact with Katy Harrington. She is incredibly quick with her replies, she gets things done and takes things off your plate for you. It couldnt be an easier process. It doesnt stop there, however. Each time you enter the office, you are greeted with a smile and I can promise you, in the middle of the work day, it makes all the difference, compared to an unstaffed location. Katy has gone above and beyond to make my companys experience exceptional and we look forward to a long relationship with City Central!

This place is a fantastic, clean, friendly work environment, visually stunning. State-of-the-art equipment in the conference rooms with fully wireless control. Individual offices and group offices with plenty of glass. The large lobby is especially inviting and is attractive to both tenants and their customers alike. Staff is friendly, helpful, do-what-it-takes to help and help you get the job done right. And did I mention location? Very near the intersection of 75 and G-Bush, its easy to get to and close to almost anywhere you need to go. Highly recommended!

I toured several coworking spaces when I first moved here, and CityCentral stood out more than any of the others. Pricing is reasonable, facilities are great, the other tenants are great to talk with and it doesnt have the pretentiousness of some of the other coworking spaces. Also free coffee and beer! Whats not to like.

When Covid-19 hit and most of our people started working from home, a traditional office space didnt make sense anymore. When we gave up the office and signed on with City Central, Ill admit I had my concerns. I knew nothing at all about co-working spaces. From my first day at the City Central East Plano office, Katy and the rest of the AWESOME staff put my concerns to rest. The facility is great, the amenities are even greater, and the staff is the GREATEST!Katy knows everyone by name after just one or two interactions, and greets everyone who comes through the door with a smile. Any time we have needed maintenance or a key to one of the offices, the staff is there within minutes. And the other folks who office there are super friendly as well.The office layout is sleek and modern, and there is enough space to take a whole section just for your company, without worrying about noise or interruptions from other people who office there. There are plenty of offices with windows, and some even have balconies, which is great during nice weather!As far as amenities go, free coffee, tea, filtered water and BEER, would be more than enough for most people. But City Central even ditches the sorry plastic utensils found in most offices and provides REAL dishes, glassware and silverware in a spacious kitchen with plenty of fridge space and the worlds quietest microwave.Overall, working at City Central has been a great experience so far, and I know that Katy and her team will bend over backwards to make your experience a great one as well!

I work for Sage Street Realty, and we just placed our office inside this location. I can honestly say that I could not be more impressed with this group! The front desk girls are so friendly and helpful, especially Katy. They make you and your guests feel welcome from day one. The suite is well kept, very clean and the amenities are great for both our Brokerage staff as well as for our clients comfort. Everything is kept clean and everyone is very professional. There is unlimited Coffee and a great selection of teas.. as well as they keep 2 beers on tap.We are able to have our meetings, training classes, meet with our clients as well as have our after hours events here because its so versatile. Thank you City Central for setting the bar so high!

I was previously a tenant at one of the other locations operated by City Central. The staff there was friendly and professional; the surroundings were clean and sharp. I have moved to this locations recently, and I am even happier now than I was previously. The office has everything I need and is perfectly located for me and my needs. The staff is the best part.

Our prior lease was up at the end of May, but our new space wasnt ready yet so I needed a place to meet clients and to receive business mail. Katy Harrington was SO helpful and continues to be a pleasure to work with. I like that they fog disinfect public places once a week, and clean in between as well. The facilities are great; Im proud to bring my older clients to this space as well as younger ones. They have various sizes of meeting rooms that are easy to book. I couldnt be more pleased with how they are helping me out during this transition.

We knew we were moving our office to a good place, but they have been everything and much more than we expected. We have a beautiful office, have access to coffee/tea whenever we want and many restaurants to choose over here. But the main things that blew my mind are the ladies we have here that help us with whatever we need to be successful, but also just to be comfortable and happy. Katy is our go-to person at our center and she never disappoints and always has our companys best interest.

It’s really a great place and community. We have officed from City Central for a year and a half. We love this location because its so central to everything - you can hop on George Bush or 75 in just a few minutes. The location is convenient for people to come in for meetings. Its also very close to all the restaurants at Cityline, and the office building has a great deli downstairs in case you dont want to leave for lunch. Our large windows have a great view of Plano too! The office itself is always quiet, so we can easily get our work done without distractions. Its very clean and modern, with every amenity we need. CityCentral staff is always super-friendly and professional. Anytime we have had a request, they took care of it immediately. We really enjoy officing here.
