Horrible service... No agent is ever available. They do not return calls nor send emails. When I finally spoke to an agent Tiffany, she said she would get me pricing for spaces and get back to me via email. NEVER got the email. Called several times no other agent is available, only their answering service. I texted Tiffany for an update for pricing, she left me on read no response, STILL WAITING!

I would like to share my experience as a new tenant at the 101 E Park Blvd. We moved our office in November of 2014. It has been such a great experience and the staff here is top notch. The manager, Ashley, has been spot on with any need we have had as well as overseeing the extensive construction we did to our space. She has continued to follow up and check to see if we had any additional needs.The staff in the building is also wonderful. Most mornings I am greeted by Chuck, the security guard, who holds the door, says hello, and already knows my name. I work a lot at nights so I have gotten to know the cleaning staff who are very friendly. In addition my office is a corner office so sometimes in the afternoons it can warm up and I call down and Merrill pops up to adjust it to my comfort level. It has been a great experience and we are happy we relocated to this property.Tom Eifler
