Alma is AMAZING. She is prompt, professional, and does wonderful work. The results I have had after just one session makes it all worth it. All I can say is smooth as a babies bottom. The technician is very sweet and puts a lot of effort in insuring that you are comfortable through out the treatment. Azure has been doing my laser hair removal for a few years now. They just got a new technician, Lana, and she is amazing as well. The prices are AMAZING!!! DO NOT waste your time on expensive places.

Hard to reach

Last week as I was searching for a professional laser hair removal place, one of my friends referred me to Ms.Azar at “Texas Laser Clinic”.Oh my... what a wonderful experience this is.Years ago I used to get laser hair removal and it was a painful 😣 and messy experience. I had to hold an iron bar smeared with gel. The worse thing was that I broke out and had ice packs all over my face.But Ms.Azar, used a different laser device that blew gentil cold air onto the area she was working, as if I was kissed by an Angel 😇.I can’t wait for my next session.

They are basically thieves. I purchased a package of 10 facials back in Oct 2012 to be used one each month. I have received only 3 because they have canceled as I was driving to the appointment, claimed I didnt have an appointment when I had the card in my hand, and when I finally did get to the appointment, they were not even able to perform the service because they didnt have the correct supplies. This has happened at least 5 times. Ive asked for a refund but have not received one. Im going to sue them in small claims court. Dont go there.

Called to make an appointment - woman very rude and unprofessional. Kept referring me to the website refused to answer any questions. Complained of all these Groupon people calling. Dont think anyone held a gun to your head to put the offer on Groupon! Sounds like very poor management. Terrible customer service!!! Would absolutely NOT recommend! L.G.

This place is a joke. My technician the 4 times I went was also the manager, She was so rude and stuck up I thought she was kidding at first or maybe having a bad day? Ha, nope she was equally retched each time I went. Not only her though, they also have an optical clinic and I walked in to the employee on the optical side yelling and irate cause of something a patient did then saying HORRIBLE things about the Dr she is working for!.It was so uncomfortable I was getting ready to walk out when the receptionist warmly greeted me. I do however feel sorry for the laser manager and optical employee anyone who can treat people that badly and act so ridiculous must be living a miserable life.
