With all this craziness happening around the world, I got a little happiness 🙂 super excited to see my dream ring finished 😍 I’ve always wanted a ring that was unique and something no one else had. When I talked to Omar about my idea, he sent me a sketch of what he understood I wanted. The process was super easy and my piece of art (well his art) turned out better than I thought. I can’t even tell you how excited I am about my ring 🙂 it’s white gold with genuine sapphire and stone finish on the front surface and high polish all around the ring. Silver ring was resized. Some jewelers take a week. This place resized it SAME DAY within an hour wow. To the polite gentleman working there... thank you again for your hard work fixing this ring :-)

This is a very sad story of someone that has no idea how to run a business. I have brought multiple watches here in the past and the first issue is that the owner shows up when he wants to so you may show up during normal hours, but they could or could not be closed depending what time he decided to come to work that day.After having another (more reputable jeweler) look at my watch they recommended a service on the watch, but they were out of town.I brought the Swiss Army watch to On the Spot to have the crown fixed and have a service they said it would be $40 for the crown or $160 for the crown and full service since they were opening the watch anyways. After going back and forth with me after 10 minutes they talked me out of the service even though the other jeweler said it needed it.Low and behold I get the watch back and that first day it cannot keep up with time anymore after they worked on it. After an hour it is 5-10 minutes behind. I call them back to honor their price and now they want $170 on top of the $50 I already paid for the crown and were not willing to have me pay the difference of the original quote. He actually told me very shortly I dont want to work on this watch, please come pick the watch up.I dont know if they dont know what they are doing and cant tell when a watch is not running correctly or dont check their items before they give them back or if this was a bait and switch to get additional costs and service fees or what, but I will not be coming back here.I will go somewhere else that does not shoot from the hip on what things cost and actually remembers repeat customers and believes customer service is not a lost art. What a waste of time. Run Away!

I had bought a ring for my gf for Christmas from Macys. The size was seven and she needed an eight. I went to Macys to try and get the ring resized and they told me for $60 and 3 weeks it would be ready. I was ready for same day service and sought out a couple different places. This On the Spot Jewelers had me in and out in under 30 minutes. It cost me about $90 but well worth it if you are in a time crunch. They also have more jewelry for sale as well. Definitely have to check these guys out.

Went to get a new watch battery. Excellent customer service. I was in and out in 15 mins. Plus they gave a 3 yr warranty and lubed the mechanisms. I would definitely go back!!

Very welcoming people and a comfortable location to get a watch fixed or other jewelry help! Other shops and food places are near by which makes it convenient to walk around. Hospitality is amazing and employees know their products very well.

4 stars because I dropped off my watches and waited around for over an hour for the technician to show up to work on them, and the tech never came to work until the next day so I had to go back. This place is a little pricy but worth it in my opinion. The batteries in my 2 watches each have a very generous warranty and they fixed a band on a watch I haven’t been able to wear in years. With the technician actually there the service is super quick and the technician installed a seal in one of my watches to help with water resistance at no cost to me. So overall, yes I would recommend this place. The service was friendly and the repairs and batteries seem quality and worth the money

Awesome service, I came to fix my wedding ring and the jeweler was very professional, he explain the process of what will be to size my platinum ring, I thought it was going to take days to have my precious diamond ring back and it only took a few hours, loved the customer service given to me. I really recommend this place.

Thanks to this wonderful establishment, I’m wearing my beautiful wedding rings again!! This was my first time going after visiting many jewelers over a two day period. When I first walked in, Karla was very polite, and professional! She made me feel comfortable and reassured about leaving my rings. I was quoted a finish time by 7, but it was ready by 6! I dropped it off at 2 pm. Jessica, another associate was just as professional when she called to pick up wedding rings.Omar, The Jeweler, did an AMAZING job!!My set was flawless!!!! You could not tell my ring was sized up from a 5 1/2 to a 7!! I am very satisfied, as promised!! Pricing was very reasonable for the work of two rings! Kudos to you all!!

CROOKS! Absolutely terrible customer service. They engraved on a Father’s Day gift and it had an typo in the text. We didn’t notice until after we left. We called back and they admitted that they made a mistake, but refused to fix it without charging us more! Why pay for someone else’s mistake especially when they destroyed a beautiful piece of sterling silver jewelry?! Stay away. Buyer beware! They should be ashamed of themselves.

Called to get an estimate on adding one link to a Seiko watch. Would give estimate over phone for that, I would understand if it was for other work. But add one link-come onGuess they don’t need my current business or my future businessVery disappointing

What a great establishment and its ran by women which is great to see! I brought my watch here and had the battery replaced it. They did great work and it also has a 3 year warranty. Ill definitely be using them again for jewelry cleaning, other watches or anything else.

I had my engagement ring sized from a 7 to an 8. The staff were very professional and very nice. Prices were reasonable considering they had it done in an hour. I’m giving 4 stars because the layer of white gold they put in to upsize my ring is very thin compared to the rest of my ring and there are two small notches on each side of what I assume to be where it was soldered together. Maybe if I wasn’t waiting around they would’ve made sure it was bugged out a little better. I’m hoping the thin gold that was placed won’t break. It seems to be very solid and all the diamonds in my ring are in the same spot as when I dropped it off and the white gold that was placed to make it a size 8 is identical to the original band. All in all, 4 stars. Would I go back, probably but I’d check out my jewelry very carefully before leaving next time.

Guy is really nice, you can tell he really cares about his customers. I bought my watch somewhere else and got it re-sized here at a very reasonable price. I came back a couple hours later and decided that the watch was a bit too loose (this was my bad, I should have checked more thoroughly before leaving). He was very nice about it and fixed it again with no extra charge! Highly recommend

They charge you high price just for the battery replacement. If you go to any other watch repair shop, you will get a better product and service. Please don’t come here!!

Drop off my necklace on Tuesday and they said it would be ready Thursday. We went back next Monday to pick it up and it wasn’t ready or even at the store. They took the necklace to someone’s house and the owner of the shop went to Dubai. I still haven’t gotten my expensive, designer necklace back

We went there today to fix a loose fitting on my wifes wedding ring. He gave us some really good advice about why this probably happened and next time to make sure it doesnt happen again (sizing down the ring caused the setting to widen slightly) and he cleaned it up for us too. Very rude phone service, abruptly refused to give their repair prices over the phone, not even a range or ballpark. Treating a customer rudely over the phone tells me exactly how they would treat my work. Too much competition to take the risk and be treated poorly.

Came back same day for an adjustment and they did it immediately free of charge. Best place in Plano

I went in with 3 watches to fix. The attendant was so polite and friendly. Right away he told me one of the watches just needed to be put out in the sun☺️- it worked immediately. The other two were battery problems and before fixing them he told me the price so I could decide if I wanted them fix or not. Im definitely coming back.

I brought my TagHeuer and wifes Movado here for years to change batteries. They are quick and efficient and careful with these high-end watches. I had my son bring his unworn Movado to the shop to change the battery and they told him they saw corrosion inside. We had the repair done for a reasonable price and they returned it sooner than expected. I have enjoyed doing business with them and highly recommend them to anyone who has high-end or everyday watches. The staff are friendly and respectful and HONEST!

One of the pins on my watch band broke, so I came here to have one put in. They immediately got to work on it and were done within 5 mins. The price was better than other places that Ive previously been to and I didnt have to wait around.

Owner charged $81 to have a diamond set, and a few weeks later, the diamond fell put of the mounting. Pictures displayed. The excuse the store owner, Omar, used was that the jeweler that sent me to his store he doesnt work with anymore. He said for reparing the botched job, he would charge me $200!!! I said I was willing to pay a reasonable amout. And he refused because he simply didnt want to reset the diamond. Unbelievably rude service. Advise people against going here.

Went for a change of battery for $20; when I came back they charged me an additional $7 for cleaning the old battery residue. I would have paid it anyway, wish they would asked first.I actually was looking for the other watch repair shop next to Dillards, apparently they moved off Hebron.

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS BUSINESSAll the positives reviews on Google. So, I decided to come here to get my watch fix for the 1st time.The owner/manager take a look at my watch. And give me 2 option1) permanent fix for $1002) temperary fix with GLUE for cheaper (he so sure, and claim the watch will last for another year or so, if I becareful)I choose option 2.Now, see. the PROBLEM IS! HE MAKE MATTER WORST!! THEN claim the watch couldnt be fixed temperary after he so sure saying it can BE. thats why I agreed for him to work on the watch!I CAME because my watchs second, minute, and hour hand a liltle bit lose. And now, I LEAVE the shop with the same problem PLUS another (now its not as lose BUT all the hands are GLUED to each other)Here is the thing guys.. I Went to 3 different shops afterward, got the same response on the watch from all professional. My watchs original issue was COMMON and is an EASY PERMANENT FIX of ONLY $20-$35. BUT NOW WITH ALL THESE MESSY GLUE ON!? UN-FIX-ABLE! Good bye $500 watch.

Was told they might have to order my Bulova crystal, but they happened to have it in stock.he fixed the back I broke and replaced the glass and set my date and time.I was in and out in about 20 min. It looks amazing.under $25.

I normally come here for all my watch repairs, but this time I gave them my watch for a hand repair, and they lost the hand . Then they proceeded to blame it on me . Never coming here again . I would rather pay extra and and go to a more trusted watch repair place . Go at your own risk .
