I first applied for an internship position at this place almost 1 year ago and never heard from anyone. I’ve applied to two more since then (the last one being around june/aug) and was only contacted by a recruiter about a month after that, only after calling to ask about my applications. I was instructed to *resubmit* my resume to the recruiter, and haven’t heard from her since. Whether or not I have the qualifications to do an internship here, this extremely frustrating.

I filled out the online contact me form friday 11/9. Now It is friday 11/16 and i never received a follow ip phone call. So I also called the sales line on Wednesday 11/14 thinking maybe there was a system error in receiving my online request. I waited 20 minutes for a sales person to pick up. No answer. While i was waiting on the line I was repeatedly given the option of pressing 1 to leave a meassage which i finally did. That phone message hasnt been returned either. I guess reach local doesnt need new business and for a company selling crms and follow up systems they sure missed out on me.
Terrible experience from beginning to end. Marketing programs completely different than initially described. THe staff that I dealt with completely turned over while I was under contract. It was just a mess. Thankfully, they realized this and let us out of our obligations based on all the contradictory information we were being fed, so they get 1 star. I would check around as there are many companies in this space now, and most of the others actually disclose what they charge their clients.UPDATE: 11/17/17 - I just saw that you didnt know who I am along with everyone else on this review thread who was NOT satisfied with your service. Im Chris Statzer with 1st Choice Foundation Repair Co. in Frisco. Sara Stokes ( no longer employed) was our salesperson and the two tech guys we worked with are no longer employed with you either. I am a real person and continue to speak with people that had a similar experience with you as I did.
