Outstanding company!!! Jeremy and his team were very professional, prompt and provided great customer service. When it came to dealing with the insurance company, they did a very good job. I really did not know what questions I needed to ask the insurance company and they put my mind at ease by taking care of this for me. The crew was on time, professional, polite and extremely mindful of my property and landscaping. They completed the entire project in one day and the clean up was amazing. Jeremy was great to work with. he made the process possible. I initially called my insurance company after the big storm in 2017 and they declined my claim. I didnt think much about it until my friend referred me to stratton Roofing. Jeremy was there with me the entire way and even met the adjuster at my house. After checking Yelp I was surprised when I saw a review done by a fake customer and then the owner Jeremy responding back to her and.saying thanks for the review and btw dont let them know that we know each other !!!!!! Really so now the owner of this poor company has his personal friends posting FAKE REVIEWS!!!!!! now it all makes sense the poor poor customer service and workmanship .I would not recommend this company to anyone. .very dissatisfied ..
