I’ve been using KAS for several years now. They are very dependable and do a good job cleaning my home. The ladies are very nice and are careful with my possessions. I would definitely recommend KAS.

I would give them zero stars if it were possible.I called on Wednesday (9-29-21) to schedule for them to come out to clean my apartment on Monday (10-4-21) and the lady who answered the phone was really nice and answered all my questions. At the end she told me should would need me to confirm the quote they sent to my email, and I told her that I could do that, but if they need to contact me, I dont regularly check my emails so they would need to call or text me. She said that was not a problem and even sent the quote link over text.On Sunday (10-3-21) I got a text that read Good Morning, Reminder we have your cleaning for tomorrow 10-4-21 in the afternoon between 2:30-3pm. A generic message that I figured was automated. I didnt reply but I was excited and expected to see them then.Today (10-4-21) 3:30pm rolls around and I figured they were just a bit late but thought it was weird that they didnt call or text to let me know. Then 4pm comes around and I am calling the main number to see where they are at. 4:30, still no one, and I try calling again.Finally I decide to try texting the reminder number back asking if they were still coming but not expecting a response because, like I said, I thought it was automated. They respond right away to tell me they had canceled(!!!) my appointment the day before because they didnt receive any confirmation and sent 2 emails and didnt receive any confirmation.I told them that 1. I had confirmed my quote the same day I booked and no one told me I would need to confirm anything else. 2. I had told them previously that email was not the way to reach me, calling or texting was. 3. I had immediately went to check my emails, and had nothing from them. 4. No where during any of this process did anyone tell me that if the appointment wasnt confirmed then they would just cancel.They told me that they had sent a text yesterday with a reminder and didnt get a response. So I told them that I received the text but didnt think it needed an answer because it seemed like it was an automated text, AND it didnt say anything about needing to confirm the appointment or it would be canceled otherwise I would have responded.I think it is /extremely/ unprofessional to apparently have a policy where unconfirmed appointments are canceled without letting your clients know about that policy. At no point was I told verbally that this would happen, nor in the single reminder text did it say please confirm or the appointment will be considered canceled. No one even texted or called me (my preferred contact methods, that they confirmed was okay) to let me know that the appointment was canceled. They just never showed up and no one answered the phones when I was calling to check if they were coming.

The cleaners do a great job. It took less than 2 hours done 3 cleaners to clean a 2800 square ft home. However, it also took me 2 months to get another appointment scheduled. The scheduling communication could be a lot better.

KAS was able to get me scheduled in last minute and was very kind and courteous through out the whole process which was nice especially going through a move. They showed up on time and wasted no time. The thoroughness in the cleaning they did to my apartment was unbelievable. It was cleaner than when I moved it originally. Ladies came in and got to work right away. Staff was wonderful and very professional and efficient. They even made our bed which we didnt expect. We had never had anyone clean our home before and now we dont see how lived without it. My wife and I have limited mobility and it was a difficult decision to have someone clean our home. My daughter recommended this company to me and I have to be honest I was skeptical at first due to covid, but these ladies blew my mind by how professional they were. They showed up at my doorstep, gloves masks, shoe covers the whole 9 yards ready to come in and get to work . The young lady organized her team and started right away . There were only 2 of them but I was told it is because they want to limit the amount of people in the home. The staff was on time very professional and good presentation they work very carefully on every detail on the rooms they need to be cleaned . The group seem organized when they got to my house they were ready to clean not much explaining was done. And before they left they make sure I wa with the job done I will definitely used them again.

We used KAS. We had to stop using them because if so many things being damaged.They dented our refrigerator. They fixed it and replaced the door with their insurance.Then I noticed there were scratches on our new kitchens if stove. Then I noticed scratches in the new stainless sink from the sponges they were using. The last draw was when one of Alisa’s workers broke a wedding gift. I kept not saying anything. She did replace the item with a new one. It was just one thing after another and even though she is a good business woman and replaces damaged things, She needs to train the ladies on what they need to be using on high end kitchen appliances. Not just say I am sorry and fix it. Also, when you have people in your house, someone needs to be able to communicate with you. It does no good if I can’t communicate to someone, hey don’t use this I need for you to use this sponge if they don’t speak English. KAS is not cheap and I found it to be easier to clean my own house because things didn’t get broke or damage. Some things are not replaceable. Like wedding dried flowers on your bouquet.

We had issues with one crew and a bit of an issue getting on a regular schedule, but now that was resolved and we have the same crew come on a weekly basis and they are fantastic! I dont have enough good things to say about them; everything from ceiling to floor gets cleaned, they are very thorough and careful with fragile/important belongings and electronics.Highly recommend!!

I have been looking for a cleaning service for a couple of weeks. The last time I looked, I set up a time and weekly schedule with another company. They didnt show up for the first cleaning. They didnt even show up for the second. Needless to say, I was disheartened. I called KAS today, told them what I needed and that I was having guests next week and really needed a clean and they set me up within minutes. Zero hassle. I moved back to Dallas Tx about almost 6 months ago, I was looking for a good reputable cleaning service that would work inside the loop. I called KAS Cleaning services and scheduled my first cleaning before Christmas and the ladies did a fabulous job. I now have my house cleaned every 2 weeks. The same ladies clean my home each visit which I like since I have a dog who are now familiar with the ladies when they do come. Their customer service has always been extremely responsive, friendly and easy to deal with. I thought that was a definite plus to continuing business from this company. I setup payment for the service with my credit card. There was a recent hack into my credit card and I had to close my current card and have a new one sent to me. ALICY called inquiring about my card not working and I explained the situation, they told me not to worry and just give them a call when I got my new card in the mail to update my credit card information. I thought that was incredibly reasonable and I really appreciated their willingness to work with me. Thank you.

Just upped their pricing by over 25 %Very inconsistent to your needs, teams does an ok job, They run hot and cold, repeated skipping on various item s, point out they did but then fall back in a few visits

Very unprofessional they came for 2 bedrooms apartment deep cleaning nothing was cleaned I payed 155 for nothing the floor was dirty the tubs to the cabinet has dead bugs, the carpet was ful of small rocks and screws they never vacuum very umprofessional I dont recommend this company to any clean person

They cleaned my home for the first time this week and did a terrific job. Will def use their services in the future.
