I know answering calls and handing out checks while trying to help people with the computers can be a bit difficult, but sharmi really needs to stop picking up the phone and hanging up or saying hold on as soon as she picks the phone up. Its unprofessional

I just had the unpleasant experience with someone named sharm and she was VERY RUDE. The door was locked the whole time and she claimed to be in a meeting.I called and she asked why I was calling. I told her it was for a job . She then stated that she keeps the door locked because they have a food pantry next door.......So do you people discriminate against the homeless????? She then stated that I can come in to do an application. No thanks .
