Be very careful when dealing with this company. Asked what I needed to do to use my PTO hrs an was told I could use them but when I received my check I WAS not paid for that day. Was told they needed 2 weeks notice. Why did they not know that at the time I asked. Choice a different staffing company if yo want your full check

An absolute waste of time. Drove 5 hr for an interview for a Drafting position and they didnt have one or even interview me. Please ignore any phone calls or messages from these people and save yourself the time and effort.

If you’re looking for work at such an unpredictable time do not work for this agency you can interview very quickly to boost their numbers but follow up is a complete joke you can call different days speak with different people and get different answers each time if you get a call from their local office or a 903 number run for the hills

I started with RPM staffing the last week of June 2018, my hiring process started on a Tuesday and I started working Thursday of that week. The process moved very quickly so my transition from one job to the next was seem less. My handler through RPM was a lady named Stephanie, who during my time with RPM was nothing but amazing. If I had any questions or concerns Stephanie was always very prompt and ready to not only help with the problem but fix it for me. Most staffing agencies deal with high volumes of people and have constant turnover, that is not the case with RPM they recognize each individual and their unique situations and put you in the best fit for you and your needs. Since completing my time at RPM I have gone full time with the company I was placed and have refered several friends to the agency for placemeant, all of which have had similar if not better experience then myself.
