Imaging spectrum went above and beyond. Salesman Steve was great at calling me back and letting me know the printer I wanted was in stocked and it was shipped immediately. Unfortunately FedEx delivered my printer to the wrong house and it was lost. Then Christina was on top of it and was able to file a claim with FedEx. The minute the printer was back in stocked, it was instantly shipped and I got it the next day. I would definitely do business with them again.

I rarely leave reviews but I feel obligated to return something for Imaging Spectrum’s overachieving customer service. Bill Vahrenkamp has come through for me and many others on Facebook, countless times. He’s usually the only one to respond to help people within minutes and always finds the solution for their photo booth or printer problems. Sometimes even late at night and for nothing in return. Also, their shipping is extremely fast and accurate and always arrives early. Thanks again Imaging Spectrum!

Late yesterday evening after normal business hours (they were closed)an associate answered my phone call. I needed a small amount ofink for a pair of Epson P series printers. It was not an emergency,we were definitely after hours for shipping... this morning around9:15am... FedEx arrives with my ink. This is NOT a vindictive email - it is 100% true in all aspects. I am glad some people have had a good experience. But mine has been horrible.The sales guy seems really nice and very attentive however,Their support - pretty terrible. You call for help and they are short and uninformative. Get annoyed at every question and make you feel belittled. This applies to Darkroom support as well.Products - the most archaic cumbersome and horrible printers you could buy. Our Brava printer stopped working after a few uses and they asked us to watch a video that basically shows how to disassemble the entire printer with tiny screws in corners and tight spots so you can see if a piece of paper is stuck in a roller. Then putting it back together is practically impossible as screws keep falling in between things and their locations are not made to work with easily. It is incredible that this company cant sell a modern product or that Darkroom cant make their product to work with any printer. I hate this printer and in turn this company for selling it and not telling me in advance the many problems I would encounter.

Today, I called this location with some questions regarding wireless printing and the gentleman who answered was very helpful and nice. He invited me to the showroom to check out some of the printers, so I took him up on the offer. Unfortunately, I couldn’t remember his name and was greeted by a lady at the front desk. She came over to assist and I asked a few questions about printers and wireless printing solutions, and let me say WOW! She made so many assumptions and went on about how bad wireless printing can be for PhotoBooth solutions. She also mentioned owning a PhotoBooth and how bad iPad PhotoBooth’s are. She said we shouldn’t expect to make $1000 for an event with that type of booth. I understand iPads are not as good as a DSLR, but there’s a market for everyone and it’s not her place to assume anything. I went in the store with the intention of purchasing a printing solution, but I just couldn’t taker her negativity and arrogance! I normally don’t leave reviews, but this woman really struck a nerve!

I have ordered media from this company for the past 2 years, and after never running into a media shortage at and event, it finally happened this weekend. Due to family emergencies and other things, we were unable to get the needed media ordered before i realized it and it was too late.. Steven and Christy from the office in Dallas, went above and beyond to get us the needed media... EVEN WHEN THE OFFICE WAS CLOSED.. We were able to swing by and pick it up on a Sunday.. much respect to this company and there products. Great pricing along with great service! Looking forward to the future buisness I’ll give to this company!

I was a customer for a few years with this company, but after I was sold a defective product, they gave me the run around trying to get an RMA on it from the manufacturer. I was a very tedious process and in the end, this company was unwilling to offer a credit for a defective product, nor was the manufacturer. I will not be doing business with them anymore, because this is not how a customer should be treated.Its a shame because I did have good experiences with them in the past, but their post-sales support is very, very bad, especially given the amount of money spent on their products.

My experience has been quite negative with the sinfonia CHC-S1245 that I purchased. I am on my third box of media and only one box has actually worked. I called before ordering my most recent media box to make sure I was going to receive the exact same paper that worked for me and was told yes. However, I received different paper and my prints come out blurry with colored hues outlining the subjects.I have a deadline to meet and know that I will be losing money because imaging spectrum will not assist me over the weekend, so Ill have to order my prints while this clunker and 290.00 paper sit useless in my living room.

I am a professional photographer in Atlanta, GA. I have been purchasing ALL of our onsite printing materials from Imaging Spectrum for years - half a dozen printers, software suites, and thousands and thousands of prints worth of media for my DNP printers. My studio employees and I just adore the wealth of knowledge available when we call - their experience with all things onsite printing is a HUGE asset to us!! If you purchase a printer from this company and it has issues plan for Imaging Spectrum to give you a big and long hassle!!They sent me to the manufacturer and once the manufacturer sent the printer back 6 months later they continued to give me a hassle even though I explained that I just want to exchange it and is willing to pay more money for a better brand or get the same one if need be (Note: I still have not been taken care off)If Laura answers the phone like she did today plan for horrible customer from a person who come off as if they can care less about what youre trying to do. She made me feel stupid for trying to correct the problem and like I was trying to get over on them, even though she sees the notes in the system.I asked Laura why is getting an exchange so hard? she explained that its Imaging Spectrums process.This is said because this is my source for printers and ink and has been for years... I just dont like how they are handling this issue or how Laura is so careless and nonchalant.I run a photo booth rental company so the printer is a big deal to me.
