Horrible company for the average consumer. The company advertised 5% discount for CDW members so I signed up because I wanted to order a computer part. For one, everything on their website is about 5-10% more than retail price compared with.....like anywhere else. Second, I placed my order and it went through and I was never given a date to expect it because it was backordered. If I wouldve known I would not have ordered in the first place! I kept my order but after a month and ZERO updates it is not until I contacted customer support did they finally give me a projected date which was the following year! So I cancelled my order. Why sell something if you have no idea when you are getting them in - at least advertise truthfully and transparently upfront and give the customer updates....that would go a long way. Nonetheless stay FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY.

I am so highly disappointed with cdw. I was told that my order placed on September 17th would be shipped on October 7th per email from Jen motts and phone calls from other reps on phone, were on October 12th and nothing has been shipped. Called today to get an ETA on my order, only to find out that my order has been pushed back to December. This is unprofessional to say the least, many people have mentioned that cdw is a joke and you wont get your order fulfilled any time soon, I couldnt take them seriously.. So I pushed back and told them theyre very reputable, and now this.. I should have listened to them.

I placed an order May 29th for a Juniper Networks SRX300 Services Gateway - security appliance. I called CDW again to track the order, and I received 4 or 5 excuses why it did not ship. CDW was changing the way they process Juniper equipment, you canceled the order, then they back tracked that one, the system automatically cancelled the order without notification to me, but they had to re-cancel the order today while I was on the phone, and then I did not use my company name when making the order, which was not a problem until today June 22nd but was not a problem previous call to them 2 weeks ago tracking the already late order. All these excuses came from one person. The rep said Raul should have contacted you when their was a problem. I asked to be transferred to a manager, and the call was dropped. So I do not recommend using CDW...

Company routinely lists things as in stock when they are actually back ordered.

Worthless - I ordered product - never received. Supposed sales guy doesnt respond in a timely manner and never answers phone... AVOID!!! you wont get what you order. CDW use to be good - better to look on Amazon - I made the mistake of trying to save a few $$ and its wasted a week of my time

Placed an order almost 3 weeks ago, it never showed up. No one called to tell me what the issue was, which turned out they couldnt verify the address...Called to ask why and the guy was a jerk about it. NOT good service at all.

My experience with this company was horrible.Order from another company.
