5K Technical Services was able to detect a router problem we had with our network. A former technician we had that set up our network did not configure it correctly along with WI-FI access points. We found 5K Technical services through Spectrum and they were able to find out the issue. I was not able to connect with any laptop I brought into the warehouse location and so 5K technical services was finally able to fix the problem and get me connected right before the holidays last year. I now have internet access and I finally can work from this location. I would highly recommend their services as they can definitely find out difficult problems.
