Felt a little aggressive in what they were promising and hollow in their delivery. I get letters & calls exactly like this almost weekly now and the reality of this whole phase of dentistry is going to come down to who will best suit where I am in my career. NOT someone who can just group some offices together and try to sell us to the highest bidder. This group fit the latter part of that reality for me & my partner.

You have to question the competency of the CEO who thinks it’s a good idea to knowingly hire someone who deals underhandedly. Jeff Bryant acquires information while working for one company and then tells the clients to wait until he joins a competitor to become partners. Will he do it again? That’s for the CEO of star dental partners and all of their clients to find out.......but good lord, who is the short sighted CEO?! Jeff playing this guy like a fiddle!

As a dentist, this company delivers on making me and my team a priority. They focus on custom solutions for my office. My team has never been happier which makes my life easier and better.

I’m only giving this company a little more than 1 star because I’ll give them benefit of the doubt that maybe they didn’t know what all they were getting into when they hired Jeff Bryant. But their tolerance for unethical behavior from employees and also likely participating in such behavior is appalling. My business partner was completely screwed over by this guy Jeff, who was supposedly being represented by him prior to Jeff being hired by Star Dental Partners. Moral of the story - if you are considering partnering with this group and are working with this guy, just watch your back. He may not always have your best interests in mind.

Star Dental is an excellent organization focused first and foremost on working with great people and helping meet the individual needs of dentists.
