They quickly fixed an issue in the Frigidaire Dishwasher, ordered a part and replaced it in only three days. I highly recommend Brians services.

Called mayo appliance, and informed them that we have a LG refrigerator which is not cooling down. They told us that LG has an extended 5 year warranty on our model due to this common issue and we can get free repair from LG. We are able to get the free repair from LG today. Thank you!

Brian did an excellent job repairing our washer after it’s drain got clogged and the door locked. He made time for us despite his busy schedule the week after the winter storm to help us! He was thorough and cleaned the drain and got the washer working within 2 hours.

Brian came out to fix my washing machine that had stopped working mid-cycle and had locked the door.  He returned my call quickly & gave me a time frame for the following day. When the job he was on before mine ran late, he texted me to let me know, gave me a time frame for arrival, & texted me again when he was on his way. I appreciated the updates. Thankfully, Brian was able to unclog the washing machine, reset it, & unlock the door. It was a dirty job but he charged a reasonable fee. Brian is very courteous and professional. Thank you, Brian!

Brian came at diagnosed my refrigerator problem on the same day! Even though the part needed for the repair was discontinued or on back order he was able to find the part and get my fridge back up and running. Showed up on time and finished in a timely manner. Extremely friendly, polite and, professional all around. Job cost was exactly what was estimated. Pointed out other issues on site but was not pushy about doing more than was requested. I cannot rate any higher or I would. Will definitely call them again for any appliance issues I have in the future.

Brian has kept my 15 year old (or older) Kenmore refrigerator running in great condition. He somehow convinced it to stop freezing everything on the refrigerator side and when it became moody and unpredictable about making ice, Brian was able to have it make ice on demand again. He adjusted my wall oven’s temperature and it is now accurate. Brian is professional, quick to respond, and reasonably priced. I trust his judgement and his honesty. In a time that it is difficult to find good repair people, Brian stands for integrity. He does not take advantage of older women who are alone as so many try to do.
